Booked 2 rooms with 2 single beds per room. Location - right beside a metro. - Didi car will stop along road and you just need to walk few.steps to hotel. - along the circumference of Bell tower. Service - late Check-out. - Room comes with free Chinese guide of terracotta warriors museum, but need to reserve a day before. Its with a tour agent. They offer RMB30 per person bus trip at 9am and 2pm departure. To reserve a day before too. Didi to terracotta about RMB100. You can get local English guide (limited) at terracotta RM200 (yes you need to slash price and I'm lucky to get one). - they can warm food for you. Room - spacious. Can easily fit 2 big luggage and ample walkway. - hot/cold air, fan speed, temperature adjustment allowed. - toilet and ahower room is separated. - washing basin is located outside of toilet and shower room, with hot and cold water. Standard design in China. - comfortable bed - 2 different pillow softness - decent dynson dup air dryer. - toothbrush, Toothpaste, comb, bath tower, hamd tower provided. - high tech water dispenser with various temperature to choose from. Plenty of water bottle placed at lift and warm water bottle at the main entrance. Just a Note: - 1 room always have vanity kit. The other room never have, and the spoon is not washed properly. Guess you can always request from cleaner lady or services desk. - not that sound proof. You can heard very faint tv sound or people talking of the room beside yours.

Excellent hotel. Rooms are immaculate and high tech. Location of the hotel is also brilliant, easy walk to the Muslim quarter and conveniently near metro and drum and bell tower. A little bit hard to find at first, you need to enter the building next to the Huawei store and go to level 4. Would definitely stay here again.

Strategy location which is near with 钟鼓楼，开元广场。all within walking distance and just a mrt station in front of the hotel. Besides, walking through the underground can reach the night market, which contains a lot of local food. Besides, 回民街” just next to the corner. Great hotel services and amenities, they are helping us to collect 淘宝 before our arrival. Multi washing machines and dryer which you can use it anytime. 👍🏻 Strongly recommend this hotel for solo trip or even with family.

It's right next to the Yongning Gate of the ancient city wall, surrounded by numerous attractions and restaurants, and even offers free parking. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with bedding as soft as clouds. The soundproofing is decent, ensuring a good night's sleep. The scenic window rooms are particularly impressive, offering expansive views and even more captivating nightscapes. It would be even better if the hot water in the bathroom responded faster and the shower water temperature could heat up more quickly.

The hotel boasts an excellent location right next to the Bell Tower subway station, making it easy to walk to attractions like the Muslim Quarter and the Bell Tower. The rooms are clean and tidy, with complete amenities and comfortable bedding, perfect for short stays. The breakfast offers a rich variety of both Chinese and Western options, catering to different tastes. We even received a complimentary fruit platter upon check-in! However, some rooms can be affected by noise, and the room space is a bit small, which can feel cramped if you have a lot of luggage. Overall, it offers good value for money and is ideal for travelers who prioritize convenient transportation, though guests who require more space might want to inquire about room types beforehand.

This stay was very bad. Very bad. We were arranged to stay in the north. The north side faces the street. The cars passing by at 4 o'clock in the morning, especially the cement tankers, were very loud. It was impossible to fall asleep. No matter how good, comfortable, and welcoming the hotel is, it can't stand such noise, especially the window where I stayed was the entrance and exit of the parking lot, and there was an intelligent voice gate that announced the vehicle number in and out, which was very loud. The experience was very bad, and I would like to remind you. If you stay in this hotel, don't stay on the north side of the hotel.

During my stay at Crowne Plaza, I found the accommodation very satisfactory. The room was a good size, featuring a comfortable, super large bed, mini fridge, kettle but no milk, this had to be requested. Also, the slow drainage in the shower was messy and inconvenient. Overall the room was very nice. The hotel’s lobby was spacious and attractively designed, setting a welcoming tone upon arrival. The lounge and the 40th-floor bar were definite highlights, offering a cool and inviting ambiance. The breakfast provided met standard expectations and was enjoyable. I’d like to extend a special acknowledgment to Tony, whose help during check-in and arranging breakfast in my room when I wasn’t feeling well was exceptional, demonstrating outstanding service. Crowne Plaza’s prime location adjacent to a mall and the bridge offered numerous options for leisurely walks and sightseeing, adding to the overall convenience. Although I didn’t personally utilize the gym or pool, they appeared to be well-maintained. Best hotel in the city for sure.

Such a beautiful hotel! Will recommend to all friends. Firstly , staff are so friendly and helpful, especially thanks to Nancy who recommended and arranged for tours with massive patience, and kept following up and we felt so looked after. Other staff including house keeping ladies were very friendly too. Location is prime, subway station is only steps away. Some major Xian attractions are within short walking distance. Hotel is at the end of the main South Road with lots of restaurants along the Road. So happy to have picked this hotel which helped make our first Xi’an experience so pleasant. Also highly recommend people to come at low peak season, we are so lucky to have experienced many attractions without crazy long queues and without being pushed to back of the crowd. Heard from guide that people came during peak who just lined up for hours, yet missed many viewing opportunities because of the crowd.

The location is fantastic. It's very close to the D exit of the subway, the Muslim Quarter, and the Bell Tower. Most attractions are directly accessible from the hotel by bus. The room facilities are complete; it has all the basics, plus a washing machine service. The hotel also offers airport and subway transfer services. The hotel also has free laundry and drying services, and the waiters are very enthusiastic. Parking is free in the basement.
