In spite of reading lots of bad reviews about this hotel, I took the risk of booking and staying here, looking at the photos and location. It is a good location, but the cleanliness was bad, the room had a very bad smell, it was like suffocating. The reception staffs were very slow and they were not able to communicate a simplest requirement. If anyone wants to take risk like me and want to stay here, then it is up to you. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

The ambience is so good l. Sravani has done a great work following up with the stay and great team work is also done. The lobby is so great and the concierge has done good job . The garden in the so beautiful and swimming pool is nice.😊 The. Dishes in room service are so good

Dear ***agement, I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with our recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, Our Guest experience was far from the expectations one would have for a reputable establishment like yours. From the moment I entered the premises, I was met with an overwhelming sense of disappointment. The check-in process was painfully slow, and the staff seemed disinterested in providing any form of assistance. The lack of professionalism was evident throughout my entire stay. Upon entering my room, I was appalled by the level of cleanliness or, rather, the lack thereof. It was evident that the housekeeping staff did not prioritize cleanliness, as there were visible stains on the bedding and an overall unkempt appearance to the room. The bathroom was equally unsatisfactory, with questionable hygiene standards. The amenities promised on your website were either nonexistent or in a state of disrepair. The so-called "complimentary Wi-Fi" was more of a frustration than a convenience, as the connection was consistently weak and unreliable. The fitness center, touted as a highlight of the hotel, was a collection of outdated equipment that seemed more suitable for a museum than a modern facility. The dining experience was equally disappointing. The menu lacked variety, and the quality of the food did not live up to the prices charged. It was disheartening to see other guests sharing similar sentiments, as the atmosphere in the restaurant reflected a general sense of dissatisfaction. In addition to the subpar accommodations, the overall ambiance of the hotel was far from welcoming. The staff's attitude towards guests appeared indifferent at best, and it was evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority. I believe it is crucial for your ***agement to be aware of these issues, as they significantly impact the reputation of your establishment. I sincerely hope that you take my feedback seriously and consider implementing improvements to prevent future guests from having such a disappointing experience. Good location in centre of city , 24 hour connectivity and lots of options for food , rooms are near and clean and good service , room service is good and wide array of breakfast. Good for business and leisure travel . Sightseeing places are nearby and shopping options .

We came for dinner at food exchange with family, we like food and all Indian sweet dishes , I liked soup tomato shorba. Over all good .Mr Malik,Joy, and Bharat rakesh they taking care nicely. Thank you so much to all team members. We will come again.

It is very worst hotel. No ***agement. Room allotment took 90 minutes at 10 pm. No AC working in reception at 34° celcius. AC not working in room. Tub tap was not installed. They gave me keys of another room which was already occupied. Third time around 11. 30 pm they gave another room where AC was working @24°celcius only. Almost five guests who were feeling terrible like me were there. NO ONE SHOULD FALL IN THIS TRAP. THE PROPERTY IS BIG AND ALL BUT WORTHLESS. CA ANIL Gupta.

I stayed at Katryia Hotel&Towers in November of 2012 and, eleven years later, the hotel is as beautiful and enjoyable as it was in 2012 and hasn’t lost its charm and sense of luxury and comfort and neither has the beautifully thrilling city of Hyderabad. The biyani was top notch and just as delicious as it was the first time I was there. Thank you so kindly and graciously to the always positive and professional staff of Katryia Hotel&Towers for making a lovely second trip to stunning Hyderabad as memorable as my first solo trip.

The worst hotel i have ever seen Every thing is terrible the reception is not welcoming at all and not helpful the room not clean It's take one hour to bring the bags to the room The room not clean very bad smell the bed tough not comfortable The tea cup was dirty even the keys for the room not working It's have no universal sockets for electricity wish i find one thing that is good Do not even try to stay there Very Very bad experience
