Where do I begin? Me and my family is completely blown away by this gem of a hotell. The service, the food, the rooms, the views....everything is top notch! We stayed in a family suite, 3 adults, with our own little infinity pool at the balcony, with views of the stunning valley and river. The beds are comfortable, and the room had the latest technology that made everything even more comfortable! The butler service they provided via wechat was excellent. The hotsprings was also excellent. As I said, I'm blown away. All the good words I know in English, I want to write here. The road to the hotell was beautiful, with stunning views of Huangshan. I would even boldly say, that it's foolish NOT to visit this hotel. They have so much to offer! I could kick myself for not staying longer! It couldn't have been a more perfect spot to bring my family to for the first time to see gems of China. A big thank you to the wonderfull staff, and the owner of the hotell. Thank you!

We are a family of four. We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel thoroughly. It was so relaxing and peaceful. The Hotel was surrounded by mountains but it has all the facilities of a five star Hotel. As it was winter we didn't use the swimming pool but we had a fun time soaking in the outdoor hot springs. Both the dinner and breakfast were delicious and the ingredients were of the best quality. The reception was warm and professional. The young men and lady running the place gave us excellent advice on how to climb the mountain. Overall, I recommend this Hotel to anyone who wants an excellent time at the mountain base before climbing the mountain and to recoup after the climb before returning to the hustle and bustle of city life.

This is most definitely a 5 star hotel 🤩 the suits are simply amazing, and the staff is just great, the service they provided to us was implacable.They took their time to drive us to the scenic spots and attended to our needs accordingly.

Excellent stay

The hotel is settled in the mountains of Huangshan, within a small tea plantation, directly at a wonderful river. The hotel staff was very nice and welcoming to us as a family, taking special care of our kids. The room was beautiful, clean and of high quality. With a center control you can set different light moods and settings to relax or wake up in the morning. The view into the green mountains in the morning was spectacular. In the restaurant breakfast, lunch and dinner is served. With a breakfast set in the morning and meals a la carte for lunch and dinner. We warmly recommend the hotel and will come back very soon to relax and explore the mountains.

Definitely worth the time and money spending the peaceful time here. The people are so thoughtful, arranging transport for us and preparing all the things we need. The room has amazing tub with an amazing view. There is an outdoor hotspring tub which is wonderful in November.

完全是衝著酒店代表性的室外温泉去的，結果被折服的是房間，本來訂的是花境和畫境兩間房，老闆貼心地升級到了溪境，和畫境門對門，方便和家人同進出。房間是270度山景房，早晨起來滿室陽光，右側還能遠觀到天都峯，房間設施很智能，幾乎無可挑剔，老闆花了2800萬建成裝修，請的是國外設計師。晚上站在陽台上還能看到滿天星星。夜裡很安靜，窗外小溪宛若催眠曲。早餐也挺豐盛，麪條更是驚艷。晚餐點了四個菜，人均100+。 稍微有點美中不足的是温泉，我們到的時候是下午五點多，泡温泉需要等一小時之後，酒店需要準備。温泉池在後山坡上，大概沒什麼遊客，温泉是臨時加熱的，水不夠熱，泡得不過癮，微信聯繫前台後，馬上調高了水温。缺點是温泉池旁邊沒有更衣室，泡完温泉披着浴袍走幾十米山路回房間還是有點冷颼颼，好在回到房間後，餐廳馬上送來了幾杯熱騰騰的薑茶暖身，着實令人感動，臨走還送了黃山特產伴手禮，可見誠意滿滿。 從黃山湯口鎮自駕到酒店大約22分鐘，酒店也可以開車到湯口鎮車站接送，總之十分方便。這裏特別適合親子出遊，夏季還可以漂流，接近大自然，探索野趣，感受美好，十分值得。有機會還會再來！推薦！

山谷中一棟極具現代創意的建築，從院落到周邊，從大堂到房間，每一個設計都別具用心、誠意滿滿，看得出老闆是一個有品味有追求的商人。民宿的服務也到位，老闆夫婦親力親為，前台、保潔都訓練有素，敬業值守，我們住了三天，感謝他們。祝福鹿鳴谷的未來蒸蒸日上。

酒店房間很好看，環境很好，入住前還會建立服務小羣，有問題可以隨時在羣裏諮詢。 洗護用品是歐舒丹，衞浴很乾凈。 床軟硬適中，枕頭也很舒服，很智能的房間，它叫小寶。 早飯很好吃，有粥，有面，有牛奶，每人一例。 自駕過去比較方便，不然的話應該是可以找酒店接吧，有電車充電樁，星星充電的，蔚來的車不適配。 温泉泡的很舒服，一切都很好，下次再來！

經常出去玩，是我住過最好的民宿，乾淨，有設計感，風景好，服務好，吃的好，真的是住着像家一樣的感覺，非常的舒心，還有個小客廳，可以休閑娛樂，煮茶，老闆也非常熱情，員工服務業特別好，下次再來黃山，還要住這裏。

這家民宿簡直就是世外桃源，也不知道哪位神仙隱居於此，打造瞭如此鬼斧神工的自然景象，從下車就開始一路“哇塞”進了房間，美麗的景象無法用言語形容，屬於眼睛和心靈的洗禮，小朋友隨處一扔都可以玩兒很久，撈魚、蹦床、玻璃船、野餐，開心的彷彿自己也回到了童年。我們定的是夢境，樓上下都有投影，所有洗護都是歐舒丹的，所有服務都特別到位，下次還要再來

首先酒店的接送服務非常方便，酒店很有設計感，包括室內的空間，對於一些酒店用品的選擇也比較考究，歐舒丹的洗護很喜歡，本來帶了幾包掛耳發現酒店也有。 兩餐晚飯都選擇了直接在酒店用餐，菜色比較具有當地特色，最主要的是很方便。老闆熱情介紹了黃山的線路並且推薦了比較適合自己體力的路線。第二天差不多時間到了也會詢問有沒有下山，又安排車子來接。管家式的服務是目前我覺得在江浙滬的民宿裏做的比較好的。 下次等下雪了再來玩～

第一次入住這個民宿，到達的時候十分驚喜，有一種世外桃源的感覺。景美！房間美！而且服務人員非常的熱情，整個民宿都十分乾淨，特別適合一家人在裏面看風景喝茶，房間裏有秋千，有船，小朋友玩的十分開心！期待下次入住！
