This hotel’s location is really good. It is located right next to a major shopping mall with lots of good restaurants and stores. It’s located within walking distance from Xuanwu Gate 玄武门 and Xuanwu Lake 玄武湖. It’s right next to a subway that provides easy access to other parts of Nanjing like the Nanjing Museum 南京博物院 or the Confucian Temple area 夫子庙. The rooms were clean and everything in it felt high quality. The view of Nanjing from my room was beautiful. Although the hotel staff are very friendly, I marked the service and amenities as 4/5 for a few reasons. First, laundry is relatively expensive whereas at Atour 亚朵 it’s free. If i remember correctly, they wanted me to pay 35 or so rmb per article of clothing. Secondly, the hotel allows delivery of takeout but they do not send it to your room like they do at Atour 亚朵. You have to go to the lobby and pick it up yourself. These are the only two things that stop me from giving all 5/5s. Other than that, I loved this hotel especially for its location and comfortable rooms. If you dont care about doing laundry or having takeout ordered directly to your room, then those two criticisms are relatively minor things. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel regardless.

The location of the hotel and the view it’s showing are very very nice, it’s have good smells all the the time and very will arranged. The only small issue for me that they don’t have 24/7 dining option. Other than that it’s defiantly a good choice. Oh by the way the size of the rooms is one of the biggest in same category 👍👍👍

Location is excellent. Many high rating restaurants around. 6min walk to the City Wall. Right at the historic area to shop and walk around. The staff are super friendly, they make so much effort to communicate with us in English via phone. Also, when we checked out, they gave us 2 fans for souvenirs. The decor of the hotel is very nice. Moreover they even have a clothes hanger line in the washroom, very thoughtful. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable stay, easy to deliver takeaway food with their cute robot machine which delivers to your doorstep, also spacious room with clean toilet and instant warm water, it was a good experience and I would choose this location if I come to Nanjing again. We chose a non smoking room and there was no smoke smell at all the corridors or room

The service is impeccable, the buffet breakfast and dinner is above average. The only issue was the broken climate control. The rooms were stuffy and needed to request for the windows to be opened. As of this writing, stayed at the hotel in March. The rooms were relatively clean, but in need of a proper deep clean and polishing. The location is great and right across from the wanda mall. Lots of food choices. Highly recommended though if that climate control is not fixed soon, summer would be terrible in the rooms.

We are a couple traveling from Australia to China and we are glad that we stayed at The Tai. Everyone from the receptionist to the bellhop ( Mr Sha), cleaning lady, room service and staff at the breakfast area were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Especially for foreigners like us who were not familiar with the local app and the front desk helped to order the medicine and have it delivered to us. Due to unforeseen circumstances , I ended up staying at The Golden Eagle Summit hotel. Check-in was smooth. The location is perfect! The hotel’s entrance was at the back, while the front part is a mall with lots of shops, restaurants and a supermarket. Also, the metro station is right there which was so convenient! The room decor is a bit old fashioned, but nevertheless very clean. The breakfast buffet was ok, but needs more variety. The service is great! Great place to stay in the downtown area!

I want to mention that the hotel has a GREAT location and the staff was friendly! It's really close to the Confucius Temple, a metro line that goes directly to Nanjing South Train Station, and many nice restaurants/ shops etc. The bed is comfortable, and the shower is good. However, our room smelled a bit of cigars (420) even though I asked for a nonsmoking room. Also, there was construction noise starting at 7:30 a.m. (??). After we called reception to ask about it, it stopped, but that was not nice. The next day (a Sunday), we didn't have this issue :) . Overall, I think it was worth it because of the location, but it was a short weekend trip, so we didn't spend much time in the hotel.

PPengguna TetamuBecause of the epidemic, the National Day holiday I can not go far, so I find a resort hotel to pretend to travel; I have lived in many Hentian resort hotels before, but this time I chose this hotel mainly for the quality of Hentian. Although the maple leaves in Qixia Mountain are not yet red, but this trip satisfied me a lot. The location of the hotel is said to be the former renovation of Qixia Middle School, next to it is the Buddhist College. Next to the hotel also have Qixia ancient town old street,but it is refurbished so it has not yet opened .I think this is a little regret. On the other hand,the hotel villa area garden landscape is very beautiful,each building has its own characteristics,we lived in the inside one, next to the mountain,lt was very quiet, the room with a small courtyard, and the courtyard has a private soup,but unfortunately bubble pool has not been used temporarily. The layout of the whole room belongs to the Buddhist minimalist style,and the space is comparison. It was amazing that the intelligent control system is implemented throughout the hotel.The hotel also offers free minibar drinks and fruit plates. The hotel has a VIP channel to climb Qixia Mountain,you just need brush the room card, which is a feature of the hotel.It only need to walk for 10 minutes to reach the Qixia temple. Early in the morning is not hot, while fewer people will go,so this time to play is very comfortable. Blue sky, white clouds and shady trees, as if a beautiful picture scroll. With the maple leaves turning red in November, there must be another taste, and I look forward to the next appointment.
