I cannot praise enough this hotel. The design with so much details, my God! This hotel should receive an award for design and creativity. Simplicity with gracefulness. So unique and special, nothing like the traditional hotel chain properties. The whole property is so clean, with so much details such as the umbrella stand at the door, the shower sprinkler location, even the sleepers are fluffy and comfy (really not the usual ones we see in hotels). The 24hr gym where I spent most of my stay, has bananas and flavoured water abundantly served. For the F&B outlets, I tried Lido and found the dishes of high quality, creative, but not expensive. Creativity is also on the daily programs, of all kinds, such as F&B promotions, parties, spa. I did not try all since I was travelling alone but it was nice to see the everyday different promotion flyer out there and activities menu of the month. Location is great, close to night market for seafood, beachfront, and a great supermarket just across the road. And chocolate factory is just next door. Needless to say is the staff, all the staff are kind, helpful and warm. They are all young and sweet, somehow they make me feel young also haha. Well done on the culture induction. I cannot recommend enough this hotel to all my friends and family, and it will be “my” hotel from now on in Hua Hin. Congratulations to the great achievements!

Beautiful hotel at very short walking distance from the lively Bintabaht area, restaurants and cafes. Service is excellent, particular mention goes to the hotel manager, who is always present and attentive, and remembers his guests preferences, and to the lady cleaning our rooms (205 & 206) - she would make a great customer-facing member of staff, with her great English, caring, kind and smiley attitude. Only downside of the place is that the beach in front of the hotel isn’t suitable for swimming in our view. We would definitely stay again.

Tapi tingkat rendah sikit, tingkat 3 Apa yang tidak okay ialah bilik air tidak mempunyai penyembur punggung. dan di dalam bilik semuanya sudah lama Mungkin lantai yang belum diubahsuai. Cukuplah faham mengikut harga yang ditempah. Pulang dari rehat, nampaknya ruam. Doktor kata mungkin beberapa hama habuk. Sekolah mula dibuka semula sejurus selepas covid. Makanan tidak banyak /Yang terbaik ialah lokasi sekolah. Di sebelah pantai, pemandangan sangat cantik. Sama ada petang atau bangun pukul 5 pagi untuk berjalan di pantai, ia sangat bagus.

Perfect location at the city centre - able to reach the night market, a lot of restaurants and bars as well as massage shops within 10-min walk. Direct access to Hua Hin Beach is also a plus! The resort was celebrating 100th anniversary during my stay. Despite its long history, the rooms and facilities have been well preserved! Our room was clean, the lobby set a great relaxing tone for holidays, breakfast was great with varieties, and I simply loved the jacuzzi in the swimming pool! All staff working here were proactive and friendly. The check-in staff toured us around the resort and introduced all the facilities to us. Whenever we needed information about any tour and transport, they offered good advice and assistance. Though the air con in our room failed to work for a while, they fixed it efficiently even it was late night. Everyone was polite, welcoming, and always smiling. Would love to come back and stay here again because of these people!

This review concerns our recent stay at Anantara Hua Hin. We are repeat customers and have stayed at Anantara Resorts around the world. The staff at this hotel are very polite and friendly (excluding leadership). We spent around 5000 baht providing tips to the staff during our 4-day stay. We were not informed that building work would be going on at the hotel on the last day of our stay. This included using power tools such as drills, saws, angle grinders etc which started in the morning close to our room. At first, the hotel did not care but then offered a slight reduction in our room rate. I was not after a reduced rate or a refund. I would have preferred the hotel to donate to Sunshine Children's Home, Hua Hin which they refused to do. During our stay in Hua Hin, myself and my wife donated to this orphanage. Upon checking out, the hotel staff put my UK-issued Mastercard into their card machine and informed me that my card had been declined. They tried the card several times, however, they did not ask me to type in my pin number. The card cannot be authorised without a pin number, as it is issued by a UK bank. I was simply informed in front of other customers that my card had been declined. I have used this same card at 5 other hotels in Thailand, restaurants, supermarkets etc during this particular holiday. Each time I was asked to type in my pin number. I had to wait several hours before I could contact my bank which is based in the UK, because of the time difference. My bank informed me that they could see all of the attempts to charge my card by the hotel, however as no pin number was entered the card was being declined automatically. This caused my bank account to be frozen as it triggered a fraud alert due to the multiple attempts. It was not because of insufficient funds, as the hotel suggested! The card cannot be authorised without a pin number, which the hotel should have known. I asked to speak to the General Manager who is apparently on holiday, but they would not provide me with her email address. The office manager who I spoke to was very unhelpful, she could not understand that a pin number is required before the card could be authorised by the issuing bank. The hotel banks with Bangkok Bank, for clarification I went to a local branch and asked them why I was not asked for a pin number by the hotel staff when the card was placed in the card machine. They informed me that all UK-issued Chip and Pin cards would require a pin number or else it would automatically be declined. Having been going to Thailand for over 20 years, I have never experienced such poor customer service as I have by Anantara Hua Hin. Very poor leadership is in place at this establishment. What this property has is a fantastic location. Most things in Hua Hin are within walking distance and this property is situated right on the beach. We stayed in a Executive King located on the second floor and I would strongly suggest booking this room category. It’s off the ground with a massive terrace which we used every day. Being off the ground level also helps a bit with the mosquito situation (common in Thailand). While the hotel does fog for bugs, I would suggest bringing some bug spray. Staff at the hotel are great, always smiling and willing to help where they can. I read some of the comments about breakfast (which we had included) and I would say it covers all the bases - some Western options as well as local Thai options. There’s a made to order egg station where again they will make whatever you wish - keeping in mind that this is not a Four Seasons or.Intercontinental, This is a solid hotel choice in the price point and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

My 4 night stay was a little too short. 5 or 6 nights would have been better. On checking in I was greeted with 'Welcome back Mr Kidd'. My last visit to Chiva Som was in June 1999. That's impressive and set the tone for the few days I was there. When I visit a 6 star wellness spa and resort I expect the best and when it meets my expectations I consider that is average for the facility. Chiva Som exceeded my expectations. The hotel operations staff were exceptional all round. Nothing was a problem. The wellness team was superb and so much was inlcuded in the basic package with sensible add-ons at sensible prices. Massage, physio, stretching on-on-one plus group sessions for stretch, tai-chi etc, if you fancy it. The adherence to the times selected for a session was like clockwork and your physio or massager would be ready and waiting to greet you. The organisation was perfect - I did not come across a single hitch. In addition it is often the little things that help to make the difference: 1. Easily readable shampoo, conditioner and bath gel containers. No need to fetch ones specs and still struggle to read the small print. 2. Flat room safe in a leg height drawer - opens upwards like a box - so easy to use. 3. Contemporary light switches, aesthetically right yet easy to use. Specs or instructions not needed. 4. Practical and roomy hanging space and drawers. 5. 4 items per day laundry service within the price. 6. Good worktop desk area for laptop - although we're not supposed to be working the truth is many of us have to do some and a good worktop is a godsend.

I an not a big fan of huge hotels at the beach so this is why I booked the Peri Hotel in the first place. The location is great, a couple of meters away from the beach but without having to cross the main road. The pool is just the right size and there are plenty of sun loungers for everyone who wants to get a tan. The beach gets comfortable in the afternoon around 3pm when there is shade and wind. Rooms are ok, nothing luxurious (a little outdated) but comfortable, clean and quiet. I like the fact that you don't need to take the elevator to go outside. I would have preferred a room with a terrace on the second floor though. Rooms are cleaned daily. There was a lot of options for breakfast and the schedule from 06:30am to 10:30am is really convenient for an early departure. We had lunch by the pool and the food was fresh and tasty. The staff is also friendly and very professional. Really good quality for the price we have paid!

We stayed 8 nights in the Wora Bura and enjoyed it very much. The resort is beautiful with its colonial style buildings and lovely garden. Our room was spacious and well-equipped. The bathroom maybe could use an update. During our stay it was quiet in the resort (as in Hua Hin) so always enough sun beds at the lovely pool. Breakfast was ok, not really 5* although enough to chose from. Easy access to the beach for a swim or walk. Main road through Hua Hin is 2 mins walk via a field, there you will find restaurants, supermarkets etc. The hotel offers free bikes which we used a lot. We also used the gym often, only point to improve is the airco as it didn’t work well which made the gym quite hot. We also did the BBQ evening with live music, a nice treat. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are cleaned well, as is the whole property. We recommend the Wora Bura, especially if you want to avoid the standard hotel chains and stay in a lovely Thai style environment.

For a solo traveller I booked the Chaba Chalet hotel single room for 4 nights. Ahead of time I emailed enquiring about a late arrival and received an almost immediate response answering my questions! I arrived late around midnight and the man at the front desk was so nice and spoke fantastic English, he quickly scanned my passport gave me my key and showed me to my room. My room was small but very clean and tidy with a large window overlooking the mountains. The air conditioner, bathroom, bed, and overall interior of the room seemed very new and revamped and for the price I paid I was very impressed! There is daily water provided and a mini fridge. The bed is a single bed but very comfortable. The location if this hotel is perfect, about 2 minutes walk from the train station or night market and only about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The staff were all kind, and if you want it there is the option of breakfast in the mornings. There is also a large lobby area at the entrance of the hotel with lots of tables and chairs for relaxing, working, studying, dining etc. For solo travelling or travelling in general on a budget I would rate this place 5/5 it's perfect. Overall super impressed with Chaba Chalet and will definitely be staying again!

Very nice and intime resort. Service is fabolous! Rooms are big and very clean! Loved the bathtub/jacuzzi on balcony! We got our room in floor 3 wich was good. Noi noises or anything. Aircondition worked well! You can walk straight to the ocean from pool and vice versa. Breakfast was the best we’ve had in this whole holiday. And hotels restaurant food was also very delicious! Special thank to lovely staff. They made us feel welcomed from a start to the end of this trip. I wanna mention a special guy from staff : Game who was helping my wife when se had so bad hangover :D also everyday he was very kind and asked if we wanted something, he called his friends when we needed a taxi. Poolside was very quiet and calm. And loved the wind from the sea. Next time we will absolutely book this hotel again! 5 star service and for us this hotel was worth 5 stars!

Cannot fault this hotel and even though this was the first time, it certainly will not be the last. Very friendly and helpful staff from the outset. The room was perfect and exactly what we booked poolside. Good sized room with a huge shower and all the usual extras. Clean and fresh throughout. Breakfast was great with a wide selection to choose from for all tastes. The chef did an extremely tasty scrambled eggs for me! Location is ideal with a short walk to Bluport and a bus/taxi stop right outside. Looking forward to staying there again at the end of November.

This is a very good hotel, my third time. The rooms are clean and modern. It’s a great place for a short stay, the wardrobe space isn’t very big. The breakfast is a decent self service buffet. The location is good, a few km from the town center but a straight rd there with direct baht bus, there are also many taxis available. There are two markets very close to the hotel, so food and drink is very close if you want to leave the hotel. Access to the beach is very close to the hotel The staff are very helpful and I would recommend the hotel.

The room was bright, spotlessly clean and had a good bathroom and balcony. Breakfast was good with a selection of Thai and western. Stunning view over the town from the rooftop infinity pool. The sun deck on the roof was a bit disappointing being a bit of a scruffy concrete space with a few loungers but I guess it did the job, just think it could have been so much more with a bit of decking, astro turf and some greenery. I didn’t much like Hua Hin (just not my kind of place) but if it is yours, you won’t go far wrong at the Hisea and it’s near the night market too

Nice resort with activities for kids and food was good. Well located and not too far from mall and right next to Cicada night market. The hotel is a little old and you can see from the overall amenities that it’s a big hotel, aged with lots of travellers. But has everything you need for a family and kids friendly stay. The Barai spa is absolutely stunning although service was a little « cold » and rushed to my taste. Good. Overall good value for money hotel.

Location - It is easy to get to. About 80-100 baht by Grab from central Huahin. You will need a ride to all attractions around Huahin (80 baht + by Grab) including the beach. Memory Value - Great for all ages. Lot of stuff for my little kids. My kids enjoyed the play grounds and the wave pool. They could have played those the whole day. The kids club is also well stocked for cold or rainy days. Monetary value - If you are just paying for the day pass, it is a little expensive for a family. Look for a deal at the Holiday Inn. The price for one night's stay is sometime equal or lower than a day pass for a family at the park. You get two free passes for all guests one night's stay. That is a great value. Kids breakfast buffet and stay free.

Lovely place to stay and very near the beach and the large market shopping centre. Although I could hear quite a lot of traffic noise, and also the live music playing from the shopping centre opposite was clearly heard from my 7th floor room no 702. But after I fell asleep around 10pm I didn’t wake up during the night and had a lovely comfortable nights rest. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again as the price was very reasonable through trip.com and much less than I got quoted at the hotels reception when I originally walked in and enquired about the room rate before then checking and booking through trip.com which was cheaper.

我在潑水節高峯期定的65rmb/晚，同時間別家110rmb/晚，總體來說對比其他，值回票價。 地址位置:直接就是在夜市裡頭，離開時如果我自己迷你巴士回曼谷票價要200泰銖，還得自己出發去站點。如果老闆一通電話，直接青旅門口上巴士的話才180泰銖。華欣-曼谷莫奇，我果斷選擇了後者。 睡眠體驗感:睡覺很舒服，因為被子比較有厚度，適合咱們中國人，前幾天在對麪是他家客棧住，衹有比浴巾薄的毯子，半夜冷得直哆嗦。這家不會太冷。床四周包圍感比較強。睡眠很好。 缺點:沒有遮羞布簾，幸虧我在國內自己帶了超薄沙灘布，剛好拿起來遮羞用。窗外可以聽到鳥叫聲。空調聲很低。 洗漱體驗:洗澡間4個，馬桶間4個，洗澡間內有掛衣桿，距離剛好不會淋濕。水溫非常好，是小燃氣的，隨時用熱水都有。洗澡還可以照鏡子，有放沐浴露洗髮水區，他們也有提供超市裡品牌的大瓶沐浴露。刷牙區在浴室外，互相不打擾。收納櫃（7-11超市裡賣的鎖17rmb 左右/個，我從國內帶來了）就在每個浴室門口。不提供浴巾，我自己在國內淘一次性浴巾輕薄可以用很多天。一次性拖鞋我也是自己備的。他們樓上樓下基本大家赤腳丫子，難免有顆粒狀我不喜歡，所以早就自備一次性拖鞋，很舒服。 人文體驗:老闆是流淌着中國血統會英文和泰銖，老闆爸爸中文很流利，他爸爸上幾代從廣東客家來的泰國。他媽媽很漂亮，老了還看得出來是美女的那種。一家人都是溫馨又微笑又善良。 加分:屋頂有人相約喝酒吃東西。食物在樓下夜市或者便利店買。屋頂可以晒衣服，都有衣架。 公共區域有小餅乾，咖啡，廚房用品可以免費使用。還有書籍。出門非常好打車，買吃喝。地方比較小，所以各國住客距離很近，基本會打招呼聊天社交，我認識了一個環遊四個月的德國小哥哥，和美國美女大學畢業生。

Perfect location at the city centre - able to reach the night market, a lot of restaurants and bars as well as massage shops within 10-min walk. Direct access to Hua Hin Beach is also a plus! The resort was celebrating 100th anniversary during my stay. Despite its long history, the rooms and facilities have been well preserved! Our room was clean, the lobby set a great relaxing tone for holidays, breakfast was great with varieties, and I simply loved the jacuzzi in the swimming pool! All staff working here were proactive and friendly. The check-in staff toured us around the resort and introduced all the facilities to us. Whenever we needed information about any tour and transport, they offered good advice and assistance. Though the air con in our room failed to work for a while, they fixed it efficiently even it was late night. Everyone was polite, welcoming, and always smiling. Would love to come back and stay here again because of these people!

Makanan tidak banyak /Yang terbaik ialah lokasi sekolah. Di sebelah pantai, pemandangan sangat cantik. Sama ada petang atau bangun pukul 5 pagi untuk berjalan di pantai, ia sangat bagus.

Thania the lovely receptionist welcomed us and provided very helpful local information. We had a lovely room with super comfy pillows and bed, we particularly appreciated the double size shower with glass screen and door which stops the bathroom floor getting soaked with water — a common problem we encountered in many hotels around the country. A great stay, fast wifi and A/C very friendly staff and a terrace restaurant which serves excellent food and a cooked free breakfast, there are dozens of lively bars and restaurants along the road and nearby. The hotel is a pleasant 10 minute stroll to the beach, we extended our 4 night stay to 8 days as we enjoyed the hotel and area so much. Thanks Thania and all the staff, we will be back for sure.

I've had two stays at this hotel over the last two weeks, for a total of six nights. The first stay was in a ”twin room”. The second stay was in a ”superior room”. The only difference I could tell between the two rooms is that the superior room had a bathtub instead of a shower and a newer Android TV which could access netflix, amazon, you tube, etc, and could play media files. Don't watch much tv when on holiday, but good to have the option during the rainy season. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and were very clean, with a large bed, wardrobe (both rooms with a non-functioning safe box), desk, end tables, fridge kettle, hot water and cool AC, and a small balcony with table and chairs. No real view to speak of from any of the rooms. Both rooms had a router inside the room, ensuring a stable wifi connection. Swimming pool was small and shallow, but I did use it every day to swim a few laps or to cool off after outings. Pool towels were available at the reception desk. There's a restaurant on site serving breakfast and lunch, but I didn't eat there so I can't report on the food. All staff I encountered were exceptionally friendly and professional. Location is perfect, really, if you wish to stay in the city center. Easy walk to the beach, 7-11, train station, minivan stops, money changers, night market, Soi Bintabaht, Soi 80, and uncounted restaurants, bars, and massage shops. Definitely a reasonable (but not great) value at this price point. I won't hesitate to return next time I'm in Hua Hin.

I booked the 5th day test and go in this hotel. In the confirmation letter, it says clearly the package includes a 1 standard room(1 Adult) accommodation and RT-PCR test at Bangkok -Hua Hin Hospital. By my understanding, as RT-PCR test is included, all steps to finish the test must be included. It is hotel’s duty to schedule the test, pay the bill, send me to take the test, and release test result. This is common sense, should not be misunderstood. In my 1st day test, the hotel in Bangkok did exactly the same thing without any problem. It is totally a different story in Thipurai city hotel. My nightmare starts. In order to get the result early, I checked in yesterday at 1:30pm. The first question I was asked is “did you finish Covid test?”. I was absolutely confused. The purpose I came here is to take this test. How could I finish it by myself? The manager explained: by their definition, I have to go to hospital by myself. The package does not include transportation to the hospital. My point is to take test at hospital in one step to finish the test. As the test is included in the package, it definitely needs to include transportation to the hospital. He does not have right to define what RT-PCR test should include. Does my understanding has any problem? Any normal person should take it in this way. Otherwise, it is not a complete package. Let me take one step back, suppose the hotel has right to define the package. Transportation is not included. At least, they should tell me when we were signing the contract. As a customer, I have right to know all details at the time I pay for a service. If I have to go hospital by myself, they also need to provide hospital address, and explain the procedure to take the test. This is their duty. I did not get any information at all. As I foreigner, how do I know I should do it alone and finish it without instruction? Finally, I was told that they could help to call a taxi. The taxi came very fast, the driver knows all procedures. It is clear that he did this business many times. From Google map, the distance between the hotel and the hospital is 1.8km. I was charged 300 Baht. At this time, I understand why the manager hides the details about the he defined package when he contacted me before. Actually he emailed me several times. My wife even called him yesterday morning. He never said a word about this issue. 300 Baht is a small amount of money. It is really not worth to do so ugly. My story is not finished. Besides hiding important details, the manager is also tell lies. This is the thing I cannot tolerance and have to point out. When I asked him why did not tell me it is my duty to go to hospital beforehand, he spoke firmly several times that he provided this information to my wife. So it is her fault not to pass it to me. My wife is a Thai. They do not have any problem to communicate. My wife deny that she was informed. So she confronts with Kowit, the hotel manager on phone, asking when she told he

I an not a big fan of huge hotels at the beach so this is why I booked the Peri Hotel in the first place. The location is great, a couple of meters away from the beach but without having to cross the main road. The pool is just the right size and there are plenty of sun loungers for everyone who wants to get a tan. The beach gets comfortable in the afternoon around 3pm when there is shade and wind. Rooms are ok, nothing luxurious (a little outdated) but comfortable, clean and quiet. I like the fact that you don't need to take the elevator to go outside. I would have preferred a room with a terrace on the second floor though. Rooms are cleaned daily. There was a lot of options for breakfast and the schedule from 06:30am to 10:30am is really convenient for an early departure. We had lunch by the pool and the food was fresh and tasty. The staff is also friendly and very professional. Really good quality for the price we have paid!

You can feel the owner takes a lot of pride in the deco & cleanliness of the hotel & rooms. Cicada & Tamarind weekend markets are less than 5 mins' walk away. Everything else is within short walking distance - the beach, 7-Eleven, food stalls, restaurants, laundrette, pharmacy, etc. You can easily hop on to a Songthaew/tuk-tuk to get to malls, town/night market, etc or take a Grabcar which is easily available & affordable. We were very happy with our stay & will definitely return.

Beautiful bungalows in a peaceful garden setting with two good sized pools. The room was very bright and spacious with plenty of room for belongings. Sparkling clean with a comfortable bed. Bathroom was spacious and clean. It is a very quiet location if you stay during the week. On the weekend there is a market on the adjusted property with a loud music. We honestly thought that it would bother us but it did not. Both markets provide a great opportunity to sample Thai food and entertainment for adults and kids alike. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Each bungalow has a lovely veranda just in front of the pool. What could use some improvement is the breakfast which had just very few choices and was rather bland. It was an odd arrangement considering that Covid restrictions are past us. It was distributed to the verandas on a previously agreed upon time. So some days we would feel rushed and some we had to wait for it. But taking everything under consideration it is a great place to stay and even better value. We would definitely stay again!

The hotel's location is excellent. located next to Khao Takiab, which is a much more private beach than Huahin Beach. Room was spacious - with a comfy bed and a well-equipped bathroom. We had a Thai massage at the spa and it was sooooo relaxing after a long drive. Mookata set (a Thai barbecue set) that was included in the package tasted great and provided enough food for 2 people. Only 2 things to be improve is breakfast variety and car parking lot - these 2 points did not particularly impress. Hotel staffs are very kind, helpful, and courteous. When we arrived, the front desk staff accidentally checked us into a dirty room, but the bellman (sorry, I can't remember his name) did everything he could to quickly change the room for us. You did great! Thank you so much for the services and will be back again next time 👏🏼

Cannot fault this hotel and even though this was the first time, it certainly will not be the last. Very friendly and helpful staff from the outset. The room was perfect and exactly what we booked poolside. Good sized room with a huge shower and all the usual extras. Clean and fresh throughout. Breakfast was great with a wide selection to choose from for all tastes. The chef did an extremely tasty scrambled eggs for me! Location is ideal with a short walk to Bluport and a bus/taxi stop right outside. Looking forward to staying there again at the end of November.
