The hotel is very abandoned, but the people who work there are friendly, sadly to say that I don't recommend the hotel

Great location with its own private beach and restaurant plus beach towels. It's own swimming pool. Very extensive menu dinner and breakfast with fresh food, helpful staff. WiFi an issue in the room. Was obviously a grand old lady in her time, in the throes of being spruced up

如果有0分，我會毫不猶豫選0分。這酒店真的是非常非常差，圖片與實際完全是不一樣的。存在問題：1.歧視中國人，當天我到達酒店，進行入住登記，我跟前台服務員説，我要2張床的房間。服務員説ok你的這間就是2張床的，多一間都沒有。然後就特定了全酒店最差的一間房間。後面我説要換房，或者加錢升級，他們説，全部住滿了，一間房都沒有。那就算了，我也打算將就一下就過去了，然後到了晚上11點多，我實在受不了，廁所是臭的，花灑是壞了，地板是壞的，牆體是發毛的，空調是超級吵的也都算了，關鍵是床都是壞的，我直接跟平台投訴，平台的客服幫我去溝通好了，可以換房或換酒店，我以為換房就沒戲了，前台跟我説住滿了，誰不知，前台知道我投訴，竟然拿了一堆房間幫我換。換了3間，都是差不多，相對是比我那間好一點點。後來我就接受了第三間，後來也後悔了，壓根沒法睡。不説了，心臟受不了……2.酒店定位是跟實際差了500米左右，打車司機都會搞錯。3.延遲退房收20刀，（後來平台客服幫忙砍價砍了一半）收費不合理，完全可以不給就跑，但是想着別丟中國人的臉，給他！給完了，那前台服務員叫我寫一份對他們酒店非常滿意的留言，並要承諾不能給差評，不能投訴。我勒個去，具體我有沒有寫，你們欣賞下面的圖片吧。視頻上傳了，讓你們聽一下拖拉機式的空調，視頻1、2都是跟換房間過程中拍的，視頻3是更換了所謂最好的房間後吵得一直沒睡，到早上7點拍的。 最後三張圖是酒店收了我10刀了，要求我必須要簽一份對酒店非常滿意的評語，我勒個去，我當場發飆了，然後酒店服務員就説，不簽不能走。赤裸裸的威脅！我堅決説No，身為華夏子女，該有的血性還是要有的，同時我電話還跟攜程平台的客服在通電話中的，客服説她來溝通，後面溝通後結果就是客服叫我簽了，説溝通不了，叫我還是簽了吧，這樣的客服，應該喂狗吧，她説的原因是怕我有危險，為了保證我在外國的人身安全，還是算了吧，保證安全簽了吧。哇靠，算吧，我就説不會簽英文，衹會中文，就簽下了下面圖片那句話，反正這些埃及狗也看不懂。非常不好的體驗，説實在話，攜程客服也沒怎麼幫得上忙，説什麼房費打了8折現金返了49元，都是浮雲，單單我國際漫遊的電話費就花了幾十大元人民幣了。後來攜程也打電話來問我要怎樣解決這個事情，我説必須要你們平台馬上下架這酒店，免得再繼續坑害我們同胞，結果就是，攜程滿足不了我説的這個請求。大家如果要在攜程上訂房間，就真的要考慮清楚，畢竟平台還多着呢。

夕食込の料金で予約したのに、特別ディナーだからと言われて別途2000ポンドも請求されました。 おかしいとフロントで文句を言ったら最後は930ポンドまで下がったのですが、「支払わないと夕食はない」というので仕方なく支払うことに。 レストランではとてもひもじいビュッフェで食えるものがほとんどありませんでした。 まわりの客に聞いたら誰も追加料金を払っている人はいまさんでした。 きっとぼられたのでしょう。 部屋は古くて汚く、トイレから汚水があふれてきました。 アメニティはなにもなし。 外は交通量が多く終夜クラクションが鳴らされていて全く休まりません。 エジプトとはいえ、ここまで酷いホテルはめったにないと思います。

Mooie locatie en prijs; zeer gedateerd hotel maar wel schoon. Water en elektra valt regelmatig uit. Fijne bediening en zeer behulpzaam. All-inclusive goed geregeld doch enigszins eenzijdig.

The worst hotel I've checked in hurghada Rooms & room service: bad Pool: terrible Restaurants: There is only one crowded restaurant with no food variety. Beach: The hotel has no private beach; however, you can have free tickets to go to a nearby beach. The beach is fine.

Dreadful time,air conditioning faulty,temp in 40s,water off for 8 nights out off 14,when water was working no hot water,they knew there was a faulty pump but never fixedComplained 20 times and nothing was done.Holiday destroyed. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS 😟😟😟😟😟😟😟😟😟😟😟

Nice stay, very good hotel, good service, the place is close to everything, and the hotel has a beautiful beach. You can do snorkeling on the beach and eat, and the cleanliness of the hotel is beautiful The hotel staff is respectful And special thanks to the entertainment team for everything Nemo, Youssef and Nastaya gave us

Nice and clean hotel near to the beach with all facilities. Food and drinks were fresh and excellent. Hotel Stuff was gentle and really helpful. Totally recommend this place for holidays with a group of friends. In my oppinion price is adequate.

I had a great time with my friends at the Roma Hotel! Our holiday in February lasted a week and it was a really enjoyable time. Hotel is located close to the beach, very nice and helpful people working there. They offer a large selection of fresh and tasty food, the rooms are cleaned regularly. Roma Hotel it's not so expensive - in my opinion they offer great quality for the price. Greetings to the group of animators who made us have a great time, it was a pleasure to meet you! We will definitely come back again! :)
