After staying in the first room on the first night, I booked another room in the same hotel for the second night. This room was slightly more expensive (around 10 RMB more) but it had a window facing the road. The room had all the same basic amenities as the first one, including Wi-Fi, slippers, dental kit, shower gel, towels, and a hairdryer. The cleanliness was also just as good. The room was very clean with no dust, and the bathroom was neat and well maintained. Compared with the first room, this one was slightly larger and felt more comfortable mainly because of the window. The window provided natural light and ventilation, which made the room feel much more open and pleasant. Overall, everything I mentioned in my previous review about the hotel—such as the cleanliness, basic amenities, reasonable price, and convenient location—also applies to this room. The only difference is that this room is slightly bigger and has a window, which makes it a bit more comfortable. If you are deciding between the two, paying a little extra for the window room is worth it. It is still very affordable for this location and provides a more comfortable stay. ⸻ 在第一晚入住没有窗户的房间之后，第二晚我仍然选择住在同一家酒店，不过订了一个稍微贵一点的房间（大约贵了10元左右）。这个房间有一扇面向马路的窗户。 这个房间和第一晚的房间一样，配备了所有基本设施，例如 Wi-Fi、拖鞋、牙具、沐浴露、毛巾以及吹风机。房间的卫生状况也同样很好，非常干净，没有灰尘，浴室也整洁干净。 和第一晚的房间相比，这个房间的面积稍微大一点，而且因为有窗户，所以整体感觉更加舒适。窗户带来了自然采光和自然通风，让房间感觉更加通透和舒适。 总体来说，我在之前评价中提到的优点，比如房间干净、设施齐全、价格合理以及位置方便，在这个房间里同样适用。唯一的区别是这个房间稍微大一点，并且有窗户，因此住起来更加舒服。 如果需要在两个房型之间选择，我会建议多花一点点钱选择带窗户的房间。价格依然很实惠，但整体住宿体验会更好。

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful experience staying here. The hostel has a friendly atmosphere, a great location, and easy access to public transportation. Everything was clean and organized, and I always felt comfortable during my stay. I would especially like to thank Lili, who was very kind and helpful. She made me feel welcome and helped make my time in Shanghai even more memorable.

The location and staffs are very good. The hostel located near metro station and all the staffs are very friendly. The cleanliness is the only problem here. But I think it’s not the hostel’s fault but it cames from their guests that they lacks of conscience. (Maybe because it’s so cheap but the location is prime) So if you use the bathroom outside of the housekeeper working hours, you might find the toilet full of p** & s**t. The guests here seem like they are staying here for a long period of time because in my room, there are many stuffs like clothes, parcels, living stuffs etc of the other roommates that if you see, you could know that they have been there for a long time. So there is only little space for me to walk inside the room.

I like the place♥️, it's right in front of the road. And the bus stop is 3 minutes walk away.🚌 Then the metro 🚇 is very accessible, super close. That's what I liked about the hotel. It's clean. I stayed there in any bed. The girls' toilets and shower area are clean. The lady who cleans every day is helpful and hardworking. The thing is, it's hard in a hotel like yours and there are big kids who weigh more than 20 kilos. It's hard to go up. They don't have an elevator, so I was burdened with my luggage. so far so good .. the staff and the owner they are so friendly and because the transportation area is really very accessible.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

This was my first experience with a pod-like room but not my first hostel experience. I opted for the Four people male only room. Ever since I came there I quickly noticed that the other occupants had to stay there for extended periods of time. (By the amount of gathered stuff In the room). My own cubicle was very clean and really cozy so really not complaintes there. I wanna say a good portion of the room was underutilised. I only got my own lockable locker. Other than that there was much space to put stufff. I noticed half of the opposite wall to my room had nothing on there. Adding some hangers or shelves woudl be really welcome. The big problem was the bathroom. The cleaning lady did come every day but she basically just changed the trashcans and added new toilet papers. The toilet was cleaner only once, the day I was leaving. Other than that the ground was dirty, the mirror was dirty, the sink, shower head and hairdryer were all cleaned a gooood while ago. I'm not one to really look at much, especially when a place is cheap and close to the city vantage points but this seems like something that could have been wiped down once or twice a week. Now It may have been possible this is only because my room-mates where long term and the whole room cleans only once the whole room is vacant, but I think even in that case that shouldn't have been an excuse. Maybe actually the opposite. Other Thant that the common room was very cool and clean. The main bathrooms were solo clean with cigarette ashes around the toilets and a wipe down wouldn't come in vain. They had high quality hairdryer and other ammeninites there on the opposite side. That I liked. Also a whilst the whole building was non-smoking, people jsut opened a window and smoked in the stairway, which was always opened to the whole floor, so the whole floor smelled like smoke. Not a big problem for me, but I can image some other people might bug that. Overall the experience was pleasant.. I would really appreciate more space for organisation of my own stuff. Especially with the style for the room being the way it is. I never thought anyone would steal anything from anyone so that made my experience a lot more comfortable as well. Main thing, that would definetly make me come back to this chain of Appartments would be an improvement in cleanlinesss. I don't mean anything fancy, jsut take an alcohol spray and wipe down the touched surfaces clean every other day or even twice a week. That woudl make it perfect for sure. Ohh also, only one outlet worked, the two USB-A's next to the AC Plug didn't. 

The location was in a lively part of Jing'an, although a little far from Jiangsu Road Station. I enjoyed the bicycle ride to the temple nearby, as it was a pretty neighborhood. Unfortunately, that is pretty much all the good things I have to say about this place. The facilities, the entire place in general, was old and run-down. I was assigned a bed at the far end of the room where my cell service cut off. Not really the establishment's fault but something worth mentioning in my opinion as the wifi was often slow. A section of the wood of the opposite bunk bed was black and seemed to be rotting. The air smelled moldy. The bed was huge though, which was nice. The place did not seemed to be getting the love and care it needed. The bathroom facilities were tiny with two shower stalls and a toilet (plus another separate one some distance away). It wasn't dirty necessarily but it wasn't exactly clean either. I did not feel comfortable using it however. None of the staff I interacted with spoke English (my fault for not learning some basic Chinese at least). I was disappointed by the quality I was met with since this is apparently the flagship? It wasn't cheaper compared to other hostels either. I felt bad but had to shorten my reservation and moved to a different place. But your standards might vary.

I stayed in this hostel in Shanghai for a short time. The location is strong. It is close to Qulu metro station and also near the railway station. You reach many parts of the city fast. This helps a lot if you travel with luggage or move every day. The staff is polite and check in is smooth. The price fits budget travelers and students. The common areas feel social and easy to meet people. The main issue is cleaning. The rooms and bathrooms need better daily cleaning. Some areas feel neglected, especially floors and shared spaces. With improved hygiene, the stay experience would improve a lot.

The room was so tiny that two people could not really do something together. The space for luggage is way too less. The bathroom was already wet as the water from the curtain was dropping to the floor because the curtain was not in the correct position. The same applies for the curtains on the bed. Didn‘t really cover so the light woke me up. The matress is like the most chinese hostels thin and uncomfortable. The kitchen is a total mess and not clean. There are mostly peole living there rather than a hostel I guess. Couldn‘t connect with someone.

這個價位房間還真是不錯，衞生乾淨，洗漱套裝一次性拖鞋飲用水啥的也配備齊全，甚至還有個洗衣機，床單被罩之類的也比較整潔，次日會主動收拾客房挺好的，空間也不小，可以可以，前台辦理入住的男士態度也很謙和，交通的話也還好，不靠中心也不遠吧，去地鐵站得走十來二十分鐘，房間唯一缺點就是不咋隔

Booked this hotel last minute, cause my favorite hotel is closing down business this month and i wanted something nearer cause I’m well versed with the surrounding areas, 1: the first red flag is the reception, mail and deliveries are all piled up and falling off shelves, it’s so dirty and humid, it looks like a hoarder’s poach, they’re no waiting chairs, so you’ll stand while they process the guests that came before you until it’s your turn !! The receptionists are very nice and helpful . 2; no room housekeeping ( you’ll have to ask for someone to come take the rubbish and give you towels or change your bedding. 3: THE FILTH!!! The filth is on level 1000/100 the grime made it hard for me to shower with my eyes open, I’m not sure if the place has a manager and if they care about the the wellbeing of the clients , because from what i saw, the cleaners don’t even bother, the floor had food stains from i think when they just opened, the sink🤮 the bathroom ( that one corner gave me the hibbigibeis) the toilet seat was broken , everything in the bathroom was broken and dirty , then my charger fell in the space which is between the bathroom glass and the bed, got down to retrieve it and i decided it was best to just a get a new charger instead. The place if cleaned and cared for would be an amazing hotel apartment, it has great amenities , a washing machine a fridge and a drying rack if you upgrade to a bigger room, a kitchenette that would be great if you are interested in cooking and staying longer and it’ has an Aldi downstairs, a gym and lots of other great places surrounding it . I really hope the owners would read this and take it into consideration and carry out serious supervision or else their property will lose value, The hygiene of the hotel does not only ensure the health and wellness of the visitors who sleep in those walls but also keeps the property value up. Dirt And filth only brings it down and puts the health of others at risk . I really hope they change standards.
