We really had a fantastic time here! We came here to enjoy ourselves and we absolutely succeeded! The service is really great! You can notice that it matters what nationality you have by how you are treated... The hotel looked great and really has everything you need: shops, a la carte restaurants, several swimming pools, water park, beach, sea and sun! The animation team is also really great, there is plenty to do for young and old throughout the day! They create a fantastic and cozy atmosphere with their enthusiasm! The boat party was great too! In particular Lenka, she really made our holiday complete and she gave us a smile on our face every day! Her energy and sincerity is really super!

أحلي رحلة أنا كل شتا موجود في شتيجنبرجر روحت معظم الفنادق في الغردقه بجد شتيجنبرجر ده أحسن فندق في مصر من موظف الرسيبشن أ/ كريم تمام الشاب الخلوق والذوق والمؤدب (إللي تعبته جدآ) والأكل الحلو بتاع كل يوم من الشيف بسام العالمي وباسم كل يوم بعملي أشكال حلوة علي السراير في غرفة ٦٠١٦ ومؤمن من موظفين الشاطئ بجد كل حاجة حلوة وكل الناس حلوة أ جرجس مكاري رسيبشن أ محمد سالم رسيبشن ومفيش تعليق واحد سلبي علي الفندق أو الموظفين وقريب جداً هكون هنا تاني عشان مش بقدر ابعد كتير عن شتيجنبرجر

Quite good all inclusive - plan, nice assortment of coctails and food. Only the ala cartes could be better. They serve same food than the buffet but you just get is served to the table. More variance. Also the reservation for the ala cartes is difficult and they are always fullybooked so we couldt even try them all. Waiters seems to serve more the house personnel who weirdly eat with the customers at same restaurant. It didnt feel nice when the cook sit whith his kitchen clothes next to us or the officers with theis suits when you are yourself at holiday mood and dressed accordingly. Usually there is own cantines for workers. Not the best beach, there isnt anything to see compared to some resorts with reefs with lot of fishes but they do have a free golc course (Par3) so it compensates, you cant have it all, can you. Big pool was freezing, even the sea is warmer so if you rely on that one and dont like to sea then you will be dissapointed. We liked the beac more as the pool gives the swimming hall wibes with the dreary tiles. I wish they would make pools more exitng and this is not for Steigenberger but generally. Nice touch that they filled the minibar daily with coke, beer and juices and it was included. They had some kind of evening program but unfortunately it was always in the front of buffet restaurant so you would need to dine there to enjoy it. Why there isnt anything at the beach? Beach parties, disco, dance shows etc. It would be nice!

احب ان اشكر فريق كابتن بار على كل مجهوداته معانا أثناء تواجدنا بالفندق في فترة من ٧ إلى ١٥ أكتوبر حيث ان كان لدينا مؤتمر طبي هناك.. فقد وجدنا منهم كل تعاون و ضمير وإخلاص وبالرغم من الأعداد الكبيره المتواجده من زوار البار الا ان كل زائر كان يشعر بأنه هو فقط من تقدم له الخدمه فكان الفريق منظم و نشيط واحب ان اشكر بشده جدا جدا جدا Ms. Donia Ibrahim.. فكانت نشيطه جدا دائما مبتسمه، وان عدنا مره اخرى فستكون هي إحدى أسباب عودتنا Mr. Magdy nabil هذا الرجل المخلص في عمله الذي كان دائما يوجه الفريق الكابتن بار ويساعده على إرضاء جميع النزلاء Mr. Osama saad اسامه الشاب الدئوب المخلص في عمله الذي ساعدنا جميعا بكل رحب وسعه Mr. Ahmed abdelqader احمد الشاب المبتسم الذي لم يتأخر لحظه عن إرضاء الجميع

This is literally five star resort. Pool and private beach was so nice, and quiet. Regardless of the quality, price is not so expensive. You should stay here, then definitely you will get awesome experience.

Ekologi perkhidmatan am adalah baik, tetapi meja depan pada umumnya mempunyai sikap yang buruk. Saya telah menemui beberapa perkara dan menemui meja depan yang berbeza. Sikapnya sangat lemah. Cuma wifi lobby je free, so lobby free nak surf internet sebab data kami beli sendiri. Tidak mengapa jika tiada wifi di dalam bilik, tetapi isyarat di dalam bilik sangat, sangat lemah. Saya menyelam ke laut dan terdapat grid penuh 4g di tengah laut. Di dalam bilik, mesej WeChat sering dihantar selama dua minit dan ia masih berada dalam kalangan. Jika anda ingin mengalami seseorang Dunia yang tenang, selamat datang untuk hidup. Bercakap tentang menyelam, pusat menyelam di Hilton adalah sebuah lubang. Kami mengumpul wang untuk 5 terjunan, tetapi hanya mengatur 4 terjunan. Pada akhirnya, menyelam mendapati pelbagai alasan untuk tidak membawa kami, dan apabila kami mula membayar, kami mesti Untuk menyemak semula, kami mahukan Euro pada masa itu. Tidak akan menempah hotel ini lagi, dan tidak akan mengesyorkannya kepada sesiapa sahaja, yang akan menjadi bodoh.
