It’s a really good place, food was good, has a lot of options and every day changes the options. Has really good atmosphere is really family friendly. It’s a little far from the airport. But it’s a really big hotel with a lot activities and options. I really recommend to get a massage

Everything was good the service was excellent and all the staff are friendly

Overall it was terrible. We stayed for three nights. On the first night we found blood stains on one bed and a lot of black dirt on another bed. We called the reception three times and waited for several hours but no one came to change the bedding. Finally we were too sleepy and called the reception to say no need to come and change it tomorrow. At nearly 1:00 am, the service staff knocked on the door and woke me up to change the bedding. Is this kind of hygiene standard for this hotel? Is this kind of slow service standard for this hotel? Is knocking on the door in the early morning to wake up the guests the service standard for this hotel? The food was average, almost unpalatable. I don't know if they deliberately made the food unpalatable to prevent guests from eating too much. On the last day when we checked out, they said that they didn't copy our passports when we checked in. They were lying because they had asked us to copy our passports when we checked in. They must have lost the copies, but they lied that they didn't copy them. My friend took the bag where my passports were at the gate. It took more than ten minutes to go back and forth from the reception to the gate. We had a flight in the morning, so I said I didn't have time to get it, and the reception accepted it. Then they called the security guard at the gate to intercept us and chased us out to ask for our passports. I don't understand. In short, this hotel has poor service, bad food and the staff lie. 总体比较糟糕。一共住了三晚，第一晚我们发现一个床上有血渍，一个床上有很多黑色的脏东西。打了前台三次电话，等了好几个小时都没有来换床上用品，最后我们实在太困了，给前台打电话说不用来了，明天再换吧。接近凌晨一点时，服务人员敲门把我吵醒了要换床上用品。这样的卫生状况是这家酒店的标准吗？这样慢的服务是这家酒店的标准吗？凌晨敲门把客人吵醒是这家酒店的服务标准吗？ 食物很一般，快接近难吃的程度了。不知道是不是故意把食物做的难吃防止客人吃很多。 最后一天我们退房时，说入住时没有复印我们的护照。他们在说谎，因为入住时已经问我们要护照复印了，应该是他们弄丢了复印件，但是他们就满嘴谎言说没有复印。我放护照的包朋友拿着了在大门那边，从前台往返大门要十多分钟，早上我们赶飞机，我就说没有时间去拿，前台就接受了。然后他们又给大门的保安打电话拦截我们，追出来要护照。我不能理解。 总之，这家酒店服务差，食物难吃，工作人员会说谎。

Long beach resort was an average experience. Food was okay and not amazing. Very family oriented and very german/eastern european vibe. The biggest complaint was regarding the room. We booked a standard room and were given a family kids room. We had to complain twice to get a new room, and even then it wasn’t the standard room we ordered. Staff wasn’t exceptional overall.

Fabulous i have such an amazing time the buffet is so good. The room really clean the night they have little party super i recommend i will come back for sure

First of all, the room furnishings are very old, there is no internet except the reception and lounge area of the hotel, it is impossible to find a place to sit in these places, the safe Box does not work, there is only water in the minibar, the rooms are far away and you have to walk outside to get to the main building and the dining hall, even though we have a baby stroller. We had a hard time, it is impossible to find a place to sit in places where there are very limited places to spend time after the meal, the food is bad, drinks are limited, after 19.00 it is forbidden to sit in the lobby bar with people who have money and children, it is ridiculous, the hotel seems to only serve Russians and they are rude and disrespectful. already. It's ridiculous that those who stay at least 4 nights can use it to make reservations at à la carte restaurants. If you are 1 minute late than the check-out time, you cannot open the room door. Beach towels smell very bad. It is impossible to find a place on the sun loungers by the pool. Room cleaning is inadequate. Stomach upset occurs due to food. Food options are very few. I do not recommend it in any way.

Hotel location is not perfect, customer friendly behavior only in restaurants, apartments are faraway from main buildings, reception does not tell about services, free wifi is not work in apartment.

simply awesome. hotel, facilities, service, staff. You should choose without thinking. There is a reef on the hotel's beach, you can see incredible fish.

Good stay, great food and drinks

The hotel is large and requires a shuttle bus. The room facilities are a bit old. The hotel's own dive shop has limited operating hours for deep-sea diving services. Otherwise, it's quite good. There are many food options, mainly white food, but the taste is rather bland. There are very few Chinese tourists.

The hotel is pretty good overall, and the beach with its own reef is fantastic! The food is a solid 4.

The hotel was good in my opinion, very large territory, we came to the beach on the first day, and thought how inconvenient it was to swim, very shallow and kitesurfers everywhere, then we went on excursions, diving, etc., swam in other places, and on the last day we discovered that on the right side of the hotel beach there is a pier, and it was wonderful to swim from the pier, there is a reef and it is very beautiful, we saw a stingray and lots of fish, the food in the hotel is plentiful, everything was delicious, but one day I got food poisoning from something (I ate only at the hotel), and the next day I couldn’t eat anything, also in Egypt there was constant bloating, maybe from the local specifics of the dishes ... but I’m not sure

It's okay, I can recommend it to families, but it's rather boring for couples.
