Secara keseluruhannya sangat sesuai untuk bercuti terutama bagi mereka yang suka bermain golf. Vila ini sangat tenang dan udaranya sangat baik. Kakitangan lebih bersemangat dan padang golf juga sangat meriah. Kemuncak hotel ini ialah biliknya sangat besar, bilik mandi separa terbuka, dan padang golf terletak di sebelahnya. Kelemahannya ialah tandas agak licin, jadi berhati-hati apabila anda menggunakannya. Kerajaan daerah berdekatan, dan kemudahan di sekelilingnya agak selesa. Lapangan golf adalah kemuncak terbesar. Jika anda suka golf, ia pasti pilihan pertama. Hidup tidak lebih buruk daripada harga lima bintang 2000-3000, dan nisbah harga/prestasi adalah lebih baik. Tempat letak kereta adalah mudah

Upon arriving, I was greeted by very friendly staffs in the lobby. They helped us with golf bags and luggage and spoke very limited English. We asked for their names and they seemed do not understand English. Nevertheless, they have a big smile and extremely friendly and courteous. It was a very busy hotel lobby and it seems that there is a tournament going on. We were then greeted by a very presentable lady called Fiona. She spoke very limited English but her body gesture gave way that she is extremely pleasant. She proudly described that there is a tournament going on which is one of the over 300 tournaments they host every year. It is a very popular place for golf tournament. Fiona escorted us to the front desk for our check in which was very smooth. Once again, the front desk staff was extremely friendly. Fiona then droves us to our room in a look-like Rolls Royce replica, my wife loves it as it was the closest to the real thing that we had ever dreamed of. To cut the story short, our short stay was fantastic. The golf course was very good and the staff were extremely nice. The restaurant was small but cozy. We enjoyed the mini vacation very much and unreservedly recommend it to anyone who wants a mini golf vacation in China.

If your game is up for it - this is the place to go. The one of the best boutique golf resorts in China. Everything is well run and the staff are super attentive. Upon arrival at the resort, we were greeted by Mr. Jason Lau, the resort manager. Following a smooth and seamless check-in by the friendly front desk staff (thank you Cathy), Mr. Lau then gave us the grand tour of the resort to ensure we have a good stay. The Hotel was first rated with an excellent bistro which the chef would cater to your tastes and wishes. Although, the course condition was so-so, the caddies were great, English is limited but they know how to say "good Shot". The rooms are brand new and extremely clean with good amenities. The pillows and sheets are comparable to the 5 stars hotel. Although, it does not have a 5-star rating but definitely the 5-star services. We will be back.

超級差評！！！體驗感超級差，房間設施設備陳舊，差，也就算了。這種在小區裏的公寓式酒店，沒有任何服務可言。凌晨回到酒店，房卡居然開不了門，打前台電話，無數次沒有人接聽，你根本沒有辦法聯繫到客服。然後找到攜程聯繫了酒店經理，才安排一個大叔過來幫忙開門，還責問我們為什麼不提前試房卡。這種酒店住一次就怕，攜程根本不應該與之合作！！！

棕櫚島度假酒店，是我住過最舒心的度假聖地，讓人有種賓至如歸的感覺，不但環境優美，風景怡人，空氣清新，房間各項設備也齊全，而且還乾淨整潔，主要是還能看到球場，工作人員服務都特別好，非常滿意，必須滿星好評！

打兩天球住了一晚客房，客房在湖面上回房要經過一段木橋，整體設計比較特別像南亞風格，晚上比較幽靜，房間佈局合理有陽台空氣好，早餐在會所大堂餐廳可點餐。總的來説都挺好。

酒店很漂亮，非常安靜舒適，不但乾淨整潔且離球場又近，環境超好，風景也優美，非常適合打高爾夫球和度假，主要這裏的工作人員服務也特別好，真心值得推薦！
