The place is amazing nice room best entertainment nice pool very exciting Aquapark for free drinks are very good

The hotel is beautiful and just 10 minutes walking to the beach, which is also beautiful. Internet sometimes is not working.

意料之外的驚喜，實在是太讚了，超大的度假區，三餐全包，酒吧除了瓶裝酒暢飲。無敵的海景和度假區內部景觀，關鍵是真的放鬆下來，再也不用鬥智鬥勇防詐騙了：）

設備： 最最最基礎的房間充電頭座沒有，需要拔掉其他的插頭 你才能用自己的 沐浴：花灑根本用不了！！！！！只有下面一個小龍頭出水，這是讓我最生氣的！因為太晚才發現 也沒有去溝通換房 面積：挺大的 純粹是住宿不能當度假 不要抱太大期望

房間挺有特色，就是有些老舊，但是整體還是舒適，花園拍照很出片，白色的房子特別有感覺，餐食還算豐富，但是不太符合亞洲人的口味，吃飽沒問題哈哈哈，整體還不錯。

蠻好的推薦，三餐酒水飲料都有了，不用擔心被坑

外觀很美，內裏陳舊，不過服務不錯。

إنه فندق جميل حيث استقبال الاستاف ترحابي جدا وطول فتره الاقامه يتعاملون بلطف شديد الاكل متنوع جدا والشاطيء نظيف ومياه جميله مملوءه اسماك مختلفه والوان بديعه وفعلا من اجمل فنادق الغردقه و ايضا العروض الانيماشين تحفه و ممتعه صباحا و مساء بفرق ممتازه و مدربه و الغرفه مريحه جدا . انا بشكر كل الاستاف على الخدمه و المعامله الراقيه.

الفندق جميل جدا والخدمات ممتازه والاكل ممتاز في جميع الوجبات عندهم مطاعم فخمة و وخاصة المطعم الصيني مناظر جميله وخدمات الموظفين مميزين اتمني ان ارجع اقضي كل ايام الاجازه في جاز سرايا مكادي استرخاء كامل

Special thanks are going to: Fam, Ayman, Gergis and Yahiah All the staffs where insanely nice, I never made an experience like that I really appreciate everyone of them! The hotel was clean and the food was nice Looking forward for next year to visit you guys for my 3rd time

Arrived to a warm welcome and headed to the late arrivals breakfast with hot food and puddings - saraya food court has lovely snack options including; crepes , waffles , pizza , icecream with flavours such as ( strawberry, mango , vanilla , chocolate ) the beach itself is very tight packed with loungers but the ocean is very warm with many beautiful fish - there is meant to be a pool party every wednesday we stayed for 2 weeks and my children where very excited only to find it was on neither weeks , a lot of the ‘ planned events ‘ did not take place leaving the whole family quite disappointed but overall a lovely experience with great staff.

We had an extraordinary vacation, my husband and I were amazed by the hospitality, kindness and willingness to help in any problem we had, we would like to thank Mr. Mina Sary who helped us and was very kind to us, a real professional and a man with a special character, thank you once again Mr. MINA SARY. Now let me say something about the resort... hm... words are poor... the resort is totally a paradise... spacious rooms, apartments... sparkling with cleanliness, cleaning is done every day... but what charmed me was the RESORT GARDEN... it's amazing how in such an arid area you can grow and have such a garden, congratulations to the staff who maintain it from morning to night and congratulations to the managers who take care of it... last but not least, I want to tell you about the beach... the beach with clear and warm water... the beach with fine sand where if you want to step on a shell or a stone you have no choice because it is very well maintained, there are guys who rake and sift the sand so we don't get hurt by stones or other objects... the reef is a dream... fish of all colors, exotic fish... I recommend you go... I had the most beautiful vacation of my life. I will love to come back next year
