Hotel dengan Tab Mandi di Kashgar

We stayed two nights separated by one night in Tashkurgan.The best part of the first day was spent locating an agent to provide a car and driver to Tashkurgan. My wife and me were sent to the Kashgar Tourist centre beyond the airport to apply for a Border Travel Permit to Tashkurgan and astonished to find the place closed being Sunday 24th June. Staff at the reception were all friendly and enthusiastic. Only two lifts served both Orange and Mercure which were inadequate. Mercure provides free pick up and sent from anf to airport but requires 4 hours advance confirmation. We requested sent off to airport for 1005 flight to Chengu. Staff confirmed reservation for two leaving at 0800 which is too early for breakfast at hotel. So an arrangement was made for wake up call, picnic boxes to takeaway. On 26th morning, the short bald old man probably working as bell boy scolded me why I am alone at the lobby at 0752 and that there are other guests waiting in the car. Fully seated by 0755, we discovered that the rush was to pick up another passenger for the one remaining seat in the 7- seater! We had to travel west to Tianshan road, pick up the last passenger at Hanting Hotel before making east and north to Kashgar Airport. The experience totally spoilt my day, wiped out any good feeling or impression with Mercure and never mind about the promised packed breakfast boxes.

這次來喀什，是帶家人出來旅遊的，在網上看到了這個酒店，看了看評分以及評論內容，毅然決然的選擇了美豪麗致。實惠且驚喜。實惠的是價格方面：不到300的價格體驗到了七八百的酒店，房間乾淨衞生整潔，還有個小冰箱，裏面有飲料，咖啡包，茶包等。房間的洗漱用品用的還是八件套的，從洗髮水到洗面奶都有，對出門在外住酒店的人士來説真的很棒啊，而且大堂還有免費的水果無限吃。驚喜的是：服務很好，從進門時的保安大叔到大堂的公衞阿姨都會微笑打招呼，讓我最具有印象的是客服管家小李，她服務專業且貼心，在住當天晚上我需要洗衣服，但是呢，我當時拿下去想洗的時候，恰巧有別的客人在洗，因為是自助的，我想總不能在洗衣房等別人洗好吧，況且已經很晚了，我又犯困了，我就把衣服放在那兒排隊等候，回到房間想了想第二天我需要這幾件送洗的衣服，當我正在苦惱之際，突然想起加有客服管家小李的微信，我想都沒想就給她發訊息，大半夜的也沒有考慮到她是否已經入睡了，但是她很快就回復我了，令我驚喜的是她不僅能及時回覆我訊息，還能很及時的幫我把衣服放進洗衣機洗並且烘乾了，而且第二天她能準時地給我把衣服送上房間，真的非常感謝她，不然我都沒衣服穿了。在我們入住的時候，她主動的幫我把行李送上房間，我提出的要求她都能幫滿足，知道我帶有小朋友，她還給我送來了一套小朋友的洗漱用品和小童拖鞋，很熱情的小姑娘，晚上還送了當地水果和晚安牛奶，在住這幾天期間，需要她幫忙的地方她都能及時的幫我解決了，我真切的感受到她很用心的在做服務，離店當天，她在休息都能及時的回訪我的入住體驗，難道這不就是極致的服務？因為小李，我會再次選擇美豪麗致，美豪也因小李的服務在我心裏更加加分了。以後去到其他城市也會認準美豪麗致這個品牌啦~~

Excellent location close to Kashgar ancient city and amenities.room is huge and clean every day.we loved the welcome dance hosted by hotel everyday.it is so enjoyable to watch the pretty xin Xiang girls dance we stay here for 5 days.highly recommended to all who planned to visit Kashgar.it valued for money not so expensive.

The location is about a 30 minute walk south of the old city, which means you can pass through different neighbourhoods. There are also plenty of taxis that pass outside the hotel. The rooms are modern and comfortable. When I was there the weather was dusty and smoggy, so the view weren't as stunning as they could have been. The breakfast buffet had lots of choices and was hot and satisfying each time.

Perfect location above the lively old town main food street with nicely decorated, spacious rooms and a balcony where it is easy to relax and people watch on the street below. Fast WiFi too, and a powerful aircon unit. Definitely recommended. We liked it so much we returned for a second, longer stay. (Note that being in the pedestrian-only old city you can’t drive directly to the hotel but it’s only 5 minutes walk from the nearest taxi drop-off and about 10 minutes walk from public parking.)

下了飛機十多分鐘就到酒店了，交通方便，位置很好找，就在十字路口拐彎處，有停車場，保安和前台小姐姐服務也很熱心，辦理入住快速而且酒店早餐內線電話等都一一叮囑的很清楚，樓上和房間裝修素雅乾淨，給人很安心的感覺，早餐也是葷素，乾果，湯，各種奶，咖啡自助，味道也好，很用心，住錦江還是不錯的選擇……

以前出差烏魯木齊住過天緣酒店，印象很好，這次來喀什是説走就走的旅行，同樣訂了這家品牌酒店，沒想到給人帶來很多驚喜，首先是地理位置優越，近人民公園，古城等景點都不超過700米，房間內可觀古城全貌。另外前台服務經理更是非常周到細緻，還給我們免費升級了套房，房間客廳很大，床墊枕頭都非常舒服，真的給七小時飛行帶來了非常愜意的放鬆體驗。幸運的喀什之旅從天緣酒店的每一天開啟，人潔地靈的喀什還會再來，美好的天緣下次再見！

1.在古城幾家四星民宿裏選擇了這家，設計別具一格，有品味調性。整體空間感 色調很喜歡。 2.管家會提前聯繫，告知停車場位置，古城門口親自接待，減去了提拿行李的負擔，這點很贊，古城門口到民宿走路三百米，民宿出門走兩步是打卡點，鬧中取靜，晚上安靜。 3.主理人比較有親和力，細節控，認真服務，親力親為，比較暖心。 4.房間乾淨清爽衞生，舒適度較高。晚餐點幾個小菜，小酌一杯，聊天喝酒，挺好。 情緒反撲的時候，請允許自己枯萎幾天，再去好好生活！適合常住！

首先很感謝前廳經理小趙 因為行程延誤 我和家人很晚才到酒店 當時我小寶已經在我懷裡睡著了 行李也比較多 很貼心的幫忙送到我們房間 服務真的好 房間設施很新 乾淨衞生 全智能 空間還很大 第二天因為飛機延誤 問了下前台小姐姐 可以延遲退房嘛 沒有猶豫直接答應延遲一小時退房 還安排送機服務 真的很不錯 如果有機會再來我還是會選擇住這裏

民宿距離古城門口步行大約7-10分鐘，位置很方便。入住前老闆主動打電話詢問是否需要安排機場接送服務，這點非常貼心。原本預訂的是臨街的大床房，老闆升級到了二樓，非常感謝。然而，可能因為民宿是新開的，房間內還有較重的甲醛味，特別是對氣味敏感的人來説不太友好，通風條件還需加強。 另外，民宿的隔音效果較差。第一晚直到凌晨3點才睡着，原因是隔壁房間的客人帶着小孩，公共區域有人跑動、聊天喝酒，打擾了休息。建議民宿在公共區域設定合理的使用時間，並在夜間提醒客人保持安靜，這樣可以避免影響其他住客的體驗。第二天早餐時，其他房間的客人也提出了類似的反饋。 衞生間的排水系統也存在問題，洗澡時水會滲到地面且排不下去，影響使用感受。房間整體佈局比較緊湊，洗漱用品雖選用了寶格麗品牌，但第二天打掃時衹補充了一瓶沐浴露，其他用品沒有補充，可能因為看起來沒用完，但對於每晚1500左右的價格來説，這顯得有些不夠周到。 最後，退房時行李需要我們自己搬下去，雖然不算麻煩，但如果能提供幫助會更好。值得一提的是，老闆準備了伴手禮，增添了一些温馨的感覺。
