Very clean and well kept hotel. Breakfast is a buffet with amsixng food. The shower has an amazing rainfall shower head.

It was my second stay in the hotel. Very nice furnished rooms, friendly staff, enjoyable breakfasts, and a nice restaurant menu to choose nice food from. Highly recommended!

冬日的暨陽湖美極了，彷彿打翻了調色盤一般，色彩斑斕。張家港的生態環境建設的很好，酒店坐落在暨陽湖側，推窗見景，暖陽和煦，十分愜意。 酒店很大，房間寬敞，設施齊全，熱水量大，提供浴鹽，泡澡舒服。 酒店服務貼心周到。前台小姐姐免費升級房間，客房部姐姐贈送酸奶和小點心，管家錢億豪小哥哥非常周到，把兩位長者家送到房中，指導電器使用，深得長者家歡心，點名要表揚小哥哥👍 餐飲部的早餐非常豐盛，這是我吃到手工酸奶的第二家酒店，上次還是在連城冠豸山嚐到，印象深刻。早餐能提供廣式鳳爪蒸排骨的酒店還沒碰到過，這是第一家。手工豆花，現做蛋餅都很好吃，長者家吃的心滿意足。 餐飲部服務也很周到，小姐姐小哥哥臉上都掛着誠意滿滿的笑容。 標準游泳池，設備齊全的健身房，小哥哥小姐姐主動為運動的客人送上瓶裝水…… 酒店還有寵物房，下次帶沫寶一起光顧，他可以和小白一起親親我我，共享暨陽湖的美麗。 酒店提供雙人自行車免費騎行一小時，酒店外圍的湖畔建設也很棒，跑步騎行都很適宜。 酒店每位員工的表現都能讓客人感覺賓至如歸，酒店管理做的很不錯。

I'm fine, thanks. The hotel is very comfortable. The accommodation fee was increased after five days of stay, but they did not explain why. Was it like a hint that it was time to leave?

進島開兩分鐘就到了，環境很棒，設施確實老了，門都讓我有種搖搖欲墜的感覺，但是！！！餐廳的飯菜也太好吃了吧！！！椒鹽螃琪又脆又香，螃蜞餛飩鮮掉眉毛，紅燒肉直接能幹兩碗飯！！！

The breakfast was very delicious. Room service was good. Some of the English speaker receptions were not working at the night time. Not easy to get around because location is far from downtown.

Everything you would expect from a five star hotel. I stayed for 5 nights on the 28th floor in July 2024. The huge rooms are well appointed and mostly very quiet- thanks to good double glazing and double thick, rebated doors with seals. It also looks like there are no rooms opposite each other which minimises any hallway noise. The king bed was firm but softer than most that I've had in decades of visiting China. I didn't like that there was only one type of flat pillow in my room. I liked the walls that slide out to separate the bathroom from the bedroom. The shower had excellent water pressure and constant temperature with hot water arriving quickly. Really dark blockout curtains. Fast wifi. breakfast buffet on the 39th floor with mostly western and Asian choices. The machine coffee was average. The extensive view was limited on most of the mornings due to rain and fog. The hotel is directly linked to the Wanda shopping mall, which has Uniqlo, KFC, pizza hut and many restaurants- if you don't feel like paying the exorbitant Marriott food prices. Unfortunately there is no supermarket nearby. Only some mini markets like Lawson.

Very please with the service provided by the rececption team. Specially thank Xu Lin for her extra mile in getting the shoe repaired within 15 minutes. It is totally beyond my expectation. I am in China in various cities. This is the first time I meet such a dedicated service staff. Good service.

酒店設施非常新，工作人員也非常熱情，房間明亮乾淨，門口有很大的停車場，停車非常方便，性價比高，是一家值得推薦的酒店。

對於怕熱的我來説空調非常給力，房間裏有富氫水免費喝，房間大，床舒服。有早餐贈送，樓下有咖啡吧中餐廳非常方便，員工親戚熱情。一次不錯的入住體驗。
