環境很棒，服務人員也很友好，不會催你幹嘛，因為趕飛機，晚退了兩個小時房間，也沒有説什麼，第一次住，還不錯的感覺，下次來蘭州應該還會選這家的，衞生很好，環境很好，房間也很大，整體來説很棒的一次體驗，推薦指數4.8分，因為0.2分不知道的因素哈哈，很棒💁

是我在蘭州3天住的比較滿意的酒店，在市中心，但是酒店在巷子裏，酒店🏨位置稍微有點點不好找，但是可以打車送到門口，裏面環境真不錯，而且安靜乾淨，服務也不錯。下次去會直接訂這個酒店。

The hotel is quite convenient to metro (600m Qilihe station Exit D and walk) and restaurants nearby. It just a few hundred meters to the yellow river. Rooms are on the smaller side but sufficient. Fairly clean and basic. No fridge in our room. Overall a bit dated but the price gives fair value.

We had a amazing stay. Lovely beds, shower and the food for breakfast was delicious and had such variation! The staff were incredibly helpful.
Li Wenqiao was particularly superb!! He went out of his way to help us we any questions and needs we had during our stay (often before we even had the chance to ask!). This included sorting us out car hires in Lanzhou and beyond. Despite the language barrier he made a sincere effort to make us feel welcome and check we understood everything we needed to know.
Wang Naipeng was also amazingly helpful! Coming to the rescue when we ordered takeout to completely the wrong place 😂
We wish were returning to Lanzhou again soon, so we could stay in the hotel again! :)

The room are gorgeousss!!! Also super convenient if you arrive by train. The Staff also helped me book my bus for the next day which so super helpful. WiFi is very instable tho, I had to stay on my phone data.

完成了西北大環線旅行後我們落腳在蘭州休整了三晚，想逛逛夜市，看看博物館再看看黃河橋，最後選擇了茂御，事實證明我們的選項沒錯。三天休整舒緩了旅途的疲勞，尤其是酒店的床墊和枕頭這個我很滿意，做為南方人此次西北之行沒帶潤膚露簡直是一大敗筆，而酒店的潤膚露簡直是我的救星。最後誇一下早餐廳的咖啡，現磨咖啡濃郁的咖啡油脂，體現了咖啡豆的新鮮，這個必須誇，以後有機會還會來，可惜我沒有拍什麼照片，但以上的讚美都是真心的，希望和你分享。

交通便利，步行不到十分鐘就是正寧夜市；前台小姐姐很耐心熱情，小哥哥解決問題溝通順暢、及時周到，共情能力強；且不説酒店走廊、房間都鋪有地毯，能最大限度減緩行李拖拉、桌椅拖拽造成的噪音，光是配送的鳳慶滇紅茶包，茶湯和回甘真是絕了，是品鑒級別的高級，看得出來是用心待客的！

一直喜歡維店，環境舒適，設施智能化，讓人能夠安心入睡。服務到位，進門有飲料和零食，小妹還貼心地送了早餐。房間床品乾淨舒適，乾濕分離（最喜歡衞生間、洗浴、洗漱三區獨立的形式），早餐營養豐富。出門往左十字路口的金強牛肉麪店超級好吃，牛肉麪，蘿蔔湯，牛肉樣樣強，24小時營業喲！唯一遺憾的是酒店因地處老城區停車位稍顯緊張，店家在積極地進行協調，這算是天先不足吧！

榻榻米房間不錯，夠大。廁所和洗澡是分開的。還有桌球可以娛樂。離黃河樓一公里左右，離蘭州老街二公里加，位置還是不錯的。停車很方便，充電站就在酒店對面，對新能源車十分友好。不足就是床上用品舊了點，有污漬。早餐如果遇到旅行團就很麻煩。

The hotel's facilities were exceptional, offering a diverse range of amenities such as a well-equipped fitness center, rejuvenating spa, and a stunning pool. However, what truly stood out for me was the captivating live music that filled the hotel. The talented musicians created a vibrant and unforgettable atmosphere, adding an extra touch of charm to my stay. JJohn MichaelFirst visit to Lanzhou and while I enjoyed the city - the hotel was far overpriced (Double Room - Executive Floor). Paying ”Shanghai” prices in Lanzhou in Winter just seems crazy. For the price, I was expecting a 5-star experience, which it wasn't.
The executive lounge was comfortable, but not well stocked with drinks or snacks. The main lobby has some kind of 'perfume' or fragrance in the air, which was unpleasant. The guest room was excessively warm, even with the windows open.
HIGH POINT - Breakfast Buffet was outstanding. And the breakfast staff excellent. Housekeeping staff also very friendly, and helpful.

Big thanks to Suzie who speaks excellent English and was able to recommend local restaurants. She also arranged for free snacks to be left in my room, much appreciated. Tea and kettle in room, but no coffee. Excellent location in the old St, many, many restaurants nearby.

Great location to be based from with easy access to all the nice tourist attractions. The staff also very welcoming and responsive. Would stay here again if I come back to Lanzhou

SSandy KuanI originally intended to stay 2 nights at Hyatt, but ended up extending my stay for 2 more nights because of the excellent service & the amazing view from my room. I switched rooms twice, because other customers secretly smoked in their rooms and the 2nd hand smoke infiltrated into mine, even though the hotel has a strict policy of no smoking. The staff and especially Owen, the front desk manager, was especially accommodating. He made every effort to see to my comfort during my stay, even upgrading my room and offering two free breakfasts because of the smoking issue. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel in Lanzhou - the service & room & pool & gym & food (the Lanzhou beef noodles) are excellent!

PPengguna Tetamu房間做了升級，床比較大適合帶孩子一起住。酒店地理位置優，走路大概10分鐘不到可以到中山橋，訂的包車司機説我們酒店即在市中心又不會堵車接送十分方便。實際上我們自己打車定位也準確，司機也方便停車。酒店工作人員小古和小明態度十分和藹，早餐品種也比較豐富。個人覺得這個酒店很值得推薦。

They have free airport shuttle! (In the mornings anyways). Which I managed to catch. Otherwise it is walkable to the airport at just 1 kilometer from the airport!

SShahzanDiDi ride to the hotel was easy and check-in was smooth. We loved that pedestrian street Zhangye Road was just 150 meters from the hotel and night market Da Zhong Xiang was 500 meters. The hotel has two elevator locations, one right under the sign that says Courtyard Hotel and another one through a small alley on the right side of Bank of Gansu which you will see is situated in the same building as the hotel. Must go to 5th floor for reception. Bathroom amenities and towels were replaced daily. Small issue is some parts of room were dusty, window not cleaned and I wished there was a bidet spray for washing.

둥둥이언닝Location: It's near Zhengninglu Night Market, so you can enjoy a variety of food.
Service: I like that the staff is friendly and responds promptly.
Facilities: The rooms are spacious, they are cleaned every day, and anything that is lacking is always filled.
Breakfast: There is a variety of food, and I highly recommend the beef noodles prepared by the chef.
What is lacking:
I think it would be good to prepare an ice maker for foreigners, or prepare ice separately.
It would be nice if you could prepare orange juice or lemon juice as a cold drink. It was my first time trying warm orange juice.
