We have always enjoyed staying at Taj Coromandel. All the staff have made us feel at home with their exceptional service. The executive rooms and luxury rooms are extremely comfortable. Special thanks to: Shailesh Giri (Manager - Butler Operations) & Jasmin Siddiqui (Manager - Guest Relationsq) who went above and beyond with their exceptional service to take care of our every need. The entire butler team (Bala, Saravanan and Napolean who made sure they went the extra mile at the lounge. The entire Jiva Spa team who made sure we were well rested and relaxed. The entire restaurant and kitchen at Southern Spice team who enticed us with their superb food. The entire Front Office team who made our check-in and check-out seamless. The entire Doorman and Concierge team who helped us with our endless shopping bags. The entire Housekeeping team who did something small every day to put a smile on our faces when we returned back to the room. The entire In-Room Dining team who accommodated our late night food and coffee orders. We also had the pleasure of being served by Trainees Santak and Shafira, whom we would like to take the opportunity to wish them all the best in their future endeavours and to reach greater heights in this industry. I highly recommend this place for families with children. The location is excellent and the ambience is extraordinary. The resort's theme is Rajasthani and is very well-maintained. The hospitality and food are good, although there are a lot of flies, which can be a bit bothersome. The resort has a swimming pool suitable for children of all ages, but please be cautious as the pool area can get slippery. The resort also offers daily programs which are posted near the reception area to keep everyone entertained. It's not just a place to stay for the night, but a great spot to spend quality time with your family and relax.

Hotel location is good......Common areas are well maintained however the rooms are not as reflected in photograph on the website....Restaurant is not well ***aged although the staff is good but I feel there is a lot of scope for improvement. ...Buffet breakfast is good....Biryani taste was good....Food in general was good...Had to wait for more than 30 minutes for the hotel staff to transfer my luggage from room during checkout.....There was a lot of difference between the price as mentioned on trip.com and directly with hotel.....Trip.com was less for the same Privilege Suite....

Excellent hotel in a great location in the city of Namakkal. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. The friendly reception staff greeted us warmly upon our arrival. Upon arrival and check-out, the housekeeping team was pleasant. It feels like home. The rooms are spotless. Breakfast was tasty and filling. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone! ”

منذ الوهلة الاولى حضيت بحسن الضيافة والاستقبال لدى فندق راديسون بلو. انها ايام استثنائية قضيتها على مدى اكثر من اسبوع حيث يخصص الفندق كامل طاقمه لخدمة النزلاء الجميع كان ودود وتعامله في غاية اللطف المكان نظيف والاهتمام بادق التفاصيل كما تجد ايضا سرعة الاستجابة رغم ازدحام الفندق بالنزلاء . وبحق في المقدمة السيد شاندرامولي الذي قدم لي كل الدعم والمساندة حيث اخصه بالشكر الجزيل وكذلك الشكر لكل طاقم عمل الفندق . وبكل تاكيد لاتتردد في الحجز في دايسون بلو لكي تحضى بحسن الضيافة و كرم الاستقبال وتستمتع بالطعام الذي يعكس تقاليد جميع مناطق الهند وبنكهاته المختلفة ياسر الحسيني من سلطنة عمان
