Hôtel impeccable, la première chambre nous avait déplu face au réseau climatisation à la réception on nous l’a changé sans problème . Les repas sont variés. Seul bémol manque de transat pour tout le monde . Le personnel du bar très à l écoute

Kawasan kolam besar yang sangat bagus, kurang dari 200m dari pantai. Sambutan yang mesra. Bilik agak usang dan lama bertahun-tahun. Claudaudient. Malangnya saya tidur sarapan.

Our stay at the Torre del Mar was fantastic. We had a spectacular sea view room. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. This is a superb hotel in every way and we were sorry to leave after our ten day stay. We stayed on a half-board basis and the food was varied and delicious. Don’t hesitate to book it, we will hopefully be back soon.

Read a lot of reviews, did a lot of research and even after all of that still had some reservations but the moment we arrived things were apparent that we picked the right place. What a beautiful property, great food and the staff was incredible. The property is super clean, beautiful modern. The restaurant had some amazing dishes plus the DJ music was superb and was never loud but more enjoyable background music. But the best aspect of this hotel was the staff, bartenders were fast, engaging and fun to deal with but great drink recommendations. Front desk staff also very helpful with recommendations for anything. Something we have never encountered in all of the travel that we have done is the way there Concierge set up a what's app group with us. Very unique but boy would it become super handy. This concierge team was available 24/7, Ignasi, Adil and Juan were superstars. They made our stay fantastic! Especially Ignasi, he went out of his way when my wife left a valuable package at the airport after we had left the hotel and ensured that DHL picked up and delivered to our home. You can never get this kind of service anywhere. Great job Ignasi!

My partner and I decided to go on a last minute getaway and booked this hotel 5 days before we flew out to Ibiza. We were skeptical, but for the price, we weren’t expecting much - we were throughly surprised by this hotel! First of all, we never really book all inclusives - we prefer holidays that we can go exploring on and spend most of the day out of the hotel, so doing an all inclusive was a change of routine for us. The hotel room was fine, we stayed in a deluxe room so had quite a bit of space and lots of storage. Balcony faced the pool which was lovely as we could watch the entertainment up there if we didn’t want to go down, and the bathroom was really clean. The hotel itself is lovely - two pools, one adult only which was great, entertainment on a night was your typical games and discos etc, and food was great compared to what we expected! There was a fair amount of choice at each meal, though there weren’t really any veggie options should that be something you require. Pool bar for burgers/chips/ice creams etc all day was great for if we slept in or didn’t fancy a sit down meal. The location of the hotel is great, 20 min walk into the busier side of the island and the beach is literally across the road. Lots of tourist shops and restaurants are nearby. The only problems we encountered were lots of ants in our room and bathroom- no idea how they were getting in but we kept coming back to quite a few. Our bed linen was only changed once despite having the sign on the door (though beds were made), and the bars ran out of most things for cocktails every night by 8pm. In all honesty, for a 3 star cheap getaway we really can’t complain - the staff were lovely, we felt comfortable and were certainly full everyday from all of the food on offer. We would definitely return to this hotel again in future. :)

I was very happy with this hotel. There were 3 of us staying in one apartment and we had plenty of room for belongings. The rooms got cleaned every day & left us fresh towels each day. We got a bottle of fizz as a welcome pack which was a nice of them to do. Staff were very friendly and was always greeted polity when leaving and coming back through reception. 2 lovely pools however only went round the adult one and was happy with the temperature of the pool, and never had to fight for sun beds. Plenty of bars/restaurants around and about an hour walk to main bits. Fantastic bar down the road called millenniums(check it out). If you’re wanting something on the quiet and calm side, this is a good place to stay, very happy and would be happy to stay again!!!

Great location and excellent hotel. The daily breakfast was a wonderful treat and all the staff is professional and courteous. Eric in the restaurant was especially wonderful with his service and smile every morning. We had the wood fired pizzas one night that were delicious. The rooms are large and clean and the balconies were an added bonus. The mini bars in the rooms are fully stocked and the housekeeping staff is efficient and attentive to details. We walked along the port every morning and can walk to the Old Town Ibiza in 25 minutes.

Stayed at this hotel for 4 days. It was Lovely hotel with very kind & helpful staff members especially Carla who went above and beyond helping us. The hotel was very clean and even had showers at the reception so we could shower after we had checked out and were waiting for hour flight which was many hours later. They also let us store luggage at the hotel after checking out
