①房間乾淨整潔，那個廁所很乾凈。床超級軟床墊舒服，睡覺很容易入住。WiFi啥的設備齊全，就是登錄要輸入手機號碼，空調超涼快。②隔音很好，睡覺沒有被吵到。③離西湖很近，步行6-7分鐘就到了，樓下還有湯包湯粉店，不遠是小吃街，餓了下樓就行。④前台店長服務特別好，有問題都是及時解決的。 ⑤房間有個小窗，採光好，陽光直接照射到床上非常舒服

A wonderful place to stay. We had a fantastic lake view. Housekeeping ayi took great care of us. The front desk took care of all of our requests quickly. Great buffet breakfast every day. Excellent location with many restaurants and bars 2 minutes walk away. We will stay here every time we visit Huizhou.

酒店設施齊全，非常好，衞生也很好，老闆娘也特別貼心，有什麼需求直接和她講，都給我們處理的特別好，下次來惠州還會光顧！（酒店圖片忘拍了，光顧着玩啦，惠州這個城市還是不錯的）

Heard a lot about this 5***** hotel, so I booked it for the covinient from the bus from hk airport. Not very impressed and certainly doesn't meet the standard of a 5***** it once was. The room is stuffy and a bit of damp smell, although it's a non- smoker room, I paid 66£ for a night, and I requested to place me in a quiet area, so they upgraded me from the 5th floor which was above the Karaoke, to the 15th floor. Nice view of the west lake. The room is big enough but decoration is old, needs future renovation as I wouldn't stay there next time and there are better hotels out there in the area. However, the staff are very attentive and super friendly, after checking out, a young male asked how was my stay, and i said it was OK, it smells musky in the room, he apologised and gave me a goody bag with sweets and a cute stuff toy.

From the well-equipped fitness center to the elegant dining options, everything was top-notch. We were thoroughly impressed by the variety and quality of the facilities provided. What truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They were always readily available to assist with any queries or requests, providing us with recommendations for local attractions and even arranging transportation for us. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic experience. The cleanliness, excellent amenities, and friendly staff truly set it apart from other accommodations. Whether you are traveling with family or friends, this hotel is the perfect choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I will definitely be recommending this gem to all my friends and family.

Huizhou sangat cantik, tempat tinggalnya sangat selesa, lokasinya sangat baik, hanya di tengah-tengah Kaisa, ia sangat mudah untuk makan, membeli-belah dan menaiki kereta, dan ia juga tenang, tidur tidak akan terganggu

Very good hotel with a good view of the city from the top. Buffet dinner is acceptable.

服務:辦入住時，前台接待香香和小盧很熱情，棒棒噠，酒店有配機器人。酒店位置不錯，旁邊就是天虹商場買東西方便。房間寬敞明亮，空間大，環境很舒適，衞生乾淨。早餐也不錯，種類多，可以自己選擇，最喜歡的是酒店贈送的下午茶，下午有空時，可以在大堂喝杯咖啡，吃點點心，很不錯的入住體驗，滿意的酒店.

Excellent place to stay overnight in Huizhou. Great view from Bath to a city , a usually in Crowne Plaza - very poor selection on mini bar. Regular lobby bar well equipped with 2 drinks fee of charge for guests. Will come back again 5/5
