The Hotel is amazing. It is my 2nd time there and won't be the last. The only thingI hope they would improve is the food diversity.

The place is good, the room a little bit older, but it was comfort, is nice place, food was amazing, the swimming pool is good, gym is nice.

I was really looking forward to a relaxing all-inclusive stay in Hurghada, but this hotel was a huge disappointment! The front desk was incredibly inefficient. I booked a standard sea-view room, but when I opened the door, it was a corner room with the beach diagonally opposite – truly disappointing and frustrating. By the end of my trip, I was too exhausted to argue with the hotel, so I just gave up. In the restaurant, the servers clearly showed preferential treatment, being much more enthusiastic towards white guests. The hotel food was also pretty mediocre. If you're planning a trip to Hurghada, I'd strongly advise against booking this place; you'd be better off at the neighboring Arabella.

This is my fourth time staying at this hotel, and I absolutely love coming back here every time. The sea is beautiful, the cocktails are amazing, and the atmosphere is always wonderful. I have had many lovely meetings and unforgettable moments at this hotel, and I have met so many wonderful people here. This place has become very special to me, and I know I will definitely come back again. A special and very big thank you to Ahmed and Badri! They deserve the best praise. They are both incredibly friendly, attentive, professional, and always make you feel welcome. Their service and positive attitude really make a difference and make the time at the bar even more enjoyable. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It's well-located, and the reef and sea are stunning. Our room was comfortable with a view of the bay. The staff are friendly, responsive, and quickly resolve any issues. The food selection is varied with plenty of options.

Good day! Pros: Beautiful location around the lagoon. The room was clean, and the bedding was high quality. Cons: The reception staff weren't particularly welcoming and weren't quick or willing to help. The biggest disappointment was the food. In all my years of travel, this was the absolute worst food experience. And we're not even picky eaters! It was constantly some small, overfried fish, sometimes just heads in the pot. We'd open the lid of the seafood rice, and there'd be no trace of seafood, just rice. I took a cabbage salad, and it was pure vinegar. Fish fillet was rare and oversalted. The cheese was tasteless, clearly the cheapest kind. When we complained about the quality, some woman near the food told us that, apparently, 'this is good enough for Russians.' The only good thing was the tasty pizza outside, and there was always a queue there, even though it was an all-inclusive system. Clearly, we weren't the only ones who disliked the food. When we had already checked out and were leaving the hotel, an employee rushed up to us and quite aggressively started asking for our room number. We only stayed at this hotel for three days and wouldn't recommend it to anyone if you want to eat well.

I liked it, and it would be even better if the restaurant improved.

Our vacation was great, with a beautiful reef, lots of fish, and plenty to do. The service was good. The rooms are nice, but only the new ones. The older part of the hotel made a worse impression. Unfortunately, the hotel didn't inform us about the extensive renovations, so the drills and other noises significantly disturbed our relaxation. The service was super, the staff deserve a medal!

The hotel is nice and suitable for families with children. It has its own lagoon and coral reef, where you can find almost every kind of fish, which is a plus. The food selection is wide, but mostly monotonous. The grilled beef is especially delicious; you won't go hungry. The sea-view rooms are wonderful, though they need some attention.

It was an unforgettable experience. The accommodation wasn't exactly as pictured, but the location is excellent, with easy access to transportation and tourist attractions. The food and restaurant were impeccable, 5 stars, and the staff were 100 stars – I have nothing but praise. I recommend it and would definitely stay again!
