Excellent hotel

I have to admit, I've never experienced such first-class service in a hotel. We were treated very warmly and had a truly excellent 24-hour service. The room was very clean and more than adequate for my brothers and me. We really didn't lack anything. Both the living area and both bedrooms had air conditioning. I really value cleanliness and have to say I was more than impressed with the bathroom and toilet. The exercise room, sauna, and indoor pool provide additional relaxation for families, and it was truly quiet. The location is a bit outside of the center, but if that doesn't bother you, it's perfectly fine. There's a bus stop two minutes away, which also takes you to the metro. If that's too inconvenient for you, you can also order a ride using the Uber app. Breakfast was very generous with a wide selection. There was even a special menu for vegetarians. I would definitely stay there again. 👏🏼

It's a really nice, happy and peaceful place. The staff is friendly. The market they direct from outside is really a rip off. Never buy it yourself.

I liked the hotel. New, located very conveniently from the airport. Spacious and high quality rooms. There is a supermarket and pharmacy nearby. The location can be assessed depending on the purpose of visiting Istanbul. If it's sightseeing, it's not convenient. If it's a business trip with a long stay, then great. But it is better to have a car to get around the city.

This time was really different , they changed the management , i previously had very bad experience with the management team this time the new manager Mr Firat , made everything very easy for me Most importantly he him self took care of the room since he knew its not my first time staying here He received me with a nice smile The receptionist Mr. Furkan , he is amazing guy , always trying to help Since the changed the management everything is different , because before we were suffering when we come especially its been my 7 th time in this place

I came to this hotel for 2 nights following a procedure I had with Dr Serbulent Guzey and I just wanted to write this review because Ali (I think he is manager) has honestly touched me with his kindness and generosity over these past two days. I have been struggling as I came solo for this procedure and Ali was nothing short of a caring father figure so much so that I’m actually sat having breakfast brought to tears with how kind he has been to me. He was so helpful for me everyday because he knows I am struggling. He helped me at breakfast, never let me lift a finger and always made sure I had everything I needed. The whole hotel staff were easy to communicate with and beyond helpful. I was even tucked into bed one night when I was struggling to move. The service is nothing I’ve ever experienced before and I am so grateful. I don’t often leave reviews but Ali and all star are so lovely to me I needed to give them this recognition. Thank you again everybody that helped me you won’t ever know how much I appreciated this! God bless you

Stayed mid-October as a family with kids. We were assigned a back studio based on an advice from front desk agent as we wanted to avoid noise coming from main street. It was a great choice. The apartment was extremely functional, clean and modern with a separate bedroom and a livingroom that has a fully equipped kitchen. Thd bathroom did not have a bathtub. We truly enjoyed the small balcony overlooking residential neighborhood. The service from front desk & housekeeping was very good. Hakan & Mercan did excellent job whenever requested. While there's a limited parking space, we were assisted by the concierge daily to take care of our car. There is a restaurant onsite with limited operating hours, and there is a food drop service by 3rd party vendor and can be requested any time through reception. Our little ones enjoyed playing in the backyard that has swings and slide for kids. The location might not be the best for 1st time visitors who like to explore the old town as it requires commuting and could take longer during rush hours. However, we liked the area as it allowed easy accessibilty to Asian side and to the nearby upscale Vadistanbul mall. Despite the hotel being only a year old, the apartment was already showing slight wear and tear marks, but it offered very good value for money with reasonable facilities and adequate service level. We recommend this hotel for smaller families.

I stayed here for my first night upon arriving in Turkey, given its relative proximity to the airport. As Platinum members, we were upgraded. It wasn't just a room; we actually got an 85 sq m apartment! It featured a living room with a balcony, a fully equipped kitchenette, a twin bedroom, a main bathroom, and a master bedroom with an en-suite. It was beautifully furnished and had all the amenities we could ask for. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Breakfast was good and varied, but dinner wasn't quite up to the same standard. Overall, I highly recommend it.

The Stay at the Movenpick Living was delightful which was made easier with professional like Aylan at the front desk who was most helpful with all issue, he also played a very important role covering for the higher management Namely Barcu Karan Karanci, & Ilkay yilmaz Sirket, which I believe this hotel has great danger of losing its reputation when you have unprofessional cowardly management avoiding to confront hotel guests, and hiding behind the front desk staff. During My stay we had a small French Bulldog staying with us for a couple of days and the Girl on the front desk asked for an additional 70e for the cleaning on the third day which she said the management asked for it, thankfully most helpful Aylan Tilki resolved this issue very quickly & smoothly. The next issue i had is when i wanted to extend my stay i was given a room rate, but the following day when i wanted to confirm my extension they raised the price 50% forcing me to leave and find another hotel. once again the hotel is fine but run by weak management and has all the signs of running like a hostel in the future. On the Plus side is the housekeeping lady Arzu on our floor, she was amazing.

Amazing customer service from the of set staff were polite and helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable, has an apartment vibe aesthetic with your own kitchen. breakfast okay, could have more variety, Good transfer services to the malls.

The hotel has just opened and is beautifully done. What we liked: 1. Spacious rooms (we had a two-bedroom apartment), cool renovation. Comfortable beds. 2. Good and stylish renovation. 3. Excellent kitchen equipment (fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, stove, microwave). 4. Excellent SPA area. 5. Located in a new quiet residential complex. There is a large shopping center 3 km away (you can even buy alcohol there) 6. The staff is very helpful and always happy to help. Thanks a lot. 7. You can order food to your room through the reception. We were recommended Ariya Restoran - very tasty. What we didn't like it · 1. Public transportation is not available. The hotel is located away from active city life. You need a car or taxi. We spent the night when moving from one airport to another - it was very convenient. 2. Windows overlook a busy highway. The noise isolation of the windows is good, but people with sensitive sleep need to ask for rooms face not on the road. 3. Management needs to work on the breakfast variaty 4. Not cheap)

This hotel has such a beautiful concept that it is like home, everyone is so friendly and helpful that we were very pleased and started staying there regularly. I would also like to thank Mr. Serkan, who also had very well-equipped equipment in the gym.

Modern architecture, very well-maintained home-type rooms, great fine details designed to ensure our comfort zone... It's too much to describe... The room cleaning done by the housekeeper Arzu Hn was surprisingly perfect... It is not enough to say that the room was spotless, it was always detailed...
