The stay was amazing. Bed was comfy and when we asked for extra pillows they promptly delivered. Room was very spacious. And they cleaned well everyday. Was rather convenient from the bus station across the road linked to the mrt and train station, just a few minutes walk. Banqiao station is well linked to other train stations as well! Also had a mall nearby with chunshuitang! Pool was so beautiful at night but was quite crowded. Love the stay ! Would come back again!

Took my 8months old son and wife for a staycation, what we really here for is the 32F infinity pool. We booked the hotel for 2nights, The weather for these past three days are all above 24degreeC. However, the pool is freezing cold! We thought the hotel like this will use warm water, instead the opposite. 飯店居然沒提供溫水池，居然是冰水！ 中午來，室外接近30度C 水溫一樣太過低！根本沒人在用泳池，大人都無法承受的溫度 何況是小孩。如果是因為泳池想來訂房 建議等夏天再訂吧。夏天以外的時間入住 根本沒機會能用到泳池，超不推薦！還有 因為帶小孩推嬰兒車 電梯也只有一台能上頂樓， 等電梯時間都非常久。
（自己覺得員工都蠻冷漠的 不太會主動和客人打招呼）

They do room cleaning every two days, the room was very clean and confortable.
There’re also plenty shops in vicinity, great community.

Great place to spend a weekend vacation around northern Taiwan, however, be aware that due to the fact it's a beachfront hotel, you might find some small sand getting caught into your bedroom, during a windy day, even though the hotel staff will do its best to keep things as clean as possible from their end. Two good food places, one Western café and one Cantonese restaurant to satisfy our appetite during our weekend stay over there.

Location is not far from Metro and Taipei... Must take taxi to get Metro and then ~25 mins to get downtown 101 area. Hotel WiFi works well at ~ 27-28 Mbps steady and Ethernet port works. Building seems to have a lot of concrete and was hard to find room and areas in room, bwhere I could also use a SIM card hotspot signal that was fast enough (as a back up in event hotel WiFi failed).
Surrounding areas, not too much. But business park and Starbucks and Family Mart in North East 5-12 mins walk from hotel.
Staff very courteous and helpful. Room very nice. Heaters in each room. Quiet. Windows are think and don't open.

Location is convenient and directly opposite linkou’s train station. Minimal lugging of luggage and mostly flat terrain which is great news for travelers.
Price is definitely reasonable considering the size of room and location. Mins walk to one of their outlet malls though I would recommend Gloria outlets instead.
Loved their room and the cleanliness of it too. Would suggest and consider them again if I ever stay around taoyuan again.
Staff was friendly too and approachable so do ask them for food and places of interest or even to book cabs from their hotels. Breakfast spread was pretty decent too!

Very good experience, but the hotel bar closes at 6pm. Quite a bummer. It was raining so we didn’t get the chance to check out the sky lounge. We’d like to visit again when the weather is good. Oh and we really like the smart speaker on the bedside table.

HHazel Joy Orielwe booked a hotel on trip. com because we were going to visit Yehliu and the hotel we chose was white house resort mountain view because it was their cheapest room but that room was worth it because it was close to the pool, spa and dinning area... the white house resort is highly recommended for those who want to unwind because it's close to the sea and the ambiance is very relaxing. And also if you stayed overnight they have free Buffet Breakfast for you. Overall the experience we have is awesome and will be back next summer.

PPengguna Tetamu這次的北部3日遊我們選擇入住「台北捷絲旅三重館」，主要原因是因為它的地理位置優勢，下三重交流道3分鐘就可以抵達，飯店正門口就是三和國中捷運站，加上飯店本身就有停車場，到台北後我們完全不用開車坐捷運就可以到處趴趴造了！四通八達真的是太方便了！ 進入大廳工業風的設計很特別，桌椅都是以前木材工廠留下來加以改造的，非常有故事性的一家飯店值得好好品味！ 辦理入住的時候櫃檯人員很親切的介紹飯店的設施及附近的在地小吃、三和夜市美食，還出其不意的送哥哥和妹妹小玩具，在等候的時間大廳還有咖啡、茶及小點心供我們使用 ，空間很寬敞舒適，這也是我們選擇三重館的原因之一！ 3天2夜入住的是家庭客房，以2大2小(6y8y)床的大小是剛好的，跟一般床的尺寸差不多，睡起來不會太硬，枕頭和床墊都是源自晶華酒店使用的品牌，樓層及房間的擺設處處都有小巧思，尤其是掛在牆上的4款三重館獨有的工具杯真的是太可愛了，所以在退房的時候買了2組回家收藏、送朋友，非常值得推薦！ 再來就是早餐的部分，上網爬文很多人推薦三重館的早餐好吃CP值很高，這次入住2天的早餐，也讓我們大大的驚喜，餐點很充足新鮮也很多樣2天都是不一樣的菜色，連原本要去吃的口袋名單之一(江記龍門生炒鴨肉羹)居然在餐台上原汁原味的呈現，免去排隊的時間真是太感動了，還有我最愛的(麻油雞油飯)，都是在地特色小吃，中西式都能滿足，向服務人員詢問後得知，原來三重館近期推出「經典老饕地方美食」專區，品項還會有(正義豆漿）、(三星蔥油餅）等…真可惜不能多住幾天好好品嚐各種小吃! 整體而言，我們對這次旅程感到非常難忘開心！台北還有很多景點沒走到，下次住宿飯店還是會選擇三重館，非常值得推薦喔！

PPengguna Tanpa Nama距離泰山貴和捷運站衹有七、八分鐘（拖着旅行箱）的腳程，還算容易到達。飯店價格在台灣算是經濟實惠、物美價不貴。房間寬大舒適，乾凈整潔，還有大浴缸可以泡澡。睡一覺起來，心曠神怡，吃完選擇不多、但可以滿足的早餐，便可以悠閑退房，再搭捷運到機場凖備起飛。

It was drizzling when we arrived but the staff still rushed out and helped us with our luggage (really didn’t have to do so) but it shows their commitment to service.
They also have a huge comfortable lobby and plenty of notices on shuttle bus timings.
One time login wifi was awesome, connection was hassle free and fast.
Room was comfortable and spacious. Will recommend to others!
Note: Take their shuttle bus to the near MRT station (Nangang), from the hotel it takes about 35min to reach XiMenDing via shuttle+Public Transport (while it’s 25min by car assuming a no-jam scenario)

Ssourtimes01Booked 4 nights stay through their website. We have 2 adults and 2 kids so we had the larger ‘Water’ room. We also noted on our booking that we will be traveling with 2 kids so 2 x $880 =$1760 was added to our booking of total of $26956. Upon arrival we were told they charge $880 per kid per night, and their website only calculated 1 night, So it’s our final charge would be 3x$1760 more. We were too tired after a 14hr flight that we didn’t argue. But if there’s a bug with their website they should just honor the pricing. We booked the hotel room because hubby had to work during the night and we like having the separate bedrooms with the kids. The kids were quite excited with the Tatami setup in their room. The front desk agents were always welcome and friendly, however, we were quite disappointed with the housekeeping department. When we first checked in we noticed some left over crumbs in the living room. One day when we came back to the room, the room was half cleaned. They made our bed but not the kids. They left dirty dishes in the sink for me to clean. Honestly I do not like housekeeping in the room during Covid so I only asked them to clear out the trash. but making one bed and not the other and moving used tea set and cups without cleaning is a bit odd (one day they moved it to the sinks, the other day it was moved to the shelf). Hubby was extra annoyed when we walked by the front desk one day and we were told by the rep that their housekeeping crew found our kids drawing on their floor. Such a random accusation !! My kids are older and has never drew on the wall or floor even when they were younger. They may have dropped a crayon on the floor which broke into pieces and left some crumbs but no one drew on their floor for sure! Their housekeeping crew really needs to be retrained. We had high hope with those hotel with the apartment set up and proximity to the city and were hoping if it’s all good we’d keep it on our list of go to hotel whenever we visit the area. Unfortunately we were with the so called bug with their online booking system and housekeeping we will need to look for somewhere else.

Mmykhele 0827The staff service is exceptional, friendly, well managed and professional. They even provided me all of my requests. From the lobby to our room, are all nice with a good view, and the breakfast are also good. The only problem is the location from the MRT station Nangang, though there is a bus station infront of the hotel but you have to manage the time schedule, in our case we took taxi/uber back and forth. Furthermore, I had a great experience at this hotel. :)

PPengguna TetamuLovely inn on top of the hill. Not the easiest to find but it is nice being away from the main old street. Quiet and peaceful. We had a balcony we could step out to but it was raining throughout our stay so it wasn't possible to sit outside much. Host was helpful and polite.
