Although it was written that smoking was allowed, I thought closing the windows would prevent it, but the room still filled with smoke, possibly from the bathroom exhaust duct. The room was good overall and matched the pictures, but the cleanliness was just okay. The location is convenient, situated above a plaza for essential purchases and close to famous sights. However, the actual location of the apartment was different from the address provided, but fortunately the owner was responsible enough to answer the phone. In addition, the lack of internal locks made me feel less safe. Overall, the best aspect for me was the service, because when there was a problem, the owner was quick to solve the problem.

乾淨是乾淨，搞衞生阿姨很勤快。前台接待也很熱情。但環境設施就真是舊，破破舊舊。外賣也不給送上去，但人又可以隨便進出，電梯沒門禁刷卡的，你隨便一個人過去都能上樓，除了外賣員。這就想不明白是基於什麼管理目的性？你説為了安全？你要進去，上樓，真的隨便進去，沒人會問你是不是住這裏。外賣員穿個工衣就進不去了……搞笑的。所以點外賣是真不方便。
另外就是早上6點左右，一個阿姨就拿着鼓風機在大堂前的馬路邊，吹啊吹，吹啊吹，生怕你打球遲到睡過頭。
前台很熱情，還送水果，但我真對不起了，體驗確實不咋樣。工作人員服務是好好，但管理行為模式，確實有待商榷。

冬天住真滴是災難…
1. 房間太大反而不是一件好事.. 空調暖氣一直開着跟沒有一樣，門口一直有點進風的感覺。
2.熱水器大家洗澡前一定要調好擴容模式，不然真的洗10分鐘不到熱水就沒了，特別是女生！！！抹護髮素水都開始冷了真的很慘啊。
3. 適逢廣東大降温，這被子比我的命還薄… 我真的扛不住馬上外賣叫了個暖水袋才稍微好點…
但好處就是工作人員都很友善，基本有什麼需求都比較快有反饋。

房間還是挺不錯的，挺寬敞，採光也很好，房間有個大陽台，站在陽台看東江的江景是一覽無餘，很不錯的，酒店前台服務也很不錯，態度很好，也很周到，還提心的免費贈送了早餐，點個贊，酒店還有辦理入住的自助機，還有送物的機器人，設施設備還真的是挺齊全的，包括房間也是，這次的入住體驗還是挺不錯的，性價比還是挺高的

房間裝修還不錯，設施都挺新的，建議訂雙床房會比大床房大一些，多一個沙發。廁所也挺大的，不過沒有衣櫃，衹能掛行李台上不太方便。
環境：
被羣山環繞，房間就可以看到鬱鬱葱葱的山景。
服務：
還可以，有求必應。路上碰到服務員也會打招呼。
遊樂設施：
當初選這個酒店就是看中它270平的超大室內遊樂場，確實很好玩，娃丟進去一下午都出不來，裏面玩的東西也很豐富，堪比Meland了。
温泉一般，池子比較少也很小，而且在半山坡上。
頂樓還有個無邊泳池，拍照挺好看的。
酒店附近有個景點叫石河奇觀，走過去大概5分鐘，很適合徒步，有“小九寨”之稱，碧綠的溪水還挺漂亮的，夏天可以來溯溪。
餐飲：
早餐種類不多，味道也一般，有個現做的腸粉還行。
正餐的話可以去附近的農家樂吃。
總的來説體驗感還是很不錯，非常適合一家老小來度假遊玩。

ʚʚ ღ ɞWell, where do I begin. We booked a month stay in Wei Gang Wan in Huizhou to be close to family. We travelled from Hongkong international airport in taxi (approx. 2 and half hours) to the address provided by trip.com which turned out to be the wrong address. And then phoned the customer service in the evening to be told it was the completely wrong building, we had to to get an electric scooter down with all 4 large luggages and 5 people in, luckily we had the help of family to get about as its fairly remote and there's no taxi service around. The location was adjacent to local amenities and right by the beach. But you have to have Wechat - a Chinese App) to get all the info where to go and how to get in the room. It was not straightforward as we expected especially after 30+ hours journey and at night time.
The room has a sea view but different to pictures they advertised. Asked to change to a room like the ones they had on trip.com but told not available. Overall, the rooms are acceptable clean and spacious. The TV channels are very limited as they only had very basic package and did not subscribed to any additional packages, so it'm has very limited access to the Olympics games. WiFi is slow and restricted to access to certain western apps. The TV was old and the Backlight was faulty, however it was not replaced during our stay. Another problem was the bed surface very hard like sleeping on cardboard boxes.
Despite some issues we faced, I must say the customer service was very good, they available 24/7 and always there to help.
All in all, due to the location despite some problems we will consider to stay again in the future.

MMariaCThis hotel has stunning beach views. It is very relaxing and quiet. I would say it can be a quiet honeymoon destination. It is quite isolated though and we did not find any restaurant options nearby, ir anything to do really, except for water sports in the beach, which is closeby. We did jet ski for 150rmb for 15 minutes, and a big inflatable water ride for 300rmb for around 15 minutes.
The dinner and lunch menu are nice but I think it lacks variety. We enjoyed the prawns fried rice and the carbonara pasta.
There were some cakes to buy for around 46-68rmb per slice, which we did not try. We took a didi to a supermarket and got some fresh fruit and snacks instead.
Breakfast was really not very good for us as there were no western style options and it was very limited. All we found to eat was fruit (I found the watermelon was fresh in morning breakfast but not for afternoon tea). I also had some boiled corn, my kids had white bread.
The staff Is very friendly yet no one there speaks English. They added my WeChat which made it helpful. The room was idyllic and seeing the sunset from my bed was amazing. My son loved the bath too. The swimming pool is not really a real pool but more like a pond for a quick splash.
I would come again for 1 night only and enjoy a quiet time, but for families, singles or people who like more active holidays I would say there are many other options. We also stayed at the Howard Johnson and that one has a huge amount of options and activities for children, teen and families.

Location 4/5 - Yes it has a beach front, yes it is pretty out there. We arrived at HuiDongNan (惠東南) high speed rail station and took a 50minutes ride from the station to the hotel via Didi/Taxi. The location is pretty far from the city. However, the challenge comes when trying to book a taxi on the wechat Didi app. Often there are limited drivers in the area resulting in waiting up to 30 minutes for a ride. The other down side for me will be the construction surronding the area, as it is a still developing area, construction sounds and sites are observable.
Clealiness 4/5 - Overall the hotel staff is very fast and the staff work extra hard to ensure any spills, wet spots, wet marks are wiped and cleaned as soon as possible. However, in our room there is a smell of watery and humidity when we entered the room, especially the standing shower stall in the room.
Service 5/5 - The front desk lady (Judy) was fast in helping us check in to the hotel. We arrived very early ~12noon, Judy helped us check to see if there were any rooms available for us to check in earlier as the check in time was supposed to be at 3pm. We ended up geting the room ~12noon and with an upgrade to the 25th floor. Overall whever we approached the staff, they are very willing to help. When requesting for extra water in the room, it came within 30 minutes.
Facilities 4/5 - There are many facilities and places to take photos such as the I Love Richu Sign, Swings, Reef Bar, Observation Deck, Fireworks and more. There are many places for great pictures. Besides picture opportunities, there are many faciltiies for kids, very family friendly. Whether it is shooting fireworks, kayaking along the lazy river, swimming/playing at hte shallow pools, going to the beach, there are much to do to ensure your little one is engaged all day. Given the hotel is less than 10 years old, there are some observable wears and tears in the room which can be maintained better. We got the hotel package with the breakfast, there are many varities and definitely very fitting for the Chinese population which is the majority. However, if you are expecitng a more western/international breakfast cuisine, you may need to be aware options such as cold cuts, ham, cheese, egg stations are not avaliable. While the resutaurant opens at 7:00am, the restaurant is packed with 65%-70% occupancy already at 7:30am.

A 24 hour service assisstant was added to Wechat at check in who in my case was Ms.Lucy. She responded even at midnight when I needed a lighter. Breakfast also was amazing and had so much variety. I was constantly assisted by Ms. beibei at breakfast which felt good. Also the lobby manager was very helpful for my takeaway order at night. Wonderful place for family, solo travellers and couples. Even they offered me a free lunch and free gift box for 5 seconds of electricity fluctuation 🥰🥰

PPengguna TetamuWe spent two nights at Sheraton Huizhou Beach. We had a good time, and enjoyed a splendid summer weather. There are 5 pools at the hotel, plus some outdoor thermal baths. We enjoyed swimming in all of them. The big beach is NOT clean, and although it seems that this is not responsibility of the hotel, I think that they should invest in cleaning it at least once every few weeks, as the accumulated garbage (toys, plastics, nets, shoes, etc.) makes the experience of walking on it a bit disappointing and not so enjoyable. Besides that, even if the hotel itself is a bit worn out, it is still acceptable, quiet at night and clean. All the staff was very helpful, serviceable, very efficient and gave us excellent attention, specially Cassie at the front desk. The breakfast buffet is good, very complete. Overall, I loved the experience, and since the price is reasonable, I will surely come back to spend a few more days of relaxing rest here, I recommend it remarkably during Low-Season. Congratulations to all the Sheraton staff!
