Hotel berhampiran Baci Scenic Lookout, Hualien

Surprisingly clean and accommodating! There are free instant noodles/water bottle provided, out of good will of the owner. Clean bathroom with shampoo and toiletries provided, also the bedsheet are fresh! Facilities: Standalone air-con, hair dryer, hot shower. 性价比太好，住得很舒服，check out 时我们都尽量整理好一切，我简直希望我以后的旅行住宿都以此为模版！

Location- near to Hualien station about 5-8mins walk. U won’t miss the hotel as it is painted a bright yellow. You can spot it from far! Food- Complimentary ice cream, coffee and juices are avail 24hrs. Snacks - crackers, tea jelly are avail from 3-8pm. Breakfast and supper are complimentary. Now this is really unexpected. Breakfast consists of meat, vegs, eggs. Chinese, western and veg options. Supper is lighter eg porridge rice curry potato and eggs vegs. Cocktail is avail and yes, complimentary too. Also fruits. Service- I was at first skeptical. To name a Hotel kindness will imply the hotel embraces the kindness value. True to its name, staff are polite and kind and goes out to help guests. U don’t need a password to log into wifi, I haven’t been to a hotel with complimentary breakfast and supper. I was suprised that the hotel is painted bright yellow and I realise it helps guests to locate the hotel as all other buildings are all grey and black and the yellow really lights up the area. I find it a thoughtful gesture. Room- Room is big. They gave me two queen size bed for three pax. There is also a bathtub. Amenities are provided. Oh yes, complimentary laundry service with washing powder provider. Now isn’t this thoughtful and kind and really take care of the guests esp those traveling with kids. Water refill is available at each floor next to the lift. Would definitely stay in the hotel if I go to Hualien again and yes, would love to stay in kindness hotel in different parts of Taipei too! We stayed here while playing in the Magistrate's Cup slow pitch softball tournament. The rooms are small but meet the basic needs. The word resort doesnt have the same meaning as it used to.

The hotel is near the Hualien train station. Environment is nice. The room is very big. Breakfast is buffet style, very delicious and nice. Overall quite good.

The room is huge, with everything you need. There are quite a few good restaurants nearby, and the host shows us all the amenities including the drinking fountain and coffee machine. There is a big dining area on the ground floor, with cute decorations. I would definitely stay here again!

We got upgraded to a bigger quad room with windows for free, which was very nice. Room: The room space may be small if you have many luggages, but there's no complaining at this price range because it's a steal! You can save some space if you bring your luggage to your bedside. An electricity outlet can be found on every bed, which is unquestionably very convenient. Cups, teabags, hairdryer, and slippers are provided. Bathroom: The bathroom is clean, and it is a private bathroom inside the room (not shared bathroom outside the room!). Towels, toothbrush and toothpaste are provided as well. Public area: There is a public area (like a kitchen) and an outdoor sitting area on the ground floor where you can make your own coffee or milk tea (which are provided there). Water dispenser can also be found there. There's a friendly (wild) cat too! Service: The staff was friendly and helpful. Luggage storage: If you're looking to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out, your luggage will just be stored on the corridor beside the counter with no safety other than ”name labels”. Safety: Password will be required for entry into the inn after certain time at night. Location: The inn is located close to the bus station, but some walking may be needed (which won't take long unless you carry big luggages). Convenience stores and some restaurants can be found within walking distance from the inn.

Positives: - Huge room - cable tv (not the usual 第四台） - separate toilet and bathing area - separate shower and tub - tub has ocean view - hotel big on sustainability (no disposable toiletries provided, as well as no bottled water - can fill water using water dispensers outside the rooms) - child friendly hotel with children’s activity room - in house sauna! - pet friendly hotel too with a pet room for pets to stay Negatives: - room has a step up which may be inconvenient for ppl with disabilities - the separate toilet and shower area is in between the sleeping area which may be a bit inconvenient - bed is a tad soft

L'hôtel est propre et profite d'une belle piscine. Il est cependant dommage de devoir payer pour profiter de l'espace sauna. Aussi des vélos sont disponibles mais payant, cependant le prix est raisonnable. Étant donné que l'hôtel est un peu loin du centre,il serait je pense judicieux de proposer les vélos sans frais. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. Bon rapport qualité prix. Merci.

民宿很舒適也很新，雖然沒有廚房，但反正我們也不開伙，有KTV可以唱歌，也有電動麻將桌，離市區也很近，買東西很方便，且價格很實在

房間不只佈置得很漂亮，而且很乾淨又舒適，家庭房空間頗大，許多細節注意到了！景色十分優美，有山景+海景，無天際游泳池超美！無論是舒適度或美景真的和照片上一模一樣，很愉快的住宿經驗，服務也很好，真的值得推薦！
