Very bad experience. Poor management. Resort shuttle bus sent us to incorrect locations. Charged us incorrectly. One of locations we can’t even get any transportation back to the resort. Not recommended to any tourist.

Customer needs to clean the villas before leaving its funning, customer visits to enjoy and relax, please remeber this, during the checking out it spent 15mins for checking out so slow

Хорошая вилла. Все чисто, ухожено. От моря далековато. Но есть бассейн на вилле и большой общий бассейн. Есть в комплексе тренажерный зал, рядом не дорогие рестораны.

兩點去check in 仍未預備好房間，去到別墅完全未清潔，梳化也有污積，最後投訴完之後再換另一間別墅。房間空間好大，但燈壞了未有維修，沒有垃圾桶及紙巾，也沒有風筒，還有蚊子。 Check out 後主動安排的士返市區，服務員態度很好，只是環境比預期差。

整體不錯，但是位置不太方便，最近的7–11都要開車，幾乎沒有車的話不建議入住這間酒店，幾乎與世隔絕

Wonderful place to stay. About 20 minutes drive from the main town, which made it so quiet. The town is a 10 minute walk away and has various shops and launderette. The street food is wonderful. The on site restaurants at Sivana pool villas are very good. A great selection of Thai, Indian and Italian. We used all three of them often. Great service too very polite and friendly staff. The site its self is very well maintained, the gardens and pools are also well cared for. Any questions, just go to reception and Leah will gladly help you. Looking forward to our next visit.

We booked a 4 bedroom Villa at Sivana Hideaway Villas with a private pool and small ***** of garden; It was very well maintained and had all the amenities necessary, including a gas-lit barbecue. The pool was gorgeous and so much fun for the whole family including the baby. Food was available on call at all times but there were a few grumbles about having to wash the dishes. Cleaners were available on hire, however, at a substantial cost. We had an extremely comfortable stay. There were enough shops at walking distance for groceries etc, but it would score better if it had a private beach located closer;
