We received a warm welcome at the hotel and this continued for the whole two weeks that we were there, all of the staff work so hard and nothing is too much trouble for them. We did not have a refurbished room but it was kept spotlessly clean every day (thank you Hassam) with a nice view of the beach. We requested a room near the main facilities because my husband cannot walk very well and this room (235) was ideal for reaching the restaurants, beach and pool. Each time we entered the buffet we would be greeted by Nada who was always cheerful.The food in the buffet was ok we managed to find something at each meal for us which is rare as we have one plain only food eater and a vegetarian in our family. It would have been helpful if there was a label indicating the suitable for vegetarians options though. When my husband was struggling to carry his plate and walk to our table one of the waiters would rush to help him even Yasser the manager helped him on many occasions and was very friendly and kind which we were grateful for as he was very busy every day checking that everything was perfect in all of the restaurants and bars. Thank you to Gerges too and shkran lak to Mostafa Salah for the Arabic lessons. We visited the Elia restaurant a couple of times the meals were very nice so thank you David for making our visits there so enjoyable. I couldn’t sleep very well because for some strange reason people in the rooms around us insisted on slamming their doors shut at all hours so I used to go to the beach early each day before breakfast,Taha and Muhammad would put up a couple of wind breaks around a pair of sun beds for me and I was able to lye in peace in the shade listening to the waves instead of the bang, bang, bang of the doors. There was never any trouble getting a sun bed at the beach throughout the day but it was January so I’m not sure what it would be like in summer. Similarly around the pool there were usually beds free throughout the day, the pool itself was nice and warm and we enjoyed sitting at one of the tables enjoying the view and having a drink at the pool bar. Unfortunately I managed to get a heat rash even though the temperature was only in the 70s I was chatting to Gomaa who works to keep the grounds looking so lovely and he advised me that the pharmacist across the road from the hotel would be able to help me and thankfully they did. We had three massages each at the spa during our stay the price was very reasonable, we also used the sauna and hot tub which was free. We used the gym which was well equipped and the staff helpful. We also enjoyed playing pool each day on one of the three pool tables at the hotel. A couple of days before we left we used the laundry offer Amear did a fantastic job our clothes were washed, ironed and folded so beautifully that we just put them straight into our cases. It was our first time at the Sunrise but now we know why so many people return here we had a wonderful time despite the door

بصراحة استمتعت بمدة الإقامة بالفندق من اول يوم ومن اول دخولي وتعامل موطفين الاستقبال recpion team واستقبالهم المميز حتي التسكين في الغرف المميزة اللي بتحتوي علي كل كل ما يحتاجه النزلاء وكمان خدمة الغرف المميزة... ناهيك عن الإطلالة المميزة علي حمامات السباحة والبحر ... كمان خدمة المطعم مميزة البوفيه المفتوح المتنوع والمتعددة الأصناف سواء في الإفطار أو العشاء والخدمة المتميز لجميع العاملين اللي بتقدم لهم شكري... ناهيك عن فريق الترفيه الرائع intertiment team اللي ليقدم برامج ترفيهية متميزة من الصباح حتي حفلات المساء المتنوعة بين الغربي والرقص الشرقي والتنورة والالعاب الترفيهية والاكروبات ... الخ بتقدم لهم شكري وتقديري علي الروح والألفةوروح المرح اللي بيعملوا مع النزلاء لمختلف جنسياتهم ولغاتهمم..

الفندق فريب من وسط الجونه حيث العديد من المطاعم والمقاهي والمحلات التجارية. الموظفين في الفندق بدءاً من الاستقبال وصولاً إلى خدمة الغرف ومن هم يتولون رعاية الضيوف في مطعم الإفطار الذي كان أكثر من رائع، وأولئك الموظفين في البار القريب من المسبح، جميعهم على قدر كبير من المهنية في أعمالهم ويسعون لجعل الإقامة هادئة ومريحة.

good location beach front with friendly helpful staff, very good quality furniture and comfy bed, (carrefour) hurghada city center mall just a steps, good breakfast but never change, strong wifi in all area, shower box sloops need to fixed because water going to door side not todrainage, I would like to thanks all the staff specially the manager who selects each staff for a right position, finally I really enjoyed my stay

الفندق حلو جدا وهادي وفريق الانيمشن كويس و فريندلي اوي والشو اللي بيتعمل كل يوم بليل كويس اوي وفريق العمل بتاع الاوتيل كويس والاوضه نضيفه جدا والديكور بتاعها حلو حمام السباحه الصبح الجو عليه بيكون كويس جدا التجربه تتكرر تاني ان شاءالله❤️❤️

Ekologi perkhidmatan am adalah baik, tetapi meja depan pada umumnya mempunyai sikap yang buruk. Saya telah menemui beberapa perkara dan menemui meja depan yang berbeza. Sikapnya sangat lemah. Cuma wifi lobby je free, so lobby free nak surf internet sebab data kami beli sendiri. Tidak mengapa jika tiada wifi di dalam bilik, tetapi isyarat di dalam bilik sangat, sangat lemah. Saya menyelam ke laut dan terdapat grid penuh 4g di tengah laut. Di dalam bilik, mesej WeChat sering dihantar selama dua minit dan ia masih berada dalam kalangan. Jika anda ingin mengalami seseorang Dunia yang tenang, selamat datang untuk hidup. Bercakap tentang menyelam, pusat menyelam di Hilton adalah sebuah lubang. Kami mengumpul wang untuk 5 terjunan, tetapi hanya mengatur 4 terjunan. Pada akhirnya, menyelam mendapati pelbagai alasan untuk tidak membawa kami, dan apabila kami mula membayar, kami mesti Untuk menyemak semula, kami mahukan Euro pada masa itu. Kami mahu membayar dalam dolar AS. Orang yang mengumpul wang itu berpura-pura membantu kami menyemak kadar pertukaran dan lebih memetik harga kepada kami. Kualiti air tidak sebaik pantai persendirian hotel di pusat bandar. Secebis makanan okey. Tetapi bir itu dicampur dengan air. Tidak akan menempah hotel ini lagi, dan tidak akan mengesyorkannya kepada sesiapa sahaja, yang akan menjadi bodoh.

The hotel is lovely, a little dated but has a beautiful pool area and majority of staff are polite. Cons: 1. Room cleaners hassling for tips and shouting down hallway after you which made us not want to go back to the room until we knew it was done and cleaner had left. 2. Contrary to other reviews you are NOT allowed to eat in the sister hotel (Arabia) or drink at their beach bars unless you tip the bar staff. They said they would serve us but made it clear without actually saying the words that they expected a tip in return for breaching their rules. 3. Bel Air has tiny 'beach' area which is actually just a patch of hard ground covered in a dusting of sand with a wall around the sea entered only down swimming pool style metal steps. Arabia has beautiful cove beach and multiple beach bars. 4. Hassled all day long by (some) rude hotel staff trying to sell anything and everything. We thought within the hotel complex we would be free from this but all day they wake you/disturb you selling massage, portraits, day trips, restaurant meals, the list was endless. 5. Wi-fi...forget it, none existent. 6. Food, average at best, served cold on more than one occassion and we are definitely not fussy eaters. Very dissatisfied as the reviews we saw said the food was amazing?? 7. Hotel 90% German (towels on beds at 6am) and hotel aimed at them. All staff spoke fluent German and pretty uninterested when we said we were from the UK and struggled with English. Pros: 1. Great air con. 2. Lovely shower and very spacious room with huge balcony which was lovely. 3. Helpful reception staff helped me suprise my wife with birthday flowers etc so that was great. 4. Beautiful pool area, spacious and very clean. Overall we had a satisfactory stay, the weather was perfect and no upset tummies so can't complain. Would we return, no, just not made to feel welcome as Brits and the persistent sales pitches and hassling for tips was just too much for us. We do of course wish the hotel the very best and thank them for our stay.

The breakfast is a bit disappointed, very standard and not I expected for Marriott establishment. The private beach is nice and is definitely a plus.
