Ulasan Staybridge Suites Bangkok Thonglor, an IHG Hotel

Overall, it was a less than stellar stay at Staybridge Suites. We found that the hotel is very understaffed and lacking in many areas. We arrived at the hotel at about 3.45PM and room was not ready even thought checkin time was 3PM. They are not able to promise a ready room in half an hour either. Additionally, there are no bell boys to assist with luggage when you arrive either. On two separate days, calls to reception to get house keeping to deliver additional water was acknowledged but never fulfilled. I had to go down and ask again. The shower is either burning hot or cold and constantly switches between hot/cold states. Breakfast is another terrible affair. Every dish is cold even at 5.30AM when the restaurant is open. Rice is super hard and cold. Chicken is usually tough like a cardboard. There is only one coffee machine. The small breakfast area for a 30 floor hotel meant that it's very chaotic. All in all, too many glaring issues. I will probably not return.
