We booked this hotel because it is only 4km from Disneyland and from the picture the room does look pretty and it was so affordable! So here's the outcome:
- They do provide shuttle bus to Disneyland but only at 8.20am (we missed it as we arrived later, but you may still use Didi to go to Disneyland)
- They also provide shuttle bus BACK from Disneyland which was very thoughtful (10pm/10.50pm) because I don't think anyone is able to get a Didi when thousands of people exiting Disneyland at the same time.
- The room, was a bit worn off compared to the pictures shown. Some plugs might not work properly, some parts were rusted, but overall it did not affect too much of my experience (given that affordable price!)
- I thought the cleanliness of the room could be better as when I opened their toothbrush box, there was a layer of dust (maybe it was vacant for a long time).
- The staffs were very helpful and even provided us additional shower facility before we headed to airport although we had already checked out.

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a fantastic stay! The reception is staffed 24/7 and the staff there were very friendly and attentive. When we arrived, they helped us with our luggage and the check in process went smoothly even though we’re foreigners. We chose the loft after looking at the photos on trip.com and were really happy to see that the room was exactly like in the photos. The room was clean, comfortable and well heated during winter time. The staff added us on WeChat for us to ask any questions, request services and used this to communicate shuttle pick up times for Disneyland. This made for an easy shuttle service, and the shuttle itself was comfortable and took 10 minutes. Unfortunately we’re not breakfast people, but a buffet breakfast was included and dinner options were available for after Disneyland.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it. Next time we come back for Disneyland we will definitely stay here again.

真的太滿意了！！孩子説一定要給5星好評😁
房間：寬敞明亮乾淨，足夠一家三口完全沒有問題，衞生間乾濕分離，洗澡上廁所都可以分開，很好的設計。
環境：室外設計的太棒了，鞦韆、蹦床、燒烤、泳池、草坪，還有一組可以搖晃的桌椅，老闆太會設計了，院外有河、樹林，真的愜意。
用餐：民宿提供早餐，種類豐富好吃，豆包、小包子、炒飯、鹵蛋、早餐卷、玉米、油條、粥、豆漿、麪條湯、小鹹菜，真的都很好吃。
民宿還提供晚上點餐服務，需要當天提前跟老闆説好，老闆好準備。
位置：離迪士尼幾公里的距離幾公里，入住每晚老闆可以提供免費單程接送一次，其實自己打車也用不了多少，20塊錢的樣子。

Cleanliness: very tidy and well organized.
Service: 100 out of 10, owner was very friendly helpful. Everyday breakfast is difference.
Facilities: Interested designed.
Me and my BF come from Germany, owner very helful use translate for more understanding. Moreover, they have car-pooling 2 ways to Disneyland. There also 3 dogs in here and super cute ! I will come back definately if I have chance in future, highly recommend this accomodation.

NnanotePerfect stay with outstanding hospitality! The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities including an automatic toilet and efficient heating system. The owner went above and beyond by arranging transportation to Disney, making our trip seamless despite the language barrier. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. I would recommend for all!!

BBenc1980The apartment was lovely but basic with an excellent view of the city; it was in a good location with a five min walk of 2 metro stations and some superb shopping. It included a kitchen area with a big fridge, hob and microwave; however there was next to nothing in the cupboards. Don't expect to be able to cook meals very easily as the utensils, pots, pans etc provided are basically non existent. However,
there are many restaurants within walking distance.
The check-in was a bit of a pain as we didn't have weechat, but the concierge was accommodating and sorted this out for us. There is a gym available to use and a shop right next door that sells basics which was very helpful. Overall great!
I would stay again.

MMooMooooThe location here is very good, less than 10 mins walk to West Nanjing Road metro. Over there for lots of shops and eateries too.
The only let down is the property.
The master room bathroom drainage is very bad. When you shower in that room, the water will come out from the outside sink hole (took a photo to show the bathroom) which then means the floor becomes very very wet. Also the inside sink hole doesn't flow well and very slow.
Secondly, the property smells like drainage/sewage especially when you come back after a whole day outside. When you turn on the aircon it ok, but if you don't you can smell it.
Otherwise, location is good, service was very smooth and easy for check in, and easy to communicate with the management, just a let down in the property.

MMomokoI had a lovely stay at this hotel. In the beginning. I was not sure if my stay there would be successful due to the language barrier. The hotel has kindly communicated with me using the wechat, which has a translation tool, to communicate with me in English.
Upon arrival, a very kind lady has helped me to carry my heavy suitcases, and tried to explain about the breakfast time and hotel very patiently and very kindly. I did not feel the barrier of language. When I stayed, there was a very kind hotel guest who helped me in translation. She has kindly accompanied me for breakfast and showed me around the town. The hotel is located just off the main street. So if you do not speak the language, I recommend you book a taxi from trip.com and communicate with the driver in advance to help you to guide the way. Anyway, it is just a few seconds from the road. The hotel is well located and it is a pleasant walk towards the more lively area of this ancient town. The breakfast must be tried with an authentic breakfast. I stopped at this town and inn for my transit reason. I really wish to come back again because I literally stayed only one night to catch the flight the next day, but I wanted to experience something closer to local history and culture. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the amenity service was perfect. I already feel a great nostalgia for this place, and I would definitely choose this place next time again when I return to my home in Japan as transit. If possible, try to stay there at least two nights to feel the town and enjoy the unique characteristics of these beautiful historical heritage buildings

SSiaw TengThis homestay looks exactly like in the photo and I mean it. It has everything mentioned (washing machine, fridge, microwave, kettle, 4 slippers, 6 towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, hot water shower, bath wash and shampoo. There is also a dehumidifier. The aircon is only for the first floor and it is very cool. For the second floor, there is a bed with no aircon, but there is standing rotating fan which is sufficient for two ppl to sleep at night. The location is easy to find and it is inside a quiet 'nong tang'. Before you go there (2 days before), you MUST WeChat msg them to ask for the specific address and ways to get there. Their WeChat ID is basically the phone number provided (just search the phone number on WeChat; without '+86' and send friend request to 'Ryan'). Their location is very near a hospital (at first, your taxi driver may drop you off at the hospital, which is okay too. It is walkable distance to the homestay.) Very easy check-in procedure with digital passcode door lock. The place is very clean and white. There is limited space to walk around though, but we are fine with it (4 adults) as the price is already reasonable. They provide 'cloth hangers' for you to hang your clothes after you wash your clothes. They provide dish wash liquid, tissue and some basic kitchen utensils like 4 plates, 4 cups, spoon, chopsticks, knifes, scissors. Do bring your own laundry detergent/powder (they did provide but just in case it ran out). The place is near two hospitals and there are quite a lot of eateries nearby. Tips: We recommend you to set the 'main entrance' as your 'home' on the Alipay Didi so that your Didi will drop you off right at the main entrance.

Good Points:
- Friendly and proactive host that catered to our queries and needs (including logging in to her paid subscription account for paid TV contents)
- Good location, conveniently located near Yu Yuan Garden and Yu Yuan Shopping district. About 5-8mins walk depending on your pace.
- Good location, also conveniently located near a mall that has NB Supermarket, McDonald's, Starbucks, 小杨生煎, Saizeriya, Cinema, hair salon etc
- Full kitchen, including Washer/Dryer, Gas Stove, Microwave, Oven (but somehow not yet installed properly), Kettle, Rice Cooker, Sink etc
- Good dining table with bottled waters supplied
- Clean Bathroom, including hot water showers, bidet toilet flushing, bathroom ventilator and warmer, hair dryers
- Bright and well lit living room, kitchen, bedrooms and toilet
- Beautiful living room view of the Bund and other light towers
Bad Points:
- Very dusty and nasty balconies with old cigarette buds and dead cockroaches oh goodness! Balcony Door lock is also broken
- Hidden bird feathers?! and dust bunnies behind sofa
- Extremely rock hard bed and dusty duvet covers...almost bruised myself jumping onto the bed
- Some weird dark brown stains on the wall (looked almost like dried blood)
- Got awoken randomly in the middle of the first night, felt an unknown presence staring (also very subjective to individual) ＞＜ However, was able to sleep on the second night.
Overall, my family is okay with their stay there but I didn't enjoyed as much...
