Hotel berhampiran Tzu Chi Cultural Park, Hualien

We got upgraded to a bigger quad room with windows for free, which was very nice. Room: The room space may be small if you have many luggages, but there's no complaining at this price range because it's a steal! You can save some space if you bring your luggage to your bedside. An electricity outlet can be found on every bed, which is unquestionably very convenient. Cups, teabags, hairdryer, and slippers are provided. Bathroom: The bathroom is clean, and it is a private bathroom inside the room (not shared bathroom outside the room!). Towels, toothbrush and toothpaste are provided as well. Public area: There is a public area (like a kitchen) and an outdoor sitting area on the ground floor where you can make your own coffee or milk tea (which are provided there). Water dispenser can also be found there. There's a friendly (wild) cat too! Service: The staff was friendly and helpful. Luggage storage: If you're looking to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out, your luggage will just be stored on the corridor beside the counter with no safety other than ”name labels”. Safety: Password will be required for entry into the inn after certain time at night. Location: The inn is located close to the bus station, but some walking may be needed (which won't take long unless you carry big luggages). Convenience stores and some restaurants can be found within walking distance from the inn.

Location- near to Hualien station about 5-8mins walk. U won’t miss the hotel as it is painted a bright yellow. You can spot it from far! Food- Complimentary ice cream, coffee and juices are avail 24hrs. Snacks - crackers, tea jelly are avail from 3-8pm. Breakfast and supper are complimentary. Now this is really unexpected. Breakfast consists of meat, vegs, eggs. Chinese, western and veg options. Supper is lighter eg porridge rice curry potato and eggs vegs. Cocktail is avail and yes, complimentary too. Also fruits. Service- I was at first skeptical. To name a Hotel kindness will imply the hotel embraces the kindness value. True to its name, staff are polite and kind and goes out to help guests. U don’t need a password to log into wifi, I haven’t been to a hotel with complimentary breakfast and supper. I was suprised that the hotel is painted bright yellow and I realise it helps guests to locate the hotel as all other buildings are all grey and black and the yellow really lights up the area. I find it a thoughtful gesture. Room- Room is big. They gave me two queen size bed for three pax. There is also a bathtub. Amenities are provided. Oh yes, complimentary laundry service with washing powder provider. Now isn’t this thoughtful and kind and really take care of the guests esp those traveling with kids. Water refill is available at each floor next to the lift. Would definitely stay in the hotel if I go to Hualien again and yes, would love to stay in kindness hotel in different parts of Taipei too! The room is huge, with everything you need. There are quite a few good restaurants nearby, and the host shows us all the amenities including the drinking fountain and coffee machine. There is a big dining area on the ground floor, with cute decorations. I would definitely stay here again!

Wevtrvl in a group. Room was superb. Breakfast, location mattress is good. Friendly staff. They hv freeflow drinks ( coffee, tea n water) at lobby which is another plus

The hotel is clean, comfortable and pocket friendly. The location is quite strategic. There are many restaurants in the vicinity so you don't have to worry about going hungry. This hotel also provides some snacks & drinks in the lobby which you can enjoy all day from 09⁰⁰ - 22⁰⁰. The customer service is also friendly, it's just a bit difficult to communicate. I chose a standard room but the facilities are complete (AC, mini fridge, hairdryer, hot water maker, toiletries, clothes hanger). I will definitely stay here again next time I go to Hualien. Recommended!

Location is good, but only provided one soft pillow which is hard to lie on. Soundproofing could be better, can hear kids screaming in alleyway at night time.

Very central location. Very kind and responsive host. Check-in procedure should be communicated ahead of time. No elevator. Overall, positive experience in the end.

L'hôtel est propre et profite d'une belle piscine. Il est cependant dommage de devoir payer pour profiter de l'espace sauna. Aussi des vélos sont disponibles mais payant, cependant le prix est raisonnable. Étant donné que l'hôtel est un peu loin du centre,il serait je pense judicieux de proposer les vélos sans frais. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. Bon rapport qualité prix. Merci.

This place is great, especially if you want to go to Ocean Park since they usually have packaged deals with free shuttle. Hotel sits on bill, so can’t really explore Hualien city but hotel itself is complete with all facilities for kids

房間不只佈置得很漂亮，而且很乾淨又舒適，家庭房空間頗大，許多細節注意到了！景色十分優美，有山景+海景，無天際游泳池超美！無論是舒適度或美景真的和照片上一模一樣，很愉快的住宿經驗，服務也很好，真的值得推薦！
