Very nice hotel, well located, with modern electric appliances in every room, nice staff and toys for the kids. Our family of 4 loved the hotel and the double bed rooms.

The hotel was top standard in many aspects for our stay. Location-wise a nearby walk is a busy street full of unique street foods, shops, convenience stores and a really good hot pot place. The hotel is clean, spacious, and has a premium feel to it. The staff are extremely warm and helpful. We had our questions answered promptly on Wechat which also helped ease the language barrier from the auto-translation on both sides. The gym is also very well equipped. 10/10

We are super happy with our suite. It's spacious, dry clean and comes with washing machine/ dryer, fridge, microwave, cook top. The views of the city is wonderful. The front desk staff are very helpful. They showed me how to pre-book a taxi on my App the night before, and a staff brought us to the place where the taxi is waiting.

Non-smoking room. But clearly smoked in master bedroom. There are odd residues left on the bedside tables too. The floor is sticky. I had to wipe the whole floor with one of the face towel.

Location is pretty central to access most places. The hotel service staff are commendable and the WeChat response is fast. Overall good service quality hotel to stay in Chongqing. Note that there are about 5 hotels in the building, even if the taxi drops off at the other side, it’s all connected within the building, so no need to walk out to enter from the other side.

I had an amazing stay in this room! From the moment I stepped in, I was immediately impressed by the warm and comfortable atmosphere. The room's decor is modern and luxurious, blending style and comfort perfectly. The bed was large and incredibly soft, allowing me to sleep and relax fully. The bathroom was spotless and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including high-quality products. The staff were friendly and very attentive. Overall, it was an excellent stay and a truly wonderful experience.

Excellent location. Just a short walk to jiangfangbei street with bustling vibes of night market, street food and lots of shopping and malls. Opposite the hotel there is a v nice authentic hot pot that opens till 2am. Room is v spacious and well designed. Clean and comfortable. Will definitely come again.

This is a service apartment in a very convenient location. Walking distance to the subway, restaurants, street stalls, shopping centers, etc. Don't expect a fancy lobby as the building wasn't built for tourists. There are 5 service apartment companies sharing the building. The lobby on the ground floor and reception desk on the fifth floor are more like apartment sales desks. We stayed in a 2-bedroom, 2 full-bath apartment. Excellent layout with large rooms, walk-in closets and spacious living and dining areas. Downside is that some of the plumbing and electrical fixtures are poorly installed. There is a hole in the shower stall where the shower handle is, and an electric outlet in the kitchen fell off the wall. The apartment is clean, and the view is great. Housekeeping service is good, but you have to be specific about what you want. The manager is exceptionally helpful and courteous. She greeted us every day to see what we needed. Even when we were outside, we could text her to ask about restaurants, getting taxis and other information. She made the stay memorable for us. I would recommend my friends to stay there because of her.

Very approachable and helpful front desk staffs who give us Chongqing travel and food guides in WeChat when we arrived. Generous space for family room, my 16 year old boy has a room all by himself, which comes with double bed, while we stay in a separate room of same size bed which have sofa, microwave oven and even a washing machine ! The shower room is also big and there is even a bath tub. Great location to places of interest but do expect some street noises as it is nearby one of the famous street night market, but it is endurable for us. Will recommend friends this hotel.
