6 floor cozy hotel, cleaning everyday. Ashtray in the room but we don't smoke. Smoke feels in the toilet. Bathroom and toilet made very accurate. Fresh eater bottles renewed, have a kettle and the teapot. But no tea! Neither tea, nor coffee in the room. You may buy Chinese tea in the shop on the street, but beware of the fraud (trade more to death!). Restaurant on the first floor makes a 15% discount for hotel guests.

The young lady at reception was extremely helpful to assist with transport, directions and travel advise. In general, all the staff were v helpful. Rooms were clean and the smart features were a value-add to the hotel. Lotsa amenities and restaurants within walking distance. We left our luggage at the hotel while we climbed huangshan. Location was within the huangshan scenic area which was right next to the transport hub (see image) to the huangshan cable car stations. That made it v convenient if U’re climbing huangshan but posed some confusion to taxi and private-hire as it’s within a gated compound. But all tat aside, We’l definitely return again is we visited huangshan in future.

一開始是因為酒店離換乘中心很近，走路過去很方便定的。住了一晚感受最大的就是酒店人員都很熱情貼心，發自內心的為客人着想，好多點都能體現：1.前台主動招呼，看我帶小孩主動幫我升級了房間，辦理入住後，前台直接出來給我送到前廳門口告知我，二號樓怎麼走。2.主動問我有沒有預約黃山景區，提醒我要提前約，早上6.10去換乘中心比較好。3.主動幫我把吃的東西寄存辦公室冰箱。4.下午山上下來臨走我到前台想要點開水開水，告知我早上燒的，不熱了，需要我就幫我現燒，我説算了，主要是不想等了，又主動告知我食堂上班了，可以直接去食堂接開水。5.食堂偶然一個路過的女性服務人員，本來抱着一摞東西，聽到我要開水，立馬放下自己東西拿過我的杯子幫我接開水。6.我老婆都已經開門準備下車了，門衞主動出值班室接過我們的停車券放行。7.免費提供登山杖，雨衣，伴手禮。8.竟然電話回訪我，是否滿意。9.房間細節也能看到，都用心了，洗浴什麼的東西也都很有質感。總體感覺那個人員都很和善，是那種發自內心的服務遊客，通過各種細節，可以想象到企業管理人員背後的努力和用心，可以想象服務人員工作的也很開心。真的，我覺得服務業如果都這樣，生意不會不好，無論是人員培訓，人文關懷還是硬件都蠻好的，希望老闆越來越好！

乾淨！！ 真的太乾淨啦！沒想到在山腳下還能住到這麼乾淨的酒店！！（給大家拍了一倍的一鏡到底） 我們是早晨下的山，淋浴頭秒出熱水，水壓巨足！！幸福啊！！淋浴是四齣水設計，高個子友好！淋浴頭高高的，我家一米九的老公都不用彎腰！ 房間佈置簡潔空間很大（兩個箱子打開都不影響走動），而且設施特別齊全，全智能房間，中央空調，小度語音控制，還有空氣凈化除濕機！！ 二樓有洗衣房，洗烘一體全自動！（但是衹有洗衣粉，酒店正對面就有超市，可以買一個小瓶洗衣液） 店門口就可以停車，還配有充電樁，旁邊還有一家沙縣小吃（炒河粉，烏雞湯不錯），店內外都做了景觀台，感覺老闆也是一樣熱愛生活的人 老闆一家都很温暖啦！出行會幫忙約車，買特產也會幫忙聯繫，有問題就找老闆！！讓你感受到黃山原住的熱情和關懷
