This hotel offers excellent value for money. The location is convenient for getting around, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the water pressure is strong. The breakfast spread is diverse, and the facilities are comprehensive. I highly recommend it for business travelers. It will definitely be my top choice next time I'm in Xi'an!

This time I chose Yunhe Yebo for my trip to Xi'an, and overall I was very satisfied with the experience! 🚌 Convenient Transportation: The hotel offers a shuttle service to the Terracotta Army, which made getting to the attractions super convenient. I didn't have to worry about transportation myself, which saved a lot of hassle! 💁 Thoughtful Service: The staff's service attitude was excellent. From check-in to check-out, they were all very warm and attentive, making me feel very welcome. 🍜 Amazing Breakfast: The breakfast had a rich variety, with all sorts of Xi'an specialty dishes available! Roujiamo (meat burger), Liangpi (cold noodles), and Hulutang (spicy soup) – all the authentic local flavors were there, and they tasted very genuine. I was extremely satisfied! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Xi'an. Highly recommended! 👍

My stay at this hotel was an unforgettable experience of warmth and professionalism. The front desk staff were incredibly attentive, not only greeting every guest with a smile but also ensuring everyone felt right at home with their thoughtful and meticulous service. Whether it was handling check-ins or simply coming and going, they were always patient and enthusiastic, as if fulfilling each guest's needs was their top priority. The hotel's facilities and environment were also a major highlight. From the exquisite decor in the lobby to the comfortable layout of the guest rooms, every detail showcased the hotel's commitment to quality. In the rooms, the spaciousness, soft bedding, high-definition TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi all elevated the guest experience to a new level. This hotel not only earned praise for its service attitude but also excelled in its facilities, providing every guest with a comfortable, convenient, and pleasant lodging environment. The hotel's location is excellent, just a stone's throw from the subway station, making it incredibly convenient to get to popular attractions. Right across the street are two large shopping malls, so dining and shopping are also very easy. The hotel breakfast features a variety of authentic Shaanxi specialties; in just one meal, I got to taste delicious dishes like beef paomo, roujiamo, shuiben beef, hulutang, and youcha. The overall service at the hotel was satisfying, friendly, and attentive, with prompt responses to any issues. Five-star rating all around!

The Staffs were very very helpful in helping to recommend tours, local travelling to tourists' places , what to see for tourists i.e. us. They recommended where to taste local authentic foods even to beware of fraudsters, eat healthy and spend worthy etc. The hotel, Ibilis was wonderful and up to standard for locals and international tourists. We appreciated the staffs' courteous ways of dealing with tourists (both local and international i.e us included. The hotel is at the right location to many touristic places and local /international food places too. We like to stay again in this hotel, Ibilis Hotel when we come as a family again and also recommend to our extended families, friends and travel companions! Bravo!

✨ Xi'an Family-Friendly Accommodation - Highly Recommended! Excellent location, within walking distance to the Bell Tower, right next to the Bell Tower tour meeting point. Super convenient for getting around. The room was meticulously cleaned, and facilities were well-maintained. The staff were warm and professional, never over-intrusive. Downstairs, there are many snack stalls, offering a one-stop shop for food, drinks, and entertainment. Staying here saved us time and was very comfortable. This time, we celebrated our child's tenth birthday, and the hotel helped decorate the room. The atmosphere was amazing, perfect for photos. The customer service was incredibly thoughtful; they even helped print my child's study worksheets and gave a small gift for the birthday. Bringing kids to Xi'an, staying here was a perfect experience! 💯

I highly recommend MEILIE LING Homestay. It's fully equipped with excellent facilities and the service is incredibly thoughtful and attentive. The location is very convenient for getting around, making sightseeing a breeze. The decor is absolutely stunning with a great aesthetic, offering plenty of picturesque spots perfect for taking amazing photos.

I only stayed at this hotel for one night. The hotel is in a very strategic and convenient location, and the check-in process was smooth and quick. The receptionist was also friendly and welcoming. However, I had two disappointing experiences during my stay. 1. The room was initially different from what I booked When I first entered my room, I noticed that it did not appear to match the room I had booked through Trip.com. The layout was different, including the location of the bathtub, and the room also seemed smaller than the one shown in the photos and videos on the booking platform. I am not sure whether the room was actually the same room category or whether I was given a different type of room by mistake. I later mentioned this to the staff at the Club Lounge. They were very helpful and immediately assisted me in changing to another room that matched the photos and videos shown in my Trip.com booking. I really appreciated their quick response and assistance. However, I was still left wondering whether the first room was given to me by mistake or whether there was some other misunderstanding. 2. The swimming pool cap policy was confusing The second experience was regarding the swimming pool. When my husband and our 2-year-old child wanted to swim, the pool staff told us that swimming caps were mandatory. Since we did not bring any, we immediately went to the pool reception desk to purchase one. At first, I only intended to buy one for my husband, but the staff told us that we had to purchase two caps, including one for our child. However, my husband noticed a sign at the pool reception desk clearly stating that swimming caps were mandatory for guests aged 3 and above. We explained that our child was only 2 years old, but the staff still insisted that our child had to wear a swimming cap, so we ended up purchasing two. After we finished swimming, I passed by the reception desk again and personally checked the sign. It clearly stated that the swimming cap requirement applied to children aged 3 and above. My child is only 2 years old, and during the time in the pool, he was simply sitting/soaking in the water while being held by his father. I initially had no problem purchasing the cap because I was happy to follow the hotel’s rules. However, after seeing the actual policy on the sign, I couldn’t help but wonder why the staff insisted on making us purchase one for a 2-year-old without first asking about his age. If the intention is for swimming caps to be mandatory for all ages, then perhaps the wording on the sign should simply be changed to reflect that rule. 😃 Otherwise, the current situation is quite confusing and, honestly, a little ironic. When checking out, I mentioned this issue to the receptionist. She apologized and kindly gave me a small Xi’an refrigerator magnet as a gesture. Thank you — I genuinely appreciated it. Overall, the hotel has a great location, and some of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, these experiences left me somewhat disappointed with my stay. I hope the hotel can clarify these policies and improve communication between staff members in the future. Thank you.

Very close to the subway and surprisingly quiet, with a cool retro decor. It was super convenient for getting around. You absolutely HAVE to try the rice noodles for breakfast! I ate them for three days straight, haha. They come with a stir-fried meat sauce that's incredibly delicious. The aunties and the front desk staff were all so thoughtful and accommodating. They helped with everything I asked for, even printing dozens of pages of my contract! **Double Indulgence Afternoon Tea Buffet**: Highly recommended, with fruits, pastries, and coffee.

I couldn't wait to write a glowing review for this hotel the moment I checked out. With the Mid-Autumn Festival approaching, they gifted us a large box of mooncakes upon check-in, which was such a thoughtful touch! As a guest, you get free access to the scenic area, and the gardens are incredibly relaxing. For the evening performance, there's a dedicated entrance, saving a lot of time. The hot springs were also amazing; after watching 'The Song of Everlasting Sorrow,' they had already drawn a bath for us. Soaking under the osmanthus trees in the courtyard, enveloped in the scent of autumn, I had the most peaceful sleep. I visit Xi'an every year, and this is by far the most satisfying hotel I've stayed in here. Next time, I hope to bring my family for a short stay.
