Little oasis in Puerto Princesa. Staff is just amazing. Everyone’s been helpful from the moment we came through the door. Room was clean and very good size. Food was delicious and service even better. The pool area and the garden were something else. Simply beautiful and tranquil. I could spend weeks there :).
We will never forget this place.

Our stay at this inn in Puerto Princesa truly exceeded my expectations. We arrived from a long trip, and even before we could get off the van, a staff member was already there to warmly welcome us and assist with our luggage. That small gesture immediately set the tone for the kind of service they provide—attentive, proactive, and genuinely caring.
Since it was only a short stay, I didn’t expect much at first. But the level of hospitality we experienced was nothing short of exceptional. The staff were consistently courteous, accommodating, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay.
It’s rare to come across a place where service feels this personal and effortless. They made us feel well taken care of from the moment we arrived until we left. I would definitely recommend this inn to anyone visiting Puerto Princesa, especially if you value warm and reliable service.

ZyLocaI recently stayed at Casa Belina and was thoroughly impressed with the value for money. As a budget-conscious traveler, I was blown away by the 5-star services offered at this affordable hotel. The complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off service was a huge perk, saving me a hassle and some extra cash. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with friendly staff always willing to lend a helping hand. Overall, I would highly recommend Casa Belina to anyone looking for a great deal without sacrificing quality - it's an absolute gem!

Walking distance to many restaurants, bed was comfy enough and AC worked well. Good value for money. We walked to bay plaza area and got a tricycle home.
You need to turn the water on under the sink for the shower to work. No issue but no signage.

Best place to spend the night while waiting for your flight. 5 mins away from the airport via Tricycle, clean rooms and bathrooms with accommodating staff. They don’t have a wake up service but the staff made sure I’m awake for my 6AM flight.

Good quality for the price. Breakfast is good and convenient as it saves you the trouble of searching for a place to eat at 6.30 in the morning (tours and transports usually pick you up around 7 am). They also offer the usual excursions and transport to other locations at the standard price. Good location as well, because it is close enough for you to walk to either the baywalk area, which is full of restaurants, or the local market where you can find local street food.

It's like a home. The rooms is spacious: 2 double beds and 1 single. When we go out of the room in the morning, the breakfast is already served hot in a wooden classic dining table near the sala, not like when we check-in in big hotels where we have to go downstairs for bfast and line-up. When the tour guides come, we can even hear them from our room as the concierge was near us.

We stayed for five nights, booking one double room and one family room. Both rooms were sufficiently furnished, and there were tables outside that we made good use of during the day. We were also offered the use of a fridge in the common area, which we really appreciated. From what I understand, only the family rooms come with water heating.
The location is very good—tucked away in a safe, lively neighbourhood and within walking distance of both NCCC Mall and SM City Puerto Princesa Mall, where there are supermarkets and plenty of food options. We were also able to walk to several places of interest in the city, including the Boardwalk, Chinatown, the Heritage Centre, and the Immaculate Conception Cathedral. There’s a laundry just across the road that charges reasonable rates.
The hosts were the best part of the stay. They were family-oriented, warm, hospitable, accommodating, and very communicative. They helped organise tours at prices better than those offered on online platforms. We had a whale of a time at Honda Bay and the Underground River—both are must-experience attractions when visiting Palawan.
Highly recommended for travellers looking for a welcoming place, great hosts, and a convenient location.
