Hotel berhampiran Chulu Cliff, Hualien

We got upgraded to a bigger quad room with windows for free, which was very nice. Room: The room space may be small if you have many luggages, but there's no complaining at this price range because it's a steal! You can save some space if you bring your luggage to your bedside. An electricity outlet can be found on every bed, which is unquestionably very convenient. Cups, teabags, hairdryer, and slippers are provided. Bathroom: The bathroom is clean, and it is a private bathroom inside the room (not shared bathroom outside the room!). Towels, toothbrush and toothpaste are provided as well. Public area: There is a public area (like a kitchen) and an outdoor sitting area on the ground floor where you can make your own coffee or milk tea (which are provided there). Water dispenser can also be found there. There's a friendly (wild) cat too! Service: The staff was friendly and helpful. Luggage storage: If you're looking to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out, your luggage will just be stored on the corridor beside the counter with no safety other than ”name labels”. Safety: Password will be required for entry into the inn after certain time at night. Location: The inn is located close to the bus station, but some walking may be needed (which won't take long unless you carry big luggages). Convenience stores and some restaurants can be found within walking distance from the inn.

In my opinion, Parkview Hotel is one of the nicest hotel for families in Hualien. The deluxe family room we booked has 2 queen beds and very spacious. The breakfast buffet is nice, with a good collection of traditional ********* congee breakfast and international selection such as omelette station, salad, etc. There is a dedicated indoor haven for children with all sorts of games from go cart, different kinds of video games, etc. There's indoor pool, gym, pool table, etc for adults. There's also a coin operated laundry machine and dryer.

Location- near to Hualien station about 5-8mins walk. U won’t miss the hotel as it is painted a bright yellow. You can spot it from far! Food- Complimentary ice cream, coffee and juices are avail 24hrs. Snacks - crackers, tea jelly are avail from 3-8pm. Breakfast and supper are complimentary. Now this is really unexpected. Breakfast consists of meat, vegs, eggs. Chinese, western and veg options. Supper is lighter eg porridge rice curry potato and eggs vegs. Cocktail is avail and yes, complimentary too. Also fruits. Service- I was at first skeptical. To name a Hotel kindness will imply the hotel embraces the kindness value. True to its name, staff are polite and kind and goes out to help guests. U don’t need a password to log into wifi, I haven’t been to a hotel with complimentary breakfast and supper. I was suprised that the hotel is painted bright yellow and I realise it helps guests to locate the hotel as all other buildings are all grey and black and the yellow really lights up the area. I find it a thoughtful gesture. Room- Room is big. They gave me two queen size bed for three pax. There is also a bathtub. Amenities are provided. Oh yes, complimentary laundry service with washing powder provider. Now isn’t this thoughtful and kind and really take care of the guests esp those traveling with kids. Water refill is available at each floor next to the lift. Would definitely stay in the hotel if I go to Hualien again and yes, would love to stay in kindness hotel in different parts of Taipei too! 民宿很舒適也很新，雖然沒有廚房，但反正我們也不開伙，有KTV可以唱歌，也有電動麻將桌，離市區也很近，買東西很方便，且價格很實在

L'hôtel est propre et profite d'une belle piscine. Il est cependant dommage de devoir payer pour profiter de l'espace sauna. Aussi des vélos sont disponibles mais payant, cependant le prix est raisonnable. Étant donné que l'hôtel est un peu loin du centre,il serait je pense judicieux de proposer les vélos sans frais. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. Bon rapport qualité prix. Merci.

Amazing place, Hasir is an amazing place for lunch by the pool and Ali our server was beyond excellent accommodating and pleasant… all the food is fresh. Drinks are sooo good…great salads … friendly fir families

房間空間寬敞，附近生活機能不錯，環境周邊還挺安靜的，蠻不錯的體驗

Excellent service here! Will definitely stay here again in the future :) the counter staff were friendly and very accommodating ❤️ night market nearby, very convenient!

我們訂購的是寵物專案，建議可以帶寵物進入餐廳或是湖畔酒吧（寵物可以使用推車方可進入）不然花了住宿費也不便宜，但都不能享受到飯店設施⋯還有寵物餐點建議可以提供之前的澎湃餐盒，寵物料理包自己就可以帶了⋯沒有覺得有特別友善寵物的部分
