總服務枱的三位小妹妹説話温柔、禮貌，我的房間有陽台，可以看到克蘭河，晚上會有河水聲音，不過不影響我入眠，房間床品、枕頭舒適。酒店位於五百里風情街，酒店東側是克蘭河穿城而過，可以沿河散步，嘗美食。酒店裝修寬敞、配色温馨、衞生乾淨，無異味，房間內寬敞、設備齊全，衞生間乾濕分離，地漏不積水。從酒店步行可去中心菜市場，俄羅斯步行街、百貨大樓、駝峯風景區等等。停車位多。

禾木返程阿勒泰的時候無意間發現了這間寶藏民宿～ 民宿位置緊挨將軍山滑雪場，也就3分鐘路程，民宿很貼心可以接送去雪場。周邊配套齊全，有餐飲酒吧超市非常便利。 我們訂的是雪山觀景房，景色太漂亮了～房間寬敞明亮，舒適整潔，Ins風的裝修風格。採暖方式是地暖，很方便我們滑雪愛好者晾乾雪鞋等衣物。床頭也很貼心的配備了加濕器，浴缸是消毒的，滑完雪後泡個澡簡直是天堂🤭衞生間還配備了戴森吹風機和智能馬桶，太nice! 前台小姐姐特別熱情，主動幫我們提拿行李，每天還把早餐送到我們房間，有什麼要求都會盡量滿足，有問題會第一時間解決。平時還會給客人們準備很多小零食放在大堂。特別要給熱情好客的美女老闆比心🫶🏻人手不夠的時侯親自去雪場接的我們～感謝～ 總之是一次很棒很温馨的住宿體驗，工作原因以後和對象會經常來回阿勒泰，還會選擇住這裏的！

新開的店，前台小姐姐性格很好，服務也細心。設備都很新，自動馬桶，浴缸，大落地窗，太值得了。再來阿勒泰還住這。性價比太高了。離雪場也特別近，窗外風景也特好。

環境，在阿勒泰市郊的一個村落中，清凈，前有克蘭河經過。作為阿禾公路的起點，這裏預計將迎來大量的自駕遊愛好者。離市中心吃飯也不遠，開車十多公里。 服務，工作人員都很熱情，一看樣貌就知道是少數民族的。一直果然是哈瓦克族和維族。相比喀納斯禾木這裏更原生態，景點裏反倒是外地人居多。套餐裏送了一次當地牧户家裡探訪，牧户就是酒店的工作人員，家就在酒店的隔壁，真是因地制宜啊😀。牧户/工作人員很客氣，準備了很多自製的零食點心，招待的客廳也收拾的非常乾淨且有特色，期間還問了很多問題，作息習慣，孩子們的學習，有問必答，真是一次最走心的家訪。晚上送了甜湯，啤酒。 設施，裝修是用心的了，智能窗簾，小冰箱，蘇打水，浴缸，公共洗衣，是在往高端民宿的水準靠。 可是説到這裏還是要説一下致命的缺點，馬桶排氣孔沒有堵上，導致衞生間門必須關着，否則就有異味竄出，這是非常影響感受的。異味這一點反倒是禾木那種有先天條件限制的民宿做得好。所以這一點不改善就算不上高端民宿啦。 第二個缺點，理解阿勒泰的氣候無需空調，但是房間窗户比較小，且衹有一扇窗有紗窗。門多了一扇玻璃門，在夏天感覺雞肋，關閉就不通風，晚上敞開就會放蟲子進來。建議應該改成紗門。這樣就能通風。另外也建議可以裝個吊頂風扇。雖然説阿勒泰涼快，但白天曬，沒有個通風透氣的設施真的很悶氣。 總體來説是這次北疆旅行，環境，設施最好的一家。可能再來走阿禾公路時，它已經不是現在這個高性價比的民宿了。
