El hotel está en el corazón de murcia. Las instalaciones son muy buenas él área de la piscina es genial con su bar y luego por la noche el bar funciona hasta la madrugada. El trato de los camareros del área de la piscina son muy simpáticos y amable y las habitaciones muy confortables

Beautiful place to stay with a very warm welcome, reception and breakfast staff were all superb . The hotel was spotless and rooms were spacious and fully equipped with fridge with complimentary water,juice and soft drinks, ironing board , iron, built in wardrobes, safe, flat screen TV, air con, hair dryer, hair straighteners, great spacious shower, tea/coffee facility even some work out equipment (push up bars/yoga mat , the list goes on . 2 for 1 drinks in the reception bar for guests and a private area for residents outside hotel entrance which is a lovely quite area just 50 metres from a lovely church and two really great restaurants. We were in Murcia the 2nd of July and after some business in the Mar Menor for 2 days we decided to return to the Cetina for a second night's stay before moving to our next destination because it was that much of a nice experience and also to the same restaurants. Would recommend this Hotel . Thanks to all Cetina staff 5*'s from me .

Hotel bueno para pasar una o dos noches. Nosotros hemos estado en dos ocasiones, para hacer una noche de paso. Tengo que decir que esta última vez, lo he visto más descuidado,sobretodo las zonas comunes, pasillos, ascensores, escaleras, todo muy sucio. Por suerte tanto la habitación, como la cafetería estaban limpias.

Nicely located City hotel, walking distance from the Centre. Firmly 'Budget' style in terms of decor and facilities, but it is clean and has all the essentials. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Good breakfase, and passable restaurant for other meals, though there are many other options in the local area to be tried too. Would recommend for a short 'no frills' city stay.

We arrived early and asked at Reception if we could leave our luggage there until our room was ready - they allowed us to use our room straight away (over 3 hours early) The room was nice, comfortable bed & a very large bathroom. We enjoyed our breakfast - decent value for €10 with plenty of choices. I used the Fitness room which was a nice extra. The staff were extremely helpful at reception & the location of the hotel is excellent. You’re only about 5 minutes walk to the Cathedral. We were there for the Ricky Martin concert at the Plaza Los Torros, which was a 15 minute walk away. Will definitely stay at the Hesperia Murcia Centro again.

Nos ha encantado éste hotel. Muy cerca de los Centros Comerciales y de ODISEO. La cama es súper grande y muy cómoda. El personal es encantador y profesional. Está todo muy limpio. Fácil aparcamiento. Volveremos

I stayed for 11 nights. My room was quiet, no traffic noise and the occasional sounds from other rooms stopped at a very reasonable hour. The sheets and bedding were as good as new. My room was attended to every day. The staff were professional, friendly and simpaticos :-) The hotel's location is perfect adjacent to the shady tree lined Floridablanca garden and about 7 minutes stroll to the Cathedral the historic heart of Murcia. The Universal is completely unpretentious, great value for money and I will definitely return.

La experiencia y estancia aquí ha sido muy buena, era la segunda vez que venía aquí con mi pareja y esta vez ha sido mejor que la anterior. La nevera de la habitación funcionaba correctamente, la localización del hotel está perfecta, tiene muchos supermercados cerca y también restaurantes de comida rápida. En cuanto a la limpieza, la habitación seguía oliendo a tabaco a pesar de que era una habitación para no fumadores, igual que la primera vez que estuve aquí. El secador tienes que estar pulsando un botón todo el rato y al final se te cansan los dedos, y al menos en nuestra última habitación no había enchufe en el cuarto de baño, por lo que no pude plancharme el pelo frente al espejo. Por lo demás, el trato fue muy bueno y la cama muy grande y cómoda.
