Menginap di hotel ini pada hujung minggu, pengalaman yang hebat! Lokasi sangat strategik, pengangkutan mudah, dan banyak pilihan makanan di sekitarnya. Sambutan di kaunter hadapan sangat mesra dan cekap, urusan daftar masuk pantas dan lancar. Bilik bersih dan kemas, cadar katil selesa, membuatkan tidur lena sepanjang malam. Kemudahan juga lengkap, dan ada sarapan percuma dengan pelbagai jenis hidangan. Pasti akan memilih hotel ini lagi pada masa akan datang!

Amazon hotel! The owners picked us up and delivered us to the train station. The breakfast was very nice. The location was great. I’m immensely thankful to the hotel staff for their help during my illness, they drove us to and back from the hospital as I have gotten sick. Thank you very much once again!

Hotel is not 5 stars, but has really good amenities, and staff is really helpful. It has laundry room with washer and dryer which is very convenient and helpful for long trips. Breakfast is good and with a lot of options. The hotel does not have a restaurant but you can order food to come in the room with the robot. Location is a bit meh because there was a barbecue market downstairs and if we did not close the windows the smell would enter the room. Overall good experience. We could see the tianmen mountain cableway from the window because hotel is within 10 min walk from the Tianmen mountain down cableway station.

I stayed here with my sister and we absolutely loved it! The owners were incredibly kind and went out of their way to help us and make us feel welcome even though they didn’t speak English! We stayed here 3 nights but wish we had stayed longer! They took care of booking all of our activities for us and even messaged us when we were out to ensure that we had found our way alright! The location was also excellent with beautiful views from the roof deck of the mountains as well as a washer/dryer free to use! We even had an amazing view of the mountains from our room!

The stay was pleasant and offered good value for the affordable rates, with facilities that met expectations; however, the breakfast arrangement could be improved, as the limited options are not very friendly for foreign guests. Staff xiao song was very supportive

We had a really great stay. The property was in a good location downstream from Fenghuang Ancient Town main attraction area. To walk to the busy parts and the iconic scene of the ancient town it was about a 15-20 minute walk without stopping. Hotel also has shuttle service to take you to Fenghuang town and back. We loved this service and also our own private tea room attached to our room. There is also a bathtub on the balcony with bath salts and bath cover included. The temperature of the rooms are centrally controlled at around 23 degrees so make sure to book the larger room that has it's own tea room if you want to control the temperature as there is an individual AC unit for those. Housekeeping lady was lovely and provided us everything we needed for the stay. We got breakfast included and it wasn't at the hotel but in the restaurant right next door, buffet style. Variety wasn't big but environment was clean. The view from the hotel during day and night are totally worth it, especially when it rains and the river becomes misty.

這次來衡陽出差，選擇入住福朋喜來登酒店，整體體驗超出預期，最讓我印象深刻的便是貼心周到的前台服務。剛抵達大堂，前台工作人員便主動上前幫忙拎行李，笑容親切温和，沒有絲毫敷衍。辦理入住時流程簡潔高效，見我攜帶較多文件，還貼心遞上温水，主動告知電梯、餐廳與自助洗衣房的位置。我不慎忘記攜帶身份證，前台工作人員耐心指導網上申領電子證件，全程細緻講解操作步驟，緩解了我的焦慮。諮詢周邊商圈、出行路線時，工作人員條理清晰地推薦景點與美食，還貼心提供停車指引，酒店配備充電樁也提前細緻説明。酒店大堂整潔大氣，房間乾淨寬敞，床品柔軟舒適，隔音效果良好。早餐品類豐富，本地特色小吃一應俱全。但全程最加分的還是前台團隊，專業又有温度，處處站在客人角度考慮問題。優越的地理位置搭配滿分服務，無論是商務出行還是休閑遊玩都十分合適，下次來衡陽依舊會選擇這家，強烈推薦！

酒店位置不錯 出行很方便。房間採光好、衞生做得細緻，洗漱用品齊全。前台工作人員態度親切，辦理入住效率高，睡眠環境也很安靜，整體體驗感拉滿。推薦推薦

Just Got Back from Changsha – The Hotel Staff Made the Trip Honestly, I picked the ISEYA Panoramic in Changsha mostly for the views (it's on the 71st floor), but what I'll really remember is how incredibly nice and helpful the people who worked there. The hotel itself is gorgeous. The bathtub by the window with the city skyline is as amazing as the pictures show. The elevators are very fast. Although you can find nice rooms in many places what you can't find everywhere is a team that genuinely care that everything is going well. Would I stay again? In a heartbeat. The place is beautiful, but it's the people who work there that turned a great hotel stay into a truly special memory. It felt less like a transaction and more like being a guest in someone's home. Excellent hotel with great location for all the tourist spots. Thousand hotel is a 10min walk to Tianmen mountain. The rooms are great with modern technology and great sizes, especially for families. Good range of breakfast to start your day. The staff were very considerate and welcoming although we don’t speak Chinese Thanks to the hotel staff
