The room was nice and clean and the personnel was polite and friendly. Since we checked out really early in the morning, they even gave us a breakfast bag with very healthy food choices, like real yoghurt with no sugar and a delicious sandwich. The AC was working well, the windows were blocking the outside noise making the room quiet and perfect for sleeping. The only unusual part was having to insert the room card to turn the lights on, but this is a minor detail. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

We had a great stay at the hotel. Everything was great, especially the breakfast! The stuff was always very friendly and cooperative. The furniture is a bit old, but everything is very clean.

Yaş şehrine üçüncü gelişim ve hepsinde bu oteli tercih ettim. Yine buraya yolum düşerse aynı oteli tercih ederim. Odaklarının genişliği olsun kahvaltısı olsun havuz ve spa bölümü olsun personelinun kibarlığı olsun konumu olsun tek tercih sebebi. Konaklamamı tamamlayıp uçak saatini beklerken lobide kahve ikramları ise güzel bir jest oldu.

The hotel rooms are very aged and contrasting with the very modern hallway. The breakfast options are limited and there’s barely any fresh fruit or options for people with dietary requirements. The bathroom was very aged as well and the toilet brush was dirty and very visibly so. Everything is wrapped in plastic, even individual toilet rolls or glasses. The room was very stuffy and we had to figure out a way to get it to cool down whilst maintaining some sort of fresh air flow which was very difficult. The reception staff wasn’t very friendly or welcoming - they did their job and nothing more. The location is very good and whenever we needed something from housekeeping they were very fast in providing it to us which was nice. Overall still one of the best options in Iasi but either the pricing / star rating needs adjusting or the rooms / facilities need refreshing to account for the price and rating.

Nice food in Panoramic restaurant, perfect breakfast! Very good choice. Comfortable bath tube in room and good view.

The breakfast is very good. The hotel is clean. But in the room many accesories are used. The safebox in the room was broken.

Great location, clean, and plenty of walking distance landmarks nearby.

Soon after checking in, a hotel staff member came to our room with a nice bottle of wine and two glasses wishing me a ‘Happy Birthday’. That was a very nice surprise. And one more thing: their breakfast is the best in town.
