We had an exceptionally pleasant stay at this hotel. Our room was spacious, bright, and thoughtfully appointed, with an excellent selection of toiletries that added an extra touch of comfort. The staff were consistently warm, accommodating, and attentive, always willing to help with anything we needed. The location was also ideal, with a wide variety of restaurants and shops right on the doorstep, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. Having travelled around China for two weeks, this was without question our favourite hotel of the entire trip. We would highly recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and outstanding hospitality.

”From the very first contact when I made my reservation, the communication was excellent. They arranged a pickup from the station and even greeted me with a detailed map upon arrival. Every day, the staff took time to explain the best routes and helped me book tickets and local transportation. The room was spotless, and the towels were clearly disinfected. The location is perfect—surrounded by shops and restaurants. As a thoughtful touch, they gave me a local souvenir when I checked out. The hotel is newly renovated and decorated so cozily. Highly recommend!”

It was fair for the price and in a good location for accessing the forest park via the East entrance. Great to be able to do our washing and hang it to dry on the covered rooftop. The air conditioning in our room was a bit hit and miss, going from cooling to heating during the night. Overall nice atmosphere.

The owner was fully committed for us to have the best experience in Fenghuang city. We were contacted 2 days before our arrival for a pick-up from the railway station. Everything went so smoothly. I was speechless regarding the quality of the service. It was also relieving as I travelled with my parents who are not that young anymore. We had the same shuttle service for our way back to the station. The hôtel also helped us book a guided tour to visit the surrounding. We are not just receiving a room in this hotel. We received much more. We were really grateful for your kindness.

We had such a wonderful stay here! From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm and welcoming—they even kindly picked us up from the train station, which made the journey so much easier. Tian was incredibly kind and helpful, especially when it came to organising our tickets to enter the village. The hotel itself is perfectly located, just a short and pleasant walk from the Furongzhen scenic area. After a peaceful night’s sleep, we woke up to a delicious Chinese breakfast, which was a lovely way to immerse ourselves in the local culture. It was a truly special experience for both me and my mum—we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend!

We booked a room with Mountain View 4/28 to 4/30/26. Besides the hotel were convenient shops and eateries though the food is not to our liking. Breakfast was nice with varieties. For us, we enjoyed the washer and dryer provided at L5, saving us a lot of time. Very satisfied with our 2-night stay 👍

This is a well recommended hotel. The service is commendable. Staff are really helpful in handling our luggage, in serving breakfast and in giving us information about this place as well as arranging for free pickup and drop-off. It's well worth the money spent on this hotel. Will definitely recommend it to family and friends.

酒店位置很好，出行遊玩都很方便，周邊吃飯、買東西也方便。房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，洗漱用品齊全，熱水很大，空調效果也不錯。整體環境安靜不吵鬧，住着很安心。前台服務態度熱情有禮貌，服務態度特別好，有問題也能及時迴應。性價比不錯，整體體驗滿意，下次來還會選擇這家，還可以幫訂門票，比自己訂要便宜，值得推薦！

Was only an overnight stay for train transfer. Walked to hotel and back to train station. Shuttle was offered but i didn’t know how to prebook for pickup and it wasn’t operating yet when I needed to be at the station. That is why I picked up something close to the station in the first place. Hotel was clean staff was friendly and helpful. Never got to see the gym. Wish I had a fridge.

On top of that, she kindly helped us book the tickets in advance, saving us time and ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out and made our trip even more enjoyable.
