The worst, filthiest hotel we've ever tried to stay at. We booked this hotel online because the price was very reasonable. When we got to the hotel, they claimed they were in the remodeling process, but the only evidence of that was a horribly deteriorated exterior, along with netting underneath the balcony walkways to catch falling debris from a building that was literally falling apart. The room! UGH! Opened the door to a shabby room that stank to high heavens. Checked out the bed to find soiled sheets adorned with someone else's bodily fluid, and a bedspread that looked like it had been walked on. The pillows were filthy, and the bed was made up just like someone had just barely pulled up the covers, and not changed the sheets. We asked the front desk person (the only one on duty) if she could have the sheets changed, but she said there was no one to do that, and that we could have new sheets - if she could find any. The area around the elevators was filled with trash carts and also smelled. This was clearly another case of someone buying the franchise of a failing hotel, then just letting it run itself into the ground. Happily, after some resistance from the front desk person, we canceled our reservation and was refunded. My wife and I will NEVER stay in another Red Roof Inn, again.

PPengguna TetamuMy rental truck broke down and I needed a place to stay, I came across this location and had been a very stress free and relaxing visit. Kalie and Jodie have been very exceptional and very professional staff, always have a smile!!! Very helpful when my truck keeps getting delayed in the shop and making sure I still have a room to stay in. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Rooms are clean, smell fresh, non smoked in. Another bonus is Walmart is within walking distance, and several places to eat within walking distance. The standard kind room didn’t have a fridge or microwave, but the upgraded king has them. This is also a pretty quiet location. Thank you Jodie and Kalie for making my stay a pleasant one!!!

SScenic31980280852We were really impressed with this hotel. We were in Indianapolis for the eclipse (along with thousands of others, I assume!), and had booked this hotel 10 months in advance. Upon arriving, the desk clerk asked if we needed eclipse glasses, which we found very accommodating. The rooms were good, everything was in order and clean. When we were ready to observe the eclipse, we were just going to the parking lot of the hotel (along with other groups staying at the hotel). We had neglected to bring any chairs, but the front desk clerk assisted us with moving some of the chairs from the pool area (which was still closed this time of year) to the parking lot for us to use. The breakfast was fantastic. So many selections, and the attendant for the dining area was constantly refreshing the selections and cleaning the area. The hotel was fully booked, yet we did not have any problems with noise or with having a good breakfast even during the end of the service time for the meal. We will definitely plan on using this Comfort Inn location for other trips to this area.

To WHOM it may concern, we were welcomed here by HARRY the owner whom had a big heart! When we first arrived the Red Roof was under alot of renovation construction and we were traveling with Ken's cats TRAINED to pickup on his disability issues. Bldg.#1 that was under renovation wasn't meant for pets just bldg #2. However due to Ken's condition n military service HARRY was kind enough to put us in a recently renovated room! HARRY is very kind and accommodating to all his guests and has a very big heart! When we first got into Red Roof we had a rocky start, this again was due to all the construction renovation and at times being missed on house keeping due to Robin one of staff behind front desk forgeting us. However today I ran into HARRY and his Dad and they asked me how things were going, and I replied that since they had both taken the reigns of the place that things were going much smoother now and Thanked them both. The place looks much better now and I would tell all that they have safes in room, refrigerator and microwave flat screen tvs , washer/dryer in the vending rm. BBQ. grills in back yard for guests,access to restaurants, gas, banks, groceries and interstate. Also plenty of parking.. great if looking for a value!

TTracey WingerThe hotel didn’t recognize our reservation and wanted us to pay again. Then they gave us a room with two double beds instead of the king bed we reserved. Once we got a king size bed room it STUNK OF SMOKE! And the sink looked like it was about to fall off the wall. Bonus is that it’s right across from Beef and Boards Dinner Theater. Hopefully they complete renovations and it is better soon.
