It is with a heavy heart that I have to say we were forced to cancel our stay here due to a medical emergency, however staff were very helpful, and though they can't do free cancellation, they were able to offer a partial refund. Thank you for all your help. We will hopefully come in the future.

Strongly recommend this homestay if you plan to visit Nanxun water town. The homestay owner and her team are very friendly and helpful. There's a free shuttle boat service to fetch you to the homestay door. Please remember to add their contact on WeChat to communicate earlier and align on the arrival timing so that they can arrange the shuttle boat for you. Definitely will return again during our next visit.

The warm and welcoming ambiance of the hotel created a home away from home, where guests felt embraceed by a sense of comfort and hospitality. Very convenient access to major attractions, just 1min walking distance to 南浔古镇. Quite place and comfortable bed, can have a very nice sleep.

離南潯古鎮非常近，設施硬件很新，可能因為是新區，價格不貴。早餐還不錯，該有的都有。並且早餐廳服務員和打掃阿姨態度都很好。入住當晚雖然中間出現了一點點小插曲，但前台服務經理很迅速解決，並主動寄了紅酒補償。整個酒店服務體驗感很好👍

Had a great stay at the Narada. Was nice to get out of Shanghai for a weekend. The staff was great. Especially Love who was so helpful. She got us settled, offered advice/tips and made sure we were taken care of. Having the springs in the hotel was a perk. A nice way to relax after a long day. The rooms were comfortable and dinner at the hotel was pretty good. About a 40 min taxi ride from Nanxun Ancient Town. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing no frills weekend away.

The service rendered by Ms. 郑 was perfect. She is very friendly and attentive. As this was my second stay, Ms. 郑 upgraded us to a higher-grade room.

Excellent hotel, the room was old style luxurious (this is in the positive sense) It's next to a family shopping mall with plenty of options for eating. In the city center. Staff was very friendly despite the lack of English language knowledge. The breakfast is great.

It was maintained to a high standard, ensuring a pleasant and hygienic environment, which is especially important when traveling with family. The staff at the hotel were outstanding in their service. They were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs or inquiries we had. Their attentiveness made our stay more comfortable and stress-free. Another highlight was the hotel's buffet. The spread was fantastic, featuring a wide array of delicious options that catered to all tastes. The quality of the food and the variety available were impressive.
