Booked 2 rooms with 2 single beds per room. Location - right beside a metro. - Didi car will stop along road and you just need to walk few.steps to hotel. - along the circumference of Bell tower. Service - late Check-out. - Room comes with free Chinese guide of terracotta warriors museum, but need to reserve a day before. Its with a tour agent. They offer RMB30 per person bus trip at 9am and 2pm departure. To reserve a day before too. Didi to terracotta about RMB100. You can get local English guide (limited) at terracotta RM200 (yes you need to slash price and I'm lucky to get one). - they can warm food for you. Room - spacious. Can easily fit 2 big luggage and ample walkway. - hot/cold air, fan speed, temperature adjustment allowed. - toilet and ahower room is separated. - washing basin is located outside of toilet and shower room, with hot and cold water. Standard design in China. - comfortable bed - 2 different pillow softness - decent dynson dup air dryer. - toothbrush, Toothpaste, comb, bath tower, hamd tower provided. - high tech water dispenser with various temperature to choose from. Plenty of water bottle placed at lift and warm water bottle at the main entrance. Just a Note: - 1 room always have vanity kit. The other room never have, and the spoon is not washed properly. Guess you can always request from cleaner lady or services desk. - not that sound proof. You can heard very faint tv sound or people talking of the room beside yours.

Highly recommended for Xi’an. Great location. Tourist attraction; Bell tower, drum tower, muslim street by foot. The shuttle bus to Terracotta Army also easy to access, just some metres away from hotel entrance. One thing disturbing on the first night, there was a music play at some place around the hotel, and it was so loud.

I was recommended by my friend to stay at Novotel Bell Tower. At the Level 2 check in counter we were greeted warmly by Ms. Sharon He Yun (何云). Check in was seamless and service was 5 stars. Sharon offered warm milk to be delivered to our rooms before we turned in and guided us on some good eateries. Definitely helpful in a cold, night winter night as first-timer to Xi'an. The other staff worth mentioning is Ms. Jennifer Guo. She was kind and helpful to young guests and treated my teenage girl with respect and assistance as would any adult guests. Room condition was superb, clean and cosy. Amenities were sufficient. Things you ordered get delivered by robot! Toilet seats has warming function and remote flushing. Location is great, near to lots of eateries and a stone throw away to Hui Min Street (回民街)。 Take a walk to Luo Ma Shi (骡马市）too. Novotel is 45 min away by car to the Teraotta. If you book the local tour remember that the performance is not included in the package. It'll cost about RMB350 extra to watch, but hey, you came all the way here and it was worth it. Overall experience starting from the great staff in Novotel will definitely bring us back to Xi'an and this hotel again.

The location is incredibly convenient, right next to the amazing Yongning Gate. Choosing this hotel for our trip to Xi'an was the best decision. The location is absolutely perfect, directly across from Xi'an SKP. It's just a two or three-minute walk to the Yongning Gate subway station, and public transportation in the area is very convenient. The hotel also offers free parking, which is a great bonus. It was super easy to get back to the hotel after exploring the city wall at night. The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities, and there's a free laundry room and gym. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The breakfast spread was also very rich and varied. It was incredibly easy to take the subway from the hotel to Sajinqiao Snack Street. The staff were warm and attentive, proactively helping with our luggage, explaining the hotel's facilities, and even delivering our bags to the room, along with slippers and an electric kettle. They also gave a detailed introduction to the room, which was very thoughtful, and recommended local delicacies and sightseeing routes near the hotel. In the evening, we could see the stunning night view of Yongning Gate and its beautiful lights from our hotel window. This hotel offers excellent value for money. We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit to Xi'an. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Xi'an. The service is truly exceptional!! Highly recommended!!!!

This hotel was recommended by a friend, and I'm very satisfied. The location is excellent, right in the city center. Since we drove, the free parking at the hotel saved us a lot of money. The room was very clean, bright, and airy. The mattress was so soft and comfortable to sleep on, and they even offered latex pillows as an option. The free laundry room was also very convenient, equipped with detergent and an iron. The breakfast spread was quite rich, with some dishes rotated every other day. Overall, it's great value for money. A special thanks to the hotel staff who contacted me on the day of check-out to let me know I'd left my headphones behind and helped mail them to my specified address. I really appreciate it!

This stay was very bad. Very bad. We were arranged to stay in the north. The north side faces the street. The cars passing by at 4 o'clock in the morning, especially the cement tankers, were very loud. It was impossible to fall asleep. No matter how good, comfortable, and welcoming the hotel is, it can't stand such noise, especially the window where I stayed was the entrance and exit of the parking lot, and there was an intelligent voice gate that announced the vehicle number in and out, which was very loud. The experience was very bad, and I would like to remind you. If you stay in this hotel, don't stay on the north side of the hotel.

During my stay at Crowne Plaza, I found the accommodation very satisfactory. The room was a good size, featuring a comfortable, super large bed, mini fridge, kettle but no milk, this had to be requested. Also, the slow drainage in the shower was messy and inconvenient. Overall the room was very nice. The hotel’s lobby was spacious and attractively designed, setting a welcoming tone upon arrival. The lounge and the 40th-floor bar were definite highlights, offering a cool and inviting ambiance. The breakfast provided met standard expectations and was enjoyable. I’d like to extend a special acknowledgment to Tony, whose help during check-in and arranging breakfast in my room when I wasn’t feeling well was exceptional, demonstrating outstanding service. Crowne Plaza’s prime location adjacent to a mall and the bridge offered numerous options for leisurely walks and sightseeing, adding to the overall convenience. Although I didn’t personally utilize the gym or pool, they appeared to be well-maintained. Best hotel in the city for sure.

Such a beautiful hotel! Will recommend to all friends. Firstly , staff are so friendly and helpful, especially thanks to Nancy who recommended and arranged for tours with massive patience, and kept following up and we felt so looked after. Other staff including house keeping ladies were very friendly too. Location is prime, subway station is only steps away. Some major Xian attractions are within short walking distance. Hotel is at the end of the main South Road with lots of restaurants along the Road. So happy to have picked this hotel which helped make our first Xi’an experience so pleasant. Also highly recommend people to come at low peak season, we are so lucky to have experienced many attractions without crazy long queues and without being pushed to back of the crowd. Heard from guide that people came during peak who just lined up for hours, yet missed many viewing opportunities because of the crowd.

The hotel is located in a garden area, and the room is relatively spacious. My friend felt that the shampoo products were very suitable for her to use. The hotel also has free laundry and drying services, and the waiters are very enthusiastic. Parking is free in the basement. Just call the front desk to report your license plate number when you go out. There are many restaurants near the hotel, which is convenient. Recommend everyone
