It was our 13th Marriage Anniversary and we decided to club our work and holidays at Hyderabad. Must say great reception and care throughout was accorded by the Hotel ***ager Mr. Ashwin Vaidya. It was our early checkin and our arrival tracked. Special Thanks to Madam Sanika Pradhan for her help and guidance. We were felicitated with a traditional welcome with tikka and a shawl on our shoulders. Our Rooms decorated with also towel art and balloons in the room. The Rooms were at its best with welcome amenities and delicious designed chocolates. Despite being a Gold Member, I was offered their Lounge facility. A big shout out and special thanks to Mr. Rugved Dacha, Loyalty ***ager, Mr. Saumik Sur, Rooms Division ***ager, Housekeeping ***ager Mr. Jitendra Yadav and Mr. Pankaj Singh from Housekeeping. Their service was marvellous ensuring us all the possible care needed. Special Thanks also to Mr. Akshat Selat for ensuring smooth transition from Courtyard Room to Marriott Room internally. We also had great food hospitality from Gaurav Mahadeshwar and Tanay Kala. The food was exceptionally great and enjoying at Okra & Bidri. Tremendous and personal support received from Gaurav and Tanay. Both of them were simply fabulous in their treatment towards us. We were delighted to be offered fresh juice and special dosa and paratha were made for us. We are indeed very grateful to both of them for this hospitality. Appreciate Hi***shu F&B from Marriott too. Appreciate the leadership and congratulate Mr. Ashwin for having such a wonderful, fabulous, effective team that are on its toes to ensure their guest comfortable. In one single word Amazing Experience and really thank you for making our Anniversary so very special. I look forward recommending to my friends in Hyderabad to conduct events in this Hotel. Amazing stay and ambience. Staffs shall make your day the best. Great initiative . Comfortable stays and food 🤭 Naga and he***t in the Resturant made my day. Such amazing persons. They will never fail you in any aspects. Thank you so mich for this experience.

Centrally well located. Easy communication by bus metro rail ola auto or self driven car. Beautiful property clean and well maintained. The staffs right from valet to reception to house keeping staff are excellent and well behaved. The restaurant where we had our breakfast curated by chef Akshay was fabulous and delicious. Good varieties of the buffet was excellent. Special mention to the restaurant staffs namely Riyaz Azam and Hoirose who were great. RIYAZ AND AZAM went extra mile by taking care of my toddler and giving the food the way she liked. Awesome and pleasant experience. Would definitely come here. A hidden beauty is there live music during the breakfast so soothing for a good start of the day.

I visited terrace bar to have a drink and food …….excellent service done by karthik,Pavan&bhojesh they took very personally and served me like a family …..they suggested me which food suites me ….and the food was delicious….thanks to chefs to make delicious food……I’ll surely visit here again..
