From check in to check out this was an excellent and professional Hotel with superb staff and attention to detail. I had booked a Premier room which was huge and overlooked the city. The bed was enormous, comfortable and with the most luxurious pillows. The room was equipped with everything one could need; Large TV (I always bring Movies) with Netflix etc, minibar, coffee facilities and a desk to work at. The Sky bar is excellent for an evening drink and again the staff are super accommodating. Every single member of staff that I encountered were welcoming and professional and I felt valued as a guest at all times. I would highly recommend staying here. The hotel is very central with walking street being 6-7 minutes stroll and the Citadel a 25 min walk.

Everything was almost a perfect state, just slightly a title more to reach perfect, found a finger nail under the blanket hope they will be more careful when they clean the bed

Hotel have the most stunning view in all of hue city, all room have a panaromic view of the city, rooms are spacious and well equipped, big bath and bed. Breakfast was top Notch upto standard still can do better especially in Coffee sections... Wonderful spa and swimming... Rooftop bar and panaromic view multi cuisine restaurant... If you are traveling to hue... This 5 star hotel is the perfect choice...

Great, worth getting The Level upgrade. Carpet was far from clean, though. A good hoovering would not go a miss.

What gives this hotel a 5 star rating is the friendly staff and service. Room was very nice. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty on offer. Spa was excellent.
