這是我住過最差的五星級酒店。房間裏有蟑螂一樣的蟲子，類似於電影裏木乃伊裏拍出來的那種蟲子，還是很可怕的。跟前台説後。前台經理居然跟我説這是正常的，換個房間也不能保證沒有，因為這是在沙漠。很無語。我住在裏面直接來噴殺蟲劑。最主要的是服務態度很差。

ممتاز بكل ما تعنيه الكلمه نشكر كل العاملين والموظفين على المعامله الحسنه والطيبه فقد كان كل اهتمامهم هو تلبية راحتنا استجابو لكل طلب بشكل جدي واحترافي الاحترام والكلمه الطيبه لا تفارق افواه الموظفين انصح بزيارة هذا الفندق عندما تخططون للاستجمام في منطقة شرم الشيخ

فندق سيء سيء سيء جدااا والله والاستف بيعاملو الأجانب بطريقه مختلفه انما احنا المصريين معامله تقرف احنا عمرنا ما نفكر نروح والله مفيش امان ابدا واتسرقنا وهم عارفين اللي سرقو بس مقدروش يتكلمو ولا يجيبو حقنا حسبي والله ونعم الوكيل وحاجه في منتهي القرف والله اللي يروح هناك يبقي قاعد قلقان مش متطمن

افضل اجازة واحتفال بعيد جوازنا الثاني - الغرفه كانت اكثر من رائعه وقمه في النظافه وتري البحر في منظر اكثر من رائع باتقدم بكل الشكر لقسم الهاوس كيبينج علي اهتمامهم بنظافه الغرفه بصورة يوميا المطعم كان جميل جدا والاكل كان جميل ومتنوع خصوصا منيو يوم الجمعه الاورينتال والموظفين كانو في تعاون ودايما مبتسمين الريسبشن كان دايما مستجيب لطلباتنا وسريع في check in and out

فندق كليوباترا مكادي من اجمل الفنادق في الغردقة والاجازه كانت ممتعة جدا وفريق الانميشن فريق ممتاز جدا وعروض رائعة كل يوم والأكل لذيذ جدا وحمامات السباحة نظيفة و جميلة والغرف دائمًا نظيفة جدا وأحب أشكر الاستاذ رامي مدير الانميشن.

كانت اجازه جميله جدا والأكل كويس وكل ال اكتفدي كانت ممتعه والبول كان نظيف وفريق الانمشان كان ممتاز جدا والعروض كل يوم متنوعه وممتازه وبحب اشكر مستر رامي ‘والرووم نظيفه وكل بوم تنظيف والعاملين في الفندق كويسين ومحترمين وشكرا لكل شخص في الفندق وشكرا جزيلا

الفندق حلوة جدا والمعاملة حلوة اووووي بجد كل حاجة فيه كويسة اتبسط اوووي وكل مرة هجي الفندق حرفيا التعامل ف كل حاجة ممتعة اوووي ن شاء الله هجي ع طول نا والاسرة بتاعتي وفريق الانميشن بجد تحفه ودمهم خفيف و خصوصا مستر رامي وكلنا حبناهم اوي و هما بجد من الفنادق الحلوة والجميله

كانت اجازة تحفه والاكل كان حاجة حلوة اوى بجد و فريق الانميشن كان ممتاز وبذات مستر رامي و عروضهم ممتازة ومتنوعه وكل يوم عرض مختلف عن التانى غير خفة دمهم وحركتهم وكمان غير التعامل معانا فى حلو اوى واسلوبهم محترم جدا انا بجد بحب المكان داه اوى و بجد مش هبطل اجى هنا .

It’s my third time in Egipt, but this hotel made by far a great experience. Staff was great , nice and helpful, with or without tips. Nice rooms and good wifi all over the place , including the beach . Food tasty and pretty good variety. The diving center , Extradivers … extraordinary. Great instructors for getting the diving certificate (Jordan👌🏼👌🏼) and also, awesome boat trips . At the beach, a great place for snorkeling with a lot of fish . Totally recommend

A very welcoming massive resort with lots to offer. It's in a very secure compound. The resort staff are very helpful from taking luggages from/to transfer coaches, taking it to room in an electric buggy. Reception staff are helpful - especially Mohammed, who helped with Uber taxi for local travel. The Uber driver rates are agreed in a chat - Mohammed helped me in deciding what's a normal rate. We also get packed breakfast during long trips. There is a separate restaurant for late dinners from 10:30pm - this was really helpful for late arrivals. The main soko buffet restaurant has wide variety of meal and dessert options. Each night has a themed dinner. Soko staff Sherif and the playful Mohammed Osama, looked after us very well. Our rooms are cleaned and beds made everyday by the hardworking staff. We even had a swan towel design laid out one day. We enjoyed archery - we are newbies and the staff taught us well. My son had a free 20 minutes tennis coaching - who was excellent. We enjoyed the heated outdoor pool. There are 8 pools! and different relaxing lounges in some. The bartenders come and get you free drinks. We enjoyed cocktails and coffee. None of the staff asked for any tips or money. If you say no to spa or other tours they don't bother you. Evening entertainment, darts, beach tennis, gym, snorkeling through water sports team by beach, shops within resort(overpriced but need to bargain hard) are other facilities we used. Beach also had well laid out beach beds and shelters. The only thing we found lacking was the lack of WiFi in the rooms. There was WiFi in the reception or by the beach/ beach bar only. Also the rooms could do with a socket near the dressing table for the Mrs. There is also an ATM near reception to withdraw Egyptian pound. The limit varies depending on the machine ~ 10000 LE per withdrawal Tip: We purchased eSim to access internet in the room/elsewhere.

We was in this hotel with friends. This hotel is really for the 5 starts from 5. The area is big, beach is amazing, rooms are clean with pretty nice views. We want mention animation team. All of them make a great job, thanks for stretching and yoga courses Veronica. We will come back here again

Great food. The resort is very spacious with very good facilities. I loved the jacuzzi experience and the pools as well. They have an activity pool that the kids enjoyed. The beach is wide and there were always places to sit. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The hotel not bad very quiet and food good my problem is with the staff they are very rude if u are Egyptian they are only nice with foreigners I m 8 months pregnant and every time I ask for help I have to wait for a while although if there is a foreign guest they show l up immediately this is my first stay here and gonna be the last I ve been going to rixos for 6 years in a row and never had a single complaint they don't smile at all and giving negative energy
