I would like to say thank you so much for this wonderful holiday in this amazing hotel Arabella azur and for all the super staff and for the crazy entertainment program I’m really enjoyed as well Everything in the hotel is very nice I wish success to everyone inside this beautiful hotel

First of all, we are very sorry for not checking more of the reviews about the resort, as now, after our stay, we agree with most of the negative ones, unfortunately… * We have booked it for ultra all-inclusive and it was no different from our friends that had just all-inclusive * the food has a low quality with a lower variety of food, we can say that for our 7 nights stay almost everyday we have eaten the same things, some of them cooked the days before * the rooms, and not only, are not clean enought due to the furniture beeing already too used * extremely poor wifi connection * the stuff is nice until you need their help and they start being pissed off… to mention here that out room key card was not opening the door anymore, we notified the reception by phone, discussed it with 2 other persons from the staf and after 1 hour we had to go to the reception to find that they did not know about the issue... Overall for us the resort is a big no, no.

I have no negative comments about the hotel. The rooms were a good nice, kept spotlessly clean each day. 3 good sized pools with plenty of loungers, each pool had a bar as well as a bar by the beach, the terrace and in the foyer. Good selection of food for each meal. I eat quite plainly, so a typical breakfast for me was cereal, yoghurt with fresh fruit and pancakes. My more adventurous daughter sampled many of the different dishes on offer. One more she had battered Cauliflower, roasted vegetables, omelette and hash brownie! At lunch time and evening meal there was always a pasta station, two types of soup, lots of different breads, lots of different salads, rice, potatoes, then different meat and fish dishes. Lots of choice of cakes all beautifully decorated. The hotel has its own private beach, again there were plenty of sunbeds available. Of an evening there was some entertainment..singers, dancers, violinist, and saxophone player. Entertainment was quite low key, there were not that many on the terrace. I expect in the summer months everywhere will be much busier and more entertainment. There were tennis, table tennis and crazy golf available. If you want to get away and just chill and enjoy the sunshine then this hotel is ideal. I was surprised at how green the complex was, there were a lot of shrubs with colourful flowers and the staff worked very hard mowing the grass and sweeping up leaves The only downside for me was that the hotel was quite isolated, you couldn't go for a walk or take a local bus. Except for trips you were contained within the complex. However being on the complex meant that we felt very safe and could walk through the complex in the dark without any concerns. So..in conclusion as long as you are happy having a week's rest in the sunshine, chilling by the pool or beach then this is ideal

Quite good all inclusive - plan, nice assortment of coctails and food. Only the ala cartes could be better. They serve same food than the buffet but you just get is served to the table. More variance. Also the reservation for the ala cartes is difficult and they are always fullybooked so we couldt even try them all. Waiters seems to serve more the house personnel who weirdly eat with the customers at same restaurant. It didnt feel nice when the cook sit whith his kitchen clothes next to us or the officers with theis suits when you are yourself at holiday mood and dressed accordingly. Usually there is own cantines for workers. Not the best beach, there isnt anything to see compared to some resorts with reefs with lot of fishes but they do have a free golc course (Par3) so it compensates, you cant have it all, can you. Big pool was freezing, even the sea is warmer so if you rely on that one and dont like to sea then you will be dissapointed. We liked the beac more as the pool gives the swimming hall wibes with the dreary tiles. I wish they would make pools more exitng and this is not for Steigenberger but generally. Nice touch that they filled the minibar daily with coke, beer and juices and it was included. They had some kind of evening program but unfortunately it was always in the front of buffet restaurant so you would need to dine there to enjoy it. Why there isnt anything at the beach? Beach parties, disco, dance shows etc. It would be nice!

Great location with its own private beach and restaurant plus beach towels. It's own swimming pool. Very extensive menu dinner and breakfast with fresh food, helpful staff. WiFi an issue in the room. Was obviously a grand old lady in her time, in the throes of being spruced up

Saya datang ke hotel ini untuk kali kedua dan penuh dengan populariti. Masih banyak orang semasa wabak ini. Satu-satunya penyesalan adalah bahawa restoran di sebelahnya ditutup, dan beberapa restoran di sebelahnya tidak dibuka. Makanannya tidak selektif seperti yang terakhir kali. , Tetapi semasa wabak, makanan di hotel ini dianggap sangat baik di hotel hurghada. Jangan makan terlalu banyak setiap hari.

If you waiting for your flight this hurdle will be an amazing option! People at the front desk very friendly! As soon as you arrive at the airport you can call to the hotel and they will send a car for you, this will cost $10. They have a nice breakfast. The hotel is very nice and beautiful they have a nice swimming pool and garden view rooms.
