住宿體驗不是很愉快，依當時的情形一定會全給差評，事後想想還是寬心待人誰都不容易，望店家之後能善待他人。 首先看着是2024年新開業門面挺大的酒店才下訂的。導航爬了路邊一高坡到了地方沒看到酒店的門店，打電話才從旁邊小樓出來一小哥引路，一個小櫃枱實在寒酸就是那種小旅店的意思。然後前台小妹又説新酒店剛裝修有味道給我們升級到小樓民宿住（有聽説過新酒店升級到小民宿的嗎？我們就當了一回冤大頭[偷笑]）。當時我們剛從黃山下來人也疲憊不想再折騰，心想衹住一晚衹要乾淨衞生就行，就要了小樓二樓一房間，沒想到麻煩事就來了。當時外面氣温應該有36度左右，進房間開空調，不大的房間二三十分鐘還沒怎麼降温，我們就覺得是空調出風量很小有問題，前台小哥上來不是先找空調的問題，而是質問我們: 空調都是新的怎麼會有什麼問題壞空調店家怎麼會裝在房間（這個問題我真的無法回答），又説你們家空調降温有這麼快嗎（我家空調降温真挺快的[偷笑]）？又説房門為什麼開着（因為我下樓去叫他，開門覺得室內外沒有温差所以才開着門），總之一通質問空調問題沒解決讓我們再等等就走了。 過了有一個半小時左右温度還是降不下來，我都有點中暑的感覺，實在受不了我們説先出去吃飯回來再看看，路過前台跟前台小妹説了情況，前台小妹挺負責的，我們回來就説房間空調真有點問題給換個房間，正説著來了箇中年男子檢查後把進風口擋網清洗乾淨，之後出風量大多了室温開始慢慢降了下來。 整個過程店家對自已的錯沒有一個明確的態度，前台小妹還説他們工作人員（前台小哥）處理問題的態度一點問題都沒有。就想問一下: 一句“對不起”比送一袋小燒餅更困難嗎？
