Had a great stay at the Narada. Was nice to get out of Shanghai for a weekend. The staff was great. Especially Love who was so helpful. She got us settled, offered advice/tips and made sure we were taken care of. Having the springs in the hotel was a perk. A nice way to relax after a long day. The rooms were comfortable and dinner at the hotel was pretty good. About a 40 min taxi ride from Nanxun Ancient Town. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing no frills weekend away.

It is with a heavy heart that I have to say we were forced to cancel our stay here due to a medical emergency, however staff were very helpful, and though they can't do free cancellation, they were able to offer a partial refund. Thank you for all your help. We will hopefully come in the future.

給個建議：既然以私湯為特色，不如把私湯做出點花樣，比如像領取免費飲料一樣，可以領取湯池花瓣、氛圍香薰、蠟燭之類的，把湯池的氛圍感做得更好。

The hotel owner is very friendly and helpful.
She helped me with getting a cheaper taxi to shanghai and even given me free local tea (3 cups of tea) during my stay there and also their local snack when I check out.
The room condition is very good and clean. If im gonna pick on something, it will be the fact that there's a constant tinge of smoke smell in the room which im not very fond of since i got sensitive nose. Perhaps some other guest was smoking and it affects the ventilation.

唯一的缺點就是陽台門漏風太嚴重，好像門關不嚴，晚上還是很冷的，希望可以弄一下。我用了很多東西堵住還是有冷風進來。空調開了最大風取暖，但是太幹了。🤣狗子在地上窩裡睡都凍的得瑟

沉香酒店坐落在梅恆裕絲廠舊址上，就在古鎮旁的小巷裡，出門百步就到老街。梅恆裕絲廠是潯商八牛之一的梅家的產業。沉香酒店的位置屬於鬧中取靜，很清幽。酒店整體感覺很大氣。出酒店大門，向右拐是古街，向左拐是停車場，停車打車都很方便。
入住的房間挺大的，有50平米，設施齊全，還有個小院，院裏還有個私湯，挺不錯的。六月中旬入住，在攜程上訂房間，700多塊錢，總體來講，性價比還可以。早餐挺好。

PPengguna TetamuTravelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed!
We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving.
One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home.
Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

BBP Panwe stay only one night but very inpressed with the hospitality of the staff and manager who greeted and attended to us during our stay very friendly and helpful. the dinner is exceptional very delicious. highly recommended this small hotel homely feel very quiet at night peaceful clean environment. we evn got nice EV Car ride at reasonable price from Shanghai and back to Shanghai very friendly driver very interesting guy. the roads along the way is amazing beautiful countryside clean and green.

PPBPWe chose the homestay for it's secluded location and loved every bit of it! The rooms were fantastic. The staff were very warm and welcoming, and made sure everything was perfect. The bbq experience with the outdoor karaoke setup was great! Sang our hearts out! The view of the bamboo forest from the room coupled with an outdoor balcony made the evenings that much more special to enjoy with our group. The breakfast meals were an absolute delight and the staff made sure to cater exactly as we requested. Transport (via alipay car hail) was a bit of an issue because of the scarcity of taxis in the area, but the auntie at the hotel was kind enough to arrange a taxi through one of her friends. The hotel outdoor area is very spacious and had multiple activities to follow including water gun fights and trampolines. We really did let the kid inside of us run wild this weekend. The fishing experience was fun and educating although we couldn't catch any ourselves. All in all, such a great weekend and will definitely recommend to anyone including foreigners. 5/5 Totally satisfied.

CChenshengJohnson主要是要帶寵物出遊，這家民宿寵物友好，距離想去的景點也比較近就預訂了。服務態度很好，提的要求都儘量滿足而且響應速度很快。民宿裏環境佈置也很用心，估計喜歡拍照的會比較出片。但是居住舒適度有些細節設計不太好，1）沒有咖啡機早餐也沒有咖啡，需要額外購買。2）我的這個房型是沒有冰箱沒有minibar的，要冰塊冷飲需要去前台。3）一樓的落地窗是面對公開區域的，並且洗手間、浴室是全透明的，雖然有浴簾但是私密性有點差，需要一直拉着窗簾。因為帶寵物，特地想着一樓方便，早知道就訂二樓了。4）晚餐應該有部分是預製菜或者料包，反而是免費的土灶阿姨做的小點心比較好吃。5）投影儀連接手機不順暢，播放卡頓，可以認為是沒法用😂。 總體來説就是典型江浙滬網紅民宿，整體都還可以，性價比不高。

SSarah_baobei絕對的寶藏民宿，主人特別有情懷。完美還原了老屋本來的味道，崖邊而建，就地取材，heritage hotel的精神。進口的石子路和銀杏樹在秋天這個季節實在是如油畫般浪漫。游泳池的水吧處設計和配色也很有別致，最喜歡古樹的編織竹簍燈，絢爛但不亮眼，完全不影響夜晚觀星。房間的每一處角落都有科普水上運動諸如皮划艇，這裏本來也是騎行者的天堂。對於喜歡獵奇的住客，這裡是不二選擇。唯一指出的是拖鞋在清水漆的地板上有些打滑，然後早餐可以再豐富些。

CCuc DanielAlthough we booked in the last moment when most of the hotels were sold out, this hotel exceeded our expectation! The hotel is located in the downtown Anji with many shops and restaurants around, though on a quiet place and very easy accesible by car. It is such a good base for trips out of the city. Our family room was spacious, very nicely equipped with two bedrooms. It was very clean and all appliances worked perfectly. The bed was very comfortable. We fellt there like at home Breakfast was fair, not very extensive but enough good choice for everyone. Swimming pool is located on the roof in 6th floor, that's attractive to see the whole city. It's good for swimming and it is not crowded. You just need to follow the openning ours which are not throughout the whole day, that's a bit annoying. I would welcome openning the whole day with completely free access. The hotel staff was just briliant. They had very nice comminication, servis absolutely top and they very helpful to give any advice or help to organise trips to interesting places. I'm planning to come again to Anji because there are a lot of interessting natural places and I'm planning to stay in this hotel again.

CChomiczOverpriced family hotel with outstanding views but room for improvement.
I reserved the room a week before arrival, which meant the room rate was almost 2000 RMB a night. At this price, I was expecting excellence and arrived to mediocrity.
I travelled with a Chinese friend and when we arrived, although the room was booked in my name, they chose to speak to my companion. When I tried to speak, the staff smiled condescendingly and then continued to talk to my friend. I was surprised to receive xenophobic behaviour in modern China, especially since I can converse in Chinese and there are many translation and AI chatbots to assist with communication.
We walked to the room and on inspection we discovered the door hinge was broken, dust and hair on the floor, hair on the mattress which was accompanied by a yellow stain (photos 3-7). As the staff couldn't communicate in English, I messaged Trip.com and decide to resolve the issues the following day.
The staff had been informed of the poor quality of the check-in and the cleanliness of the room and offered to upgrade us to their sister hotel, Banshanyinzhu Resort. The view from the room (photo 1 & 2) was stunning and the room looked pristine how on inspection the room had not been deep cleaned since either its construction or refurbishment with dust in the high shelves, on the shower head, sawdust behind the bedhead, leftover building materials under both sinks (photo 8-11). We informed the hotel, as we had been given a WeChat, and they came to witness the simple inspection. They offered to move us again but as this was our last night and we chose to stay based upon the views and then went to dinner which the hotel offered as part of compensation for the previous night.
Arriving at the restaurant, uncleanness was concurrent theme (photos 12-14) with the dishes not being clean and the lazy suzanne not being wiped down. Fortunately the completely meal for two was well portioned and seasoned (photos 15-18).
After a filling and tasty meal, I had a shower and felt a slight pain on my foot to discover that the nails attaching the carpet protruded through and some flooring was broken causing a minor scratch. All of this could have been avoided had the staff been more diligent.

Regardless of the fact they have some untrained and unprofessional employees and they need to improve their cleaning standard and ensure that maintenance does a proper inspection after a fit and finish, the location is great and it's very easy to get into the park. It's very family orientated and I'm sure children could make lifelong friends here. If you're considering going, I'd highly recommend price watching. It's not a perfect product so don't overpay, like I did, and expect a 5☆ experience.

The hotel's traditional layout and riverside location offer a glimpse into the past. Hotel Manager Ms. Liu ensured a friendly stay, assisting us with luggage and transportation (If you are taking a cab, the easiest road to reach the Hotel is via the back yard of the 锦里民宿 Jinli Minsu).
