Hotel berhampiran Cave of Water Curtain, Hualien

Very near the Bus Station. Room is clean and bathroom is good. Location is convenient to access minimart, family mart and many eateries along Guolian Road. No shortage of restaurants. Staff is friendly and willing to help. Will recommend to stay here again.

The hotel is near the Hualien train station. Environment is nice. The room is very big. Breakfast is buffet style, very delicious and nice. Overall quite good.

Location- near to Hualien station about 5-8mins walk. U won’t miss the hotel as it is painted a bright yellow. You can spot it from far! Food- Complimentary ice cream, coffee and juices are avail 24hrs. Snacks - crackers, tea jelly are avail from 3-8pm. Breakfast and supper are complimentary. Now this is really unexpected. Breakfast consists of meat, vegs, eggs. Chinese, western and veg options. Supper is lighter eg porridge rice curry potato and eggs vegs. Cocktail is avail and yes, complimentary too. Also fruits. Service- I was at first skeptical. To name a Hotel kindness will imply the hotel embraces the kindness value. True to its name, staff are polite and kind and goes out to help guests. U don’t need a password to log into wifi, I haven’t been to a hotel with complimentary breakfast and supper. I was suprised that the hotel is painted bright yellow and I realise it helps guests to locate the hotel as all other buildings are all grey and black and the yellow really lights up the area. I find it a thoughtful gesture. Room- Room is big. They gave me two queen size bed for three pax. There is also a bathtub. Amenities are provided. Oh yes, complimentary laundry service with washing powder provider. Now isn’t this thoughtful and kind and really take care of the guests esp those traveling with kids. Water refill is available at each floor next to the lift. Would definitely stay in the hotel if I go to Hualien again and yes, would love to stay in kindness hotel in different parts of Taipei too! L'hôtel est propre et profite d'une belle piscine. Il est cependant dommage de devoir payer pour profiter de l'espace sauna. Aussi des vélos sont disponibles mais payant, cependant le prix est raisonnable. Étant donné que l'hôtel est un peu loin du centre,il serait je pense judicieux de proposer les vélos sans frais. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. Bon rapport qualité prix. Merci.

Amazing place, Hasir is an amazing place for lunch by the pool and Ali our server was beyond excellent accommodating and pleasant… all the food is fresh. Drinks are sooo good…great salads … friendly fir families

The room is huge, with everything you need. There are quite a few good restaurants nearby, and the host shows us all the amenities including the drinking fountain and coffee machine. There is a big dining area on the ground floor, with cute decorations. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here while playing in the Magistrate's Cup slow pitch softball tournament. The rooms are small but meet the basic needs. The word resort doesnt have the same meaning as it used to.

Wevtrvl in a group. Room was superb. Breakfast, location mattress is good. Friendly staff. They hv freeflow drinks ( coffee, tea n water) at lobby which is another plus

Short distance to Dongdamen night market. Family room is well designed with toilet, bathroom and washing basin separated. Spacious for my family of 4 (teenage children). Breakfast is ok.

房間不只佈置得很漂亮，而且很乾淨又舒適，家庭房空間頗大，許多細節注意到了！景色十分優美，有山景+海景，無天際游泳池超美！無論是舒適度或美景真的和照片上一模一樣，很愉快的住宿經驗，服務也很好，真的值得推薦！
