The Best Holiday ever!! The location was great due to the fact that we have the whole family together ; grandparents, parents and kids. The place suits for all ages. There's so many facilities to explore. The service was great, except during the Check-in that took a bit too long. The hotel opened for the Check-in at 15.00 and we lined up, waited and finished at 15.45, aside from that everything was perfectly well serviced. (Especially at the rooftop bar) The Breakfast was amazingly good. There're 3 rounds of breakfast, you can choose and book when you Check-in. There're variety of food, they're all taste amazing, spare sometimes for your amazing breakfast.

Great family room. Spacious, clean and comfy. Breakfast was amazing. So much choice. The complimentary tokens to use in exchange for food at the water park was an added bonus. Really loved the sky bar too. A great stay! Photo is from the sky bar.

Very good for free water park but very crown. However, staffs can manage well. Recommend for family.

Very impressed with the room and the service. My room is suite type and located at the corner and has a breathtaking view. The hotel is very suitable for family trip with a kid. It’s very convenient to entry the waterpark nearby the hotel as they will provide you the watch to scan to access the swimming pool, lift, and waterpark. You can enjoy the wonderful view at the swimming pool at level 26. However, it’s quite crowded and have a lot of kids at the breakfast area. Overall, very impressed and would go back.

Perfect breakfast, waterland, kids land, fitness room, as well as the pool on top. But the weird buzz on the phone at 5.30am then another buzz on alarm indeed makes it terrible.

The water park is fun! It’s just next to the hotel. The facilities are all good! My family is v happy!
