We checked in the hotel around 5 and saw the room was so dark. There were only 2 bedside lamps and a floor lamp with broken bulb. The light at the entrance and bathroom were okay. But the room was too dim. We asked for the floor lamp bulb to be fixed and was told to wait until tomorrow since it has to be from the maintenance to change the bulb.
The next day we asked for somebody to clean our room and apparently you need to request room service 24 hours in advance. If we wanted to change our towels, we could exchange the towels at the front desk.
The water in the bathroom had low pressure.
The customer service was friendly and tried to be helpful. I think they need more staffs.
