Hope, the manager, and his staff were over -the-top with their attentiveness to every detail. We were celebrating our daughter’s, college graduation, and Hope was able to give her own private room, as well as a special chocolate cake surprise. The staff was super friendly. Hope had the chef prepare lunch boxes for us before our elephant outing as we didn’t have time to eat when we arrived. The rooms were spacious and inviting. We truly enjoyed every minute and would recommend this to everyone!

I am sitting in the airport with my husband since we just left The Elephant Camp and couldn’t wait to write our review. We did not know what to expect when we were booked here by our travel agent but our expectations were blown away again and again. From the moment we were met by the lovely staff and excellent manager Marshall who created an amazing schedule of activities for us, to the incredible meals, surprise birthday cake for me, surprise honeymoon dinner and surprise honeymoon suite with a rooftop bed where we could look at the stars and wake up with the stunning sunrise to the private pool we had… it’s been amazing. We always had a private vehicle with an excellent driver (Lenny and Ben). The elephant interaction was so special and the staff truly loves and respects these gentle giants. We had some dietary restrictions and they were accommodated perfectly and we always had delicious food options to select from! Everyone here is amazing and we cannot wait to come back in the future! :) Much

From the minute we arrived at Elephant Camp until we sadly had to check out and say good-bye, it was a wonderful experience. The food was wonderful, our "tent" was luxurious and comfortable and the staff (George, Wonder, Hope, Caroline) made us feel like part of the family. Wonder was an exceptional guide and our time with him MADE our experience! Our game drives and chance to walk Victoria Falls added to the Elephant Camp experience. I would absolutely return and would recommend Elephant Camp to everyone. Next time, however, I'd stay a few days longer!!

Returning guests! Stayed 4 nights in 2023 and loved it so much we had to come back to our new found FAMILY at TEC!! The staff are so lovely, Tendo especially. She is now like a sister to us. We miss Himal, Irene & Jayden - so we stayed at Old Drift Lodge for 5 nights also, before returning to TEC after an initial 3 nights, for a further 2 nights. We will return in 2026 for a 70th birthday celebration. The Elephant Camp is a place where you leave a piece of your heart upon departing. The surroundings, staff, food, activities are absolutely amazing - and that is before you get to meet the elephants up close in person. They steal a further piece of your heart - so to come to TEC you need a really BIG heart, because you will certainly lose a part of it which you need to come back to try and find - again and again! TEC has done some recent decor upgrades and they have been done sympathetically - but that real colonial Africa feel of a bygone era is still so present. TEC - please do not EVER lose this wonderful and amazing feeling that takes you home and spoil it by going modern.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Elephant Camp and highly recommend it for those visiting Victoria Falls. The level of service was outstanding, from the moment we arrived at camp. A special thank you to Tendoe for coordinating and facilitating everything for us, you went above and beyond. The accommodations were outstanding, rooms were comfortable with amazing views. Special shout out to our guide Pressure, who was informative and entertaining! And to Mack, our favorite server who accommodated our every request; we enjoyed our conversations with him. Getting to visit the Elephant Sanctuary on the property was extra special. Don’t miss the tour of a village as well, highly informative. We hope to return someday and would find our way back to our friends at the Elephant Camp. Thank you for making our stay memorable!

Our experience at The Elephant Camp was excellent in every way. From the service and food to the staff and tents. Marshal, Big T, Wonder and the team were so kind, knowledgeable and thoughtful. I can't say enough!!!! I HIGHLY recommend a stay here in you are in Vic Falls. WOW WOW WOW

We loved The Elephant camp as the grounds are fully protected from any dangerous animals and you can freely walk the premises day or night. We went on a river tour, flew over the falls and the gorge, and went to see the incredible wild elephants who come right up to an area where you can feed them safely and even touch them. The best part were the gracious and kind staff members especially Marshal. All staff members worked to make our stay perfect and Marshal went above and beyond in helping us with not only getting to our next hotel in Zambia but also from that place back to Victoria Airport as we crossed from Zambia back into Zimbabwe. Everything went off without any issues and we then flew back to South Africa. We can’t wait to see everyone again when we next visit the Elephant Camp.

My husband and I cannot get over how wonderful our time at the elephant camp was. It was such an amazing experience. the staff is amazing and we are very thankful for our time there. Mak and Providence were amazing and it was great to meet Chef and talk to him about his amazing meals daily. The excursions were amazing
