Hotel Dengan Breakfast di Shaanxi, China

I wish I had stayed in Xi'An for a few more days and made use of this excellent hotel. Prime location straight across from the famous Bell Tower. Across the road from the famous eateries including the Muslim Food Street. Also literally 20 metres from the Metro exit. The rooms were clean and modern and quiet. There was free bottled water on every floor by the elevator that you could just grab and go. Free afternoon tea buffet from 2-4:30. The staff were also very nice, especially the door lady, she was lovely. I cannot recommend this place enough and will certainly be staying here again when I visit.

Fantastic stay. I only wish we had booked longer. The staff truly made it exceptional. They were warm, attentive and always going the extra mile. The hotel’s design is stylish and welcoming and the location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of a vibrant area with great nightlife just outside. Despite that it still feels calm and relaxing inside. The beds were incredibly comfortable (slept amazingly) and the buffet plus all the thoughtful extras were a great touch. The hotel coffee is good and having Luckin Coffee connected to the building was a bonus since it’s my personal favorite. Next time I’m in Xi’an I won’t even look anywhere else.

I recently stayed at the Chalet Hotel (Xi’an Bell and Drum Tower) and it was easily the highlight of the trip. If you’re looking for the perfect mix of location, style, and comfort, this is it. First off, the location is unbeatable. You are steps away from the Bell Tower and the Muslim Quarter, which made popping out for late-night snacks or sunrise photos incredibly easy. Even though it's right in the heart of the action, the room was surprisingly quiet and felt like a peaceful escape from the city buzz. The design of the hotel is super chic—very modern with a touch of local character. My room was spotless, the bed was like a cloud, and I loved the high-end amenities they provided. It definitely feels more like a boutique luxury experience than a standard hotel. What really pushed it to a 10/10 for me was the service. The staff went above and beyond to help with local recommendations and transport, making everything feel seamless. Whether you're here for the history or the food, this is the best base you could ask for in Xi'an. I’ll definitely be booking here again.

What a lovely little hotel. It has a really authentic, quaint feel to it. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. The location is fantastic for access to the City wall, a lovely park a 5 minute walk away and really well located to get to places like the Muslim Quarter. It also has easy to use washing facilities, which we needed. The rooftop balcony gave views of the city and the city wall. Great spot for a beer and a game of cards!

The family is extremely accommodating. They picked me up and dropped me off at the train station as well as Mt Huashan. The lovely woman was so helpful with getting me tickets to do the buses and cable cars which I had trouble doing myself online. The man was also very lovely. Very clean facilities and graciously accommodating couple. Wished my stay was longer and would definitely come back again!

The hotel is very good and conveniently located near many attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The room was comfortable and the overall environment was pleasant. What made the stay even better was the excellent service from the staff. In particular, Jason provided outstanding support and service throughout my stay. He was very helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist whenever needed. His professionalism and warm attitude truly made a great impression. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

A really lovely stay. I stayed for three nights and although the english was very limited for a western hotel chain, the staff were always friendly and helped me when I had questions. The room was really spacious and the price amazing for including breakfast. Shower was great. The breakfast is Chinese style just to bear in mind and it’s in a nice location next to the East Gate. If I ever return to Xi’an I would stay here again

睡得很舒服，床上是羽絨被，進房間開空調就很快涼快起來，衞生間也很乾凈。這裏想來寫好評是想特意説明一點，房間禁止吸煙，會有煙霧報警器，雖然我個人是抽煙人士，但是房間內不允許抽煙，這點我是支持的，房間不會有異味，煙漬不會沾染到房間裏物品上，好評！圖片沒有拍，住了兩晚睡得都很不錯，隔音很好。

The room is quite spacious and well furnished. Surrounding is well decorated. Location is not much closed to city but it made the hotel quiet. Staff is helpful

I especially appreciated the Dyson hairdryer — such a nice touch to have even while traveling. And the mattress deserves a special mention: one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on, truly outstanding. I would definitely stay here again. My only regret is that I only spent two nights, because everything about this hotel was simply lovely.
