Great location and we were kindly upgraded - the room was spacious, clean and had a beautiful view of the mountain. We didn't have an iron or ironing board in our room but guest services provided one on request. Breakfast options are plentiful but not if you require halal or vegetarian options - these were very limited. I would ask the hotel in future to make more halal and vegetarian options available for guests. Everything else was perfect! Would definitely stay here again.

The service was good with free pick up from the railway station. The location is not next to the steam, but can see it from my room. During the night, there was a strong smoking smell in my room that I could not sleep. I let them know and they changed the room for us.

This hotel was truly excellent, and probably one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in with regard to the quality of the rooms, and especially the quality of the service provided. The building: reception, interior, balcony, and rooms themselves, are all extremely modern, well maintained, and have lots of technology such as automatic curtains, voice control (in Chinese only), large televisions, big windows, EXCELLENT air conditioning, robot food delivery, in-room alarms, electronic light controls, modern electric toilets, and even more that I won't list here. The hotel also has on-site free laundry service (self-service but the detergent is provided), gym, and a very good breakfast. The location of the hotel is very good, and we found it convenient for everything we wanted to do, including being only a short walk (or Didi) from the city centre, and only 10 minutes walk from the Tianmen Mountain cable car. However, the true stand out of our stay was the service. It was my birthday during the stay, and the hotel decorated the room with balloons, provided a cake, happy birthday lettering in Chinese, and made sure that the surprise was kept from me until my partner arrived to be there with me to receive it. I would like to especially thank Xiao Li for helping to arrange everything during our stay, and all of the staff that were involved in our care. The service was truly outstanding and far beyond what I have received at five star hotels in the past. They were quick to reply to any WeChat message and no request was inconvenient for them. We really felt looked after. We booked the mini-suite and this room was incredible. Extremely spacious, with two toilets, a living room, a bedroom, a hallway, a LARGE amount of storage space and cupboards, two televisions, a bath, a shower, a fridge, and three sinks for washing. This was the best hotel room I have ever stayed in and we were so sad to leave. There was no smell of smoke in the hotel at any point. Thank you to all of the staff for making our stay so special.

The hotel left a very pleasant impression. The location is convenient — you can walk to the train station, and from there there’s a direct bus to the south gates with no queues, which saves a lot of time. We especially appreciated the owners: they were very attentive and friendly, gave detailed directions, helped us navigate around the city, were always available, and even provided umbrellas during the rain — a small detail, but it really shows care. The rooms are clean and cozy, with a beautiful view. Housekeeping was done daily and to a high standard. The staff is attentive but unobtrusive. Overall, it’s a comfortable place you genuinely want to return to.

We had a really great stay. The property was in a good location downstream from Fenghuang Ancient Town main attraction area. To walk to the busy parts and the iconic scene of the ancient town it was about a 15-20 minute walk without stopping. Hotel also has shuttle service to take you to Fenghuang town and back. We loved this service and also our own private tea room attached to our room. There is also a bathtub on the balcony with bath salts and bath cover included. The temperature of the rooms are centrally controlled at around 23 degrees so make sure to book the larger room that has it's own tea room if you want to control the temperature as there is an individual AC unit for those. Housekeeping lady was lovely and provided us everything we needed for the stay. We got breakfast included and it wasn't at the hotel but in the restaurant right next door, buffet style. Variety wasn't big but environment was clean. The view from the hotel during day and night are totally worth it, especially when it rains and the river becomes misty.

這次來衡陽出差，選擇入住福朋喜來登酒店，整體體驗超出預期，最讓我印象深刻的便是貼心周到的前台服務。剛抵達大堂，前台工作人員便主動上前幫忙拎行李，笑容親切温和，沒有絲毫敷衍。辦理入住時流程簡潔高效，見我攜帶較多文件，還貼心遞上温水，主動告知電梯、餐廳與自助洗衣房的位置。我不慎忘記攜帶身份證，前台工作人員耐心指導網上申領電子證件，全程細緻講解操作步驟，緩解了我的焦慮。諮詢周邊商圈、出行路線時，工作人員條理清晰地推薦景點與美食，還貼心提供停車指引，酒店配備充電樁也提前細緻説明。酒店大堂整潔大氣，房間乾淨寬敞，床品柔軟舒適，隔音效果良好。早餐品類豐富，本地特色小吃一應俱全。但全程最加分的還是前台團隊，專業又有温度，處處站在客人角度考慮問題。優越的地理位置搭配滿分服務，無論是商務出行還是休閑遊玩都十分合適，下次來衡陽依舊會選擇這家，強烈推薦！

酒店位置不錯 出行很方便。房間採光好、衞生做得細緻，洗漱用品齊全。前台工作人員態度親切，辦理入住效率高，睡眠環境也很安靜，整體體驗感拉滿。推薦推薦

It was a wonderful exerience. I thought it it might be a bit gimmicky going in but everything was very thoughtfully arranged and practical. Stayed in the 270 degree view room and night scenery was fantastic. Looking out at Changsha lit up from a 5m tub is chef's kiss. Projector was also great for watching movies from bed The big standout was the service. Every mirror and surface was constantly kept spotless by the cleaning staff and the butler service was super convenient and responsive. Anything we wanted always got an instant response and was taken care of within minutes. Our butlers went above and beyond to make sure we got a private appointment time at the storm spa too. Honestly, found it more responsive and helpful than at places like the St Regis. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed, which made us feel comfortable right away. The breakfast was also very good, and overall the hotel offers great value for the money. The location was convenient as well — about a 15–20 minute walk to the cable car for Mount Tianmen, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, making it very easy to get around and find everything we needed. What stood out the most, though, was the kindness of the reception staff. When we lost one of our phones on the street, the girls at the front desk went above and beyond to help us by speaking in Chinese with a stranger who had found it. Their help and care made a stressful situation so much easier, and we are truly grateful for their support.
