Location is about 15mins walk from Hua Hin train station. The hotel is also about 5 - 10mins walk to the night market and about 10 - 15mins walk to the beach. There are food eateries nearby the hotel so it was not an issue when the booking did not include breakfast. Check in / check out was smooth, but the hotel staff explained to me that my booking was for the economy room which is facing the road on the 2nd floor and the windows are directly facing the hotel floodlights. Fortunately, the room has day curtains at the windows to block out most of the light beam and the flood lights are switched off later into the night. The shower comes with an instant heater and the room comes with a kettle and bottled water. There is no toothbrush and no toothpaste and bedroom slippers are not provided. The mattress and pillows are firm but I didn't manage to sleep well at night as there was constant opening and closing of doors loudly along the corridor in the middle of the night and many voices could be heard speaking very loudly.

One of the best resorts in Hua Hin. It's a five stars due to close to everything, especially the beach. If you're a beach lover and want to sun tan...this is the resort for you! The room is clean. The housekeeper
clean my room twice a day. The staff are friendly... they greet you whenever they see you. There is also a free shuttle to the night market, Hua Hin Beach, or place that is close by. The snacks and drinks in the room are free and also free refill.
The downside is the breakfast foods. There are many choice of foods, but the foods are more like western foods. I was expecting that there will be more Thai's foods and dessert.
I will return to this resort, but will not do the breakfast package.
Overall....it's a beautiful stay!!!

They don’t speak very fluent English, so you may need to use Google translate with them. The facilities are excellent. There’s a restaurant right there on site. There’s a mini Mart. There’s a couple of more restaurants within one to two minutes walking distance and a fruit stand right around the corner. Plus there’s a refrigerator in your Hotel room. However, the only downside is, there is no coffee kettle, and they do not provide you coffee.

A hotel in a great location with spacious rooms. What I loved most, aside from the hotel itself, was the exceptionally warm welcome from the receptionist who explained all the details very clearly. Looking forward to returning again.

Lokasi hotel adalah baik. Tidak jauh dari tarikan pelancong Hotel ini tidak bersebelahan dengan laut, tetapi boleh berjalan kaki ke laut sejauh kira-kira 50 meter. Pantai di sana pasir putih, air jernih, lokasi sederhana. Anda boleh berenang di laut.
Untuk bilik, kami tinggal di bilik keluarga. Biliknya agak kecil, tetapi terdapat ruang biasa untuk duduk bersama. Tinggal di tingkat 5. Pemandangan dalam bilik adalah pemandangan laut yang jauh. Select this accomodation if you have own or convenience transportation because the hotal is located in sub-road (Soi102) and not easy to walk to any foods or others. The checkin and checkout had limited time that you need to check and confirm with the hotel staff and no checkin or checkout at night. In total hotel, facilities and staff all Ok and very resonable at this cost.

Very nice hotel for a relaxing stay. Rooms were nice and clean, also the pool area.
There is a shuttle to the night market, the beach or the malls every day, it leaves five or six times a day during the week, starting at 9am with the first. The last one left at 7pm. On weekends, there is a different schedule but also several times.
The breakfast buffet was good with different international and Asian food options. Would totally recommend this hotel for a holiday!

Returning yet again, have been staying here for over 10 years, missed 2021 due to COVID19 regulations. Very spacious hotel in a beautiful setting, perhaps slightly worn around the edges but the pool and gardens are immaculately kept. Spacious room overlooking the pool and beach. The entrance lobby is stunning with seating areas to relax. The village nearby is struggling since covid and we try and patronise it as much as we can. The local family run restaurants serve traditional Thai cuisine at extremely reasonable prices. The hotel is also conveniently located for Hua Hin and Cha Am easily accessible by taxi. We will definitely return.

My wife and I are retired full time travelers. This is a quiet, boutique resort that used to be a six senses. It’s about 30 ish min south of Hua Hin. Although ocean side, not a beach resort, there is a sea wall and road Oceanside. That said, it’s quaint, the villas are nicely appointed, the villa pool, in our case a 2 br villa suite, was quite large, clean, extremely private. It was an extremely great place to decompress from Bangkok and large time change. Highly suggest going to praya Nakhon cave, truly spectacular. Big call out to a local restaurant, that is off the path, but a quick tuk tuk away, aptly called “very good” restaurant. They are being humble, it’s great, and extremely reasonable. Go. They will come fetch you there and back just to eat there. 5 min away. Resort was less than half capacity, main pool was empty yet didn’t go due to quality and size of villa pool. Great treatment as titanium. Not all that much to do locally, but a worthy few day stay. In our case 5 days and we were quite happy with it. Thank you to all staff, amazing hospitality and graciousness. Gym, small but adequate, didn’t ever see anyone in there but us. Breakfast buffet was always very fresh, good in size, not huge but again, small resort and half capacity. We were very satisfied overall.

PPengguna TetamuLes chambres sont très agréables, grandes et la literie est excellente. La piscine de la chambre est sympa mais l’eau un peu fraîche pour en profiter pleinement. Dans les chambres proches de la réception on entend la circulation. Le petit déjeuner est très bon avec un grand choix de plats européens et asiatiques. Le personnel est au petit soin et vraiment très agréable. Cicada market et les zones un peu sympas sont à 20-25 mn de marche ou 5 mn de taxi (3-5€ sur Grab). Pour déjeuner ou dîner il y a pleins de restaurants sympas, pas chers et bons à proximité (de 5 à 25€ par personne selon le restaurant et ce qu’on y mange). La zone commune plage/piscine et le restaurant est très petite et nécessite un gros travail de maintenance et d’embellissement pour être remis à un niveau correct. La plage est immense et très sympa pour les promenades. Attention la mer est assez remuante quand il y a du vent (quasiment tous les jours en décembre) et il faut faire attention aux méduses. Bref l’hôtel est sympa mais à mon avis surévalué car il a besoin d’une bonne remise en état et décoration de la zone piscine/restaurant. C’est maximum un 4 étoiles.

The location of the resort and the amenities that the resort was definitely beyond my expectations. Location of where the resort located on the beach was good. Can see Khao Takiap clearly. Right outside the gate of the resort, there’s a little weekend market too. Should definitely consider this when picking the date to check in.
The overall view of sunset there is amazing. The pool facilities are great. We didn’t bring any kids, but definitely great for kids. There’re good facilities for little as well as teenagers. The overall experience walking around the resort was also great. There’s a overall sense of excitement when walking amongst the oriental style building there. Honestly, the resort offers a lot of activities. Even if didn’t go out from the resort, you definitely wouldn’t feel bored.
The service is the part that makes us feel a bit upset. We expected better. For size of resort, it’s nice that they provide escort services to the room. For the activities they offer in such a big resort, they should’ve showed us where everything is and told us about the activities they offered. Although the information is on the stack of papers they put on the table, it’s still nice that the staff would’ve introduced to us. Didn’t tell us clearly what time which facilities are opened for service or closed. We just have to rely on ourselves and figured out everything. When we were using the swimming pool facilities, there were some staff specifically asked us our room number, though we didn’t even ask for anything. Didn’t see that being a pattern for other groups, just us. Didn’t know the reason behind this action. At the moment, felt a bit offended.
Overall the resort felt pretty clean. Just one of the pillows on the bed smells really funny. Maybe the house keeping team should pay more attention.

The location was great due to the fact that we have the whole family together ; grandparents, parents and kids. The place suits for all ages. There's so many facilities to explore.
The service was great, except during the Check-in that took a bit too long. The hotel opened for the Check-in at 15.00 and we lined up, waited and finished at 15.45, aside from that everything was perfectly well serviced. (Especially at the rooftop bar)
The Breakfast was amazingly good. There're 3 rounds of breakfast, you can choose and book when you Check-in. There're variety of food, they're all taste amazing, spare sometimes for your amazing breakfast.

The swimming pool is clean, and breakfast offers a wide variety of choices.

KKerry Sid’sWhen booking the Anantara we were expecting something a little more luxurious. A few things just stopped it from being that.
The grounds are lovely, well kept and the staff were pleasant. Food in the restaurants was good. Breakfast had a nice, big selection but was so busy after 8:30am. It was also quite cramped and unorganized if it rained.
We found it very odd that we had to pay for drinks/food each time, rather than just paying a bill at the end. We walked out of the bar one night after signing the bill and giving our room number, only to be called up and then chased by a waitress to have us pay. Apparently we didn’t have ‘credit’ on our room. Never had to do that before.
The room was nice and spacious but was quite damp. It smelt a bit off when we first walked in.
The beach area wasn’t really a beach, which was a shame. You can’t walk along it. There’s just a small raised area with some Sun loungers beside the sea. The pool area was lovely!
Location wise it’s a bit out of town so you’d need to hire a motorcycle or get taxi’s to go to the main beach, or markets.
I had high hopes, but it just didn’t live up to expectations. For what we paid, and what we got, I think it’s quite expensive.

Rooftop bar is good mood and the meals in white restaurant is really delicious.. the morning buffet is worth to book it , have so many food options!
I have very amazing stay experience here and hope can stay again soon

PPengguna TetamuDas Resort befindet sich im Süden von Hua Hin in einer sehr zurückgezogenen Lage. Man ist mitten in der Natur und kann die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit genießen! Nachdem uns der Wachdienst am Eingangstor angemeldet hatte, wurden wir an der Rezeption freundlichst empfangen und es wartete schon ein Buggy auf uns und unser Gepäck. Nach einem schnellen Check-In wurden wir zu unserer Villa chauffiert. Die Häuser sind sehr großzügig gebaut und von eine kleinen Gärten umgeben. Es gibt einen großen, sauberen Salzwasserpool für jede Villa. Die Einrichtung ist außerordentlich schön und gediegen und bestens instandgehalten. Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Ferienhäusern ist das ein Qualitätsbauwerk mit Fenstern und Türen in europäischer Qualität! Es gibt herrliche Betten und natürlich TV und Internet. Die Villa ist komplett, modern und gediegen ausgestattet, mit allem was man als Gast braucht. und so groß, dass man auch ohne Probleme Gäste empfangen kann. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das überaus aufmerksame und freundliche Service. Wir bekamen köstliche Kanapees zur Begrüßung. Jede Bestellung - wir haben in der Villa gefrühstückt - wurde pünktlich und gut ausgeführt. Perfektes Housekeeping und große Gastfreundschaft. Die Windschutzscheibe unseres Autos, das in der Sonne parkte, wurde mit einer Alufolie abgedeckt. Wenn wir abends vom Abendessen zurückkamen, wartete am Parkplatz schon der Buggy Fahrer, um uns die kurze Strecke zur Villa zu bringen. Wir haben im Raum Hua Hin schon einige Ferienhäuser besucht. Dieses hier ist mit Sicherheit das Beste.

Room:
The family rooms are great and spacious with a fridge, microwave, cups, bottle opener, knife, utensils and plates and bowls. I would recommend paying a little extra for ocean view as that has you right on the pool/beach.
Breakfast:
Skip it! Coffee is awful. Selection isn’t great. The breakfast wasn’t good and most things were out an hour before breakfast ended and you had to wait a long time for a refill. With the mini kitchen in the room you are better of buying yogurt and such and eating ok your beach view balcony. If you must have the hotel breakfast we learned that you can order yogurt and scrambled eggs directly from the kitchen.
Beach:
The tide is high in the morning so there is no beach to speak of until about 3pm. After 3pm you have a lovely flat beach to run and play on.
Location:
As frequent visitors to Thailand and motorbike riders the location was fine. Cicada market, Tamarind food Market (only open Thursday-Sunday) and a few other Restaurants are walkable. Otherwise you’ll need to get a taxi/tuk tuk to other sites in Hua Hin which is super easy with a taxi stand right outside the hotel.
Staff:
In the “Land of Smiles” hospitality is usually top notch. At Chom View the staff seemed more aloof. Although it is fair to say we did not engage them much as we know our way around Hua Hin.
Our family of 4 would certainly stay at Chom View again.
