Our hotel experience was truly enjoyable, thanks to the welcoming staff, impeccable service, and cleanliness. A special mention goes to the ladies at the reception who went above and beyond, assisting with our activity bookings and arranging a complimentary drop-off at Yabuli station. The hotel's superb food further enhanced the overall satisfaction of our stay. The hotel restaurant staff deserves a commendation too – they are exceptionally nice and friendly, ensuring they genuinely enhance our overall stay with their warm and welcoming service.

Huge accommodation and very nicely and tastefully done up and decorated. Very clean and neat place. Owner emphasized on non smoking which is god send for us who have family members with asthmatic history.
They owned a very cute dog which is friendly and welcome pats. Thank you for the welcoming stay that my daughter kept asking to go back to hello kitty room after we left

非常滿意，酒店內佈置很講究精緻，各方面設計很用心，走廊上自取的各種酒店用品刮鬍刀毛巾等一應俱全。景區內免費接送，跨年還舉辦了免費的篝火煙花晚會，還送了早餐。小狗小貓咪都很温順可愛，酒店裡都是帥哥小夥子們，沒有推銷沒有套路，下車主動拎箱上樓，離開主動拎箱送上車，真正的用心服務客户。備註窗户小的苟不教我覺得一點也不小，窗外雪景也超讚～

房間特別乾淨，床墊、洗護套裝和五星酒店的一樣，枕頭還貼心的準備了一個高軟枕和一個蕎麥矮枕，有地暖房間裏特別暖和有25-30度左右呢！最最主要的是從進門開始，每個工作人員都特別熱情、温暖、體貼！讓人感覺像回到家了一樣，得到了完全的身心放鬆～！下次如果有時間的話，得過來住上個一個星期慢慢放鬆！離滑雪場特別近，而且整個鎮上想去哪裡民宿管家都可以開車送和接是我完全沒有想到的～！還有就是我連住了兩天，每天的自助早餐菜品是完全不同的～！都很好吃！有涼菜和熱菜，粥、牛奶、煎蛋麪包、還可以讓他們現煮麪條、餃子！餐廳中午晚餐都可以點炒菜、披薩、火鍋、還有咖啡吧可以點咖啡，晚上還可以點各種酒，真的很適合三五個朋友一起來住上幾天放鬆放鬆滑滑雪拍拍照！絕對的物超所值！✌️

If there's a rating from 1-10 we would give a 100!! The owner was so impressive since he would give you a call once you booked their hotel to confirm if you need any help with the transportation and the room. He also brought us to the reindeer park to enjoy the rest of the time here. We enjoyed our stay and would be back here again for sure. Highly recommend for anyone who has a plan to Yabuli. There's no place like home but this place you will feel like home ;)

從在平台上預訂了酒店，入住前的一天就有工作人員聯繫，辦理入住前的温馨提示，由於從山腳下要坐纜車上酒店。體驗感太好了簡直是入住一個酒店免費進一個景區，坐纜車上山頂的風景絕好，攬車下去就是亞布力陽光滑雪場。房間乾淨衞生，大大的落地玻璃窗看雪景太美了。工作人員熱情，大方，服務太給力了。山頂上還有五指神樹祈福，雪城觀景台，鞦韆…打卡出片超 Nice，吃飯也非常的經濟實惠，對比山腳下的客棧飯店價格還實惠。真心推薦！！！這是我在亞布力入住的最滿意的酒店。

一整個哈爾濱的旅程下來，最最最最懷念最滿意的就是亞布力的無所居了。帶着爸爸媽媽一起入住無所居墅。一進入別墅就有回家的感覺。 因為帶着孩子，最最注重的衞生無所居都做到了，我有小潔癖，進入別墅第一時間就是摸摸桌子和櫃子，真的一點灰塵都沒有。管家特別特別的貼心，衹要有需求第一時間會響應。想着待今年下雪，想帶着孩子再去一趟亞布力滑雪。一定一定一定會再次入住無所居·墅。不是因為大半夜給老闆發微信説：來喝酒。立馬提着一提哈爾濱啤酒出現。 也不是因為吃完早餐想喝一杯咖啡，馬上就有一杯熱騰騰的咖啡。 衹是因為，我對這個地方，在夢裡都會一直一直的出現。
衹要再去亞布力，無所居衹是我的唯一選擇。

If you don’t have ski wear, there are many nearby shops where you can rent ski clothing and equipment. Bring swimwear if you want to visit the hot spring. Driver and guide Mr Lee is very helpful and friendly. Provides complimentary transport service to places guests want to visit. For guests not used to North Eastern Chinese cuisine, there’s Haidilao and KFC nearby.

PPengguna Tetamu刷視頻看見這邊，路過暫住一晚，第一次來這邊玩，看評價定了這家酒店，大堂寬敞明亮，很大氣，不僅入住的時候贈送了果盤，退房還給了有伴手禮，早餐種類很多，中西餐都有，口味多樣，照顧了大人也找不到小朋友，孩子很喜歡，前台服務到位，晚飯想吃點地方菜，前台詳細的介紹了當地的地方菜，還幫我們叫車，有一個戴眼鏡的小女孩很熱情，説是當地沒有網約車，衹能電話叫車，她還悉心給我介紹出遊路線，此次入住非常滿意，值得推薦，下次有機會來尚志還來這一家

PPengguna Tetamu這趟亞布力之行最幸運的就是入住見山居民宿！到站老闆就在高鐵站門口接我們，很熱情，民宿衞生簡直無可挑剔，特別特別乾淨，進屋就感覺很温馨，跟回家了一樣！房間的設計也是絕絕子，參觀了其他房間，哇塞，各有特色啊！別墅的新年氛圍感濃濃的，有好多拍照打卡區，隨便一拍都很出片， 姐妹們沖！最喜歡陽台的佈置，曬着陽光喝着咖啡，依稀可以看見遠處的雪道，可以任意遐想，太愜意了，就先不説玩兒的事，在這一待就哪都不想去了，太舒服了，還有特別軟的沙發，跟來自五湖四海的人兒嘮嗑，唱卡拉ok，組局打麻將，是我心目中民宿的感覺！因為不想出門，老闆娘給煮了餛飩，一個字，絕！附近景點老闆都接送，主打一個陪伴，而且讓老闆出票省了很多米，去雪場滑雪問了其他人的票價，我們的簡直不要太划算！第二天去雪鄉老闆為我們安排了攻略，玩的特別開心，感謝老闆！晚上還在民宿放了煙花，亞布力之旅一點都沒踩坑，最最重要的是老闆大哥特別好説話，大哥説來玩開心最重要，贊同！還會再來亞布力玩的，下次還住見山居！老闆老闆娘，再見嘍！

PPengguna Tetamu總體很乾凈衞生，進樓必須拖鞋有點不方便，但這可能也是民宿比較乾淨的原因吧。但提供的拖鞋不是一次性的，穿着不是很舒心房間榻榻米空間很大，但整體佈局比較迷，廁所和洗浴空間都超級小，洗澡的地方甚至沒有門，衹有一個簾子😅廁所門也是比較輕薄房間紙巾找客房阿姨拿兩次都拿不到，説衹能找老闆拿，也是有點無奈😮💨隔音欠佳，靠近樓梯口的房間，有人上下樓聽的一清二楚民宿有提供早餐，老闆提前一天會比較貼心詢問用餐時間，但因為我們起的晚超過供應時間所以沒吃碰上下雪的話，院子裏可以玩玩的，還不錯

We appreciated the cleanliness throughout the property.
The presence of a humidifier in the room was a great addition, especially because it helped combat the dryness inside. It contributed to a more comfortable atmosphere.
The room temperature tended to be on the warmer side, requiring us to open the window slightly for cooler air. However, leaving it open overnight could potentially lead to catching a cold, so caution is advised.
There were no issues with the hot water supply for showering, ensuring a comfortable bathing experience.
The bed linens were clean and fresh, and the pillows provided a comfortable sleeping experience.
Convenient Ski Access: The hotel's proximity to the ski slopes made it incredibly convenient for skiing enthusiasts. The ski area was just outside, allowing easy access to the slopes.
Hassle-Free Ski Experience: The hotel provided all the necessary ski gear, which was already prepared in the lockers. This hassle-free arrangement allowed us to travel light and enjoy a seamless ski getaway.
Alternative Dining Options: For those who may not prefer Chinese cuisine, there is a nearby KFC that offers a view of the slopes. It's a nice option to have for a change of taste.
Breakfast Buffet: The hotel included a breakfast buffet, which offered a good variety of food options. Though not extensive, it was sufficient and enjoyable.
One area that could use improvement is the hotel's restaurant. It appeared a bit outdated and could benefit from some updates.
The staff at Yabu Loni Hotel Yabuli were truly amazing. MS WAN XINTONG and her team went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. Despite our limited Mandarin language skills, they made every effort to address our concerns and ensure our needs were met. Ms. Wan Xintong even took the initiative to arrange activities and airport transfers for us, ensuring our safe and timely arrival at the high-speed bullet train station.
Staff Mr. Xia Xiangxing from the ski department was truly amazing and extremely helpful throughout our ski session.
Mr. Xia Xiangxing went above and beyond to ensure that our ski experience was enjoyable and well-organized. He took the initiative to arrange a ski instructor for both me and my friend, which greatly enhanced our skiing skills and overall experience on the slopes.
His assistance guided us through the process of selecting the appropriate equipment and ensuring that everything was well-prepared for our skiing sessions. His attention to detail and willingness to assist made us feel supported and taken care of.
Thanks to Mr. Xia Xiangxing's assistance, we were able to make the most of our time on the slopes and enjoy a memorable skiing experience.
I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Xia Xiangxing and acknowledge him for his exceptional service in the ski department. His efforts made a significant positive impact on our ski getaway.
Thanks to the exceptional staff, our trip was made hassle-free and enjoyable. Their assistance and dedication added immense value to our stay.
While the hotel's price was slightly higher, the convenience of ski access and the exceptional staff made it worthwhile.
In conclusion, Yabu Loni Hotel Yabuli provided a clean environment, convenient ski access, and outstanding staff service. Although the price was a bit high, the overall experience made it a valuable choice. I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to others.

我是平帶不愛寫評論的，除非太差或太好，今天高低要説兩句，其實此時此刻我還躺在民宿的床上呢（續住了）申明一下，老闆沒拿刀架我脖子上，我也不是託，是純純的南方小地豆我來點評一下這兩天的體驗感衞生：他家是2024剛開的，真的很乾凈，所以我帶了很多一次性的東西都沒用上，比如一次性馬桶墊，一次性枕套，床套在他家我都沒能用上，因為感覺夠乾淨了，平常在酒店從來不用熱水壺的，我在他家竟然也敢用了，好神奇⊙▽⊙服務：讓我真正感受到什麼叫賓至如歸，北方人的熱情讓我真正體驗到了，酒店有接車服務，我説口渴老闆二話不説，給我準備了兩瓶東方樹葉，一到酒店就有小哥哥過來幫忙拎行李，店裡還有其他小夥伴都是九零後，個個都很真誠，客氣到不行，又是桔子凍梨的。。第二天我們去雪鄉，也是讓酒店訂的車，司機師傅也很真誠客氣，服務相當到位，也沒什麼隱形銷燬不踩坑，買門票還幫我們講價（大家來雪鄉一定要多穿點衣服，因為大量時間在室外）有很多想誇老闆的話，人真的嘎嘎好，很直爽，很貼心，很霸氣，下面附兩張聊天記錄，你們細品）#位置交通別墅區很安靜，外面的景很美，早上出來心情也美美的#房間設施可能是南北差異，有些小細節不是特別完美但我覺得這些都不是事，反正這兩天住的很開心，好東西就要跟大家分享，不能讓這麼好地方，白瞎了，是金子總會發光的在此㊗️老闆暴富，這麼好的服務也話該你暴富

PPengguna Tetamu服務超好：超出預期，有提供茶水還有水果。
隔音情況：非常安靜，我平時睡覺很輕，但是在這裏完全聽不到樓道和隔壁的聲音，非常贊。
地理位置：在青雲小鎮裏面，自然景觀很美。
乾淨衞生：住宿整個過程都很滿意，這家酒店非常乾淨！隔音！
樓道沒有清潔衞生，送門卡、送備品的服務員的噪聲，我少有這麼滿意的酒店，能夠評價五分的。真是推薦。
