Good food, located at the beach of bay, far from city center-20min walking, not very clean, 35 euro taxi to the airport, a few small minimarkets and souvenir shop nearby. Noice from the corridor and neighboring rooms and road, difficult to sleep normally.

Muy buena ubicacion con muy buenas vistas, el todo incluido genial, esperabamos menos opciones pero nos sorprendió gratamente. El bufet la comida estaba buena aunque oensabamos que habria un poco mas de variedad pero aun así genial.

The room was the worst I have been in on holiday wee had to upgrade to other hotel at the cost off £150 pound. And the food was terrible and cold. Wee were half board and eat out most nights as the food was terrible '. The 2 hotel was much better so holidays saved

Nothing like the pictures, the best part is the sea view pool but you can’t even sit and eat breakfast next and was shut for a day and VILE dirty rooms, people are up with speakers all night and the food is disgusting and raw made poorly, the toilet door was broken. They said there is entertainment in the day eg aqua fitness didn’t happened once. Found cigarettes in the pool today while children were swimming in it.

Once our swimming pool was completely cleaned that day, we reopen it to our guests. Regarding the presence of cigarettes, it is important to highlight that we keep a comprehensive cleaning of our swimming pool and in each of our facilities. Should we detect a cigarette floating, we pick it. In fact, if you had informed us on place we would had immediately removed them. Our housekeeping team has strict orders to follow the most exigent hygiene guidelines, being their great work very appreciated by our clients, as you can see in previous comments. However, we regret that our cleanliness did not meet your level of expectations. Furthermore, we apologize for the unexpected issue with your bath door. Your feedback has been sent to our maintenance team, who has already fixed it. Our hard-working security staff goes above and beyond to guarantee that our guests’ rest is in every moment respected. A basic but clean hotel that is in a great location for local bars and restaurants. The all inclusive food was really good however the drinks were pre made juices and after 7 we didn’t feel anything so went out to get sangria! All staff have been friendly enough except Maria on reception, she asked every single person for a printed out ‘voucher’ for the hotel stay despite having everyone’s names on a sheet of paper and being shown booking confirmations on phones, when no one had this mysterious ‘voucher’ she sighed as it it was a lot more work for her, she was also painfully slow at checking people in, her understanding of anything was massively limited so I’m not sure if she is new at the job or if she really is just that slow. Half way through checking us in she began having a conversation with someone else which went on for 5 minutes whilst I just stood there flabbergasted. We arrived at 11am after an early flight so I asked if any room was ready earlier to please let us know, she then proceeded to let families have their room keys but when I went up at 1.30pm she told me check in was not until 3pm and they tried to tell my partner at 2.30pm there was not a single room ready for us to go in, despite all Spanish families getting their keys. The rooms are clean and spacious however the beds are on wheels and are two single beds pushed together so constantly roll away from each other meaning a bit gap in the middle. pools are lovely but in the shade so very cold. Would recommend as a quick abroad holiday.

Went at the start of October with my partner and two children, aged 6 months and 2. We were first in Mar Almantis II. We didn't have an issue with the room but were placed on the 3rd floor. Unfortunately the lifts are tiny and we couldn't fit our buggy in. We stayed one night and we're moved to building one in a ground floor room. We had no issues apart from the door lock breaking but this was fixed quickly. The restaraunt gets busy and depending on the time you go there is sometimes a queue though moves quickly. Food and drinks for a 3 star all inclusive were great. We used the pool in II as our daughter preferred it and it seemed to get the sun more than I, though I had a nicer view. Pools were cold as you go in but you soon warm up. Sunbeds were always available and you were not fighting for it as you do in other hotels. We were worried about the hotel before our stay as we had read bad reviews but overall we thought it was great and would go again. Staff were always helpful and location great, 40 minutes walk to San Antonio or you can hop on the water taxi at the side of the hotel for 5 Euros and free for children. The only thing I think could be better was entertainment as it didn't start till 9 and would have been good to maybe have a kids disco for an hour before as there were lots of families at this time of year. Other than that we would recommend.

Had a fab week the first week in October. For what we paid we were very happy. Yes the rooms are dated in the 2nd building but very clean. Food / there was always something to select from. Some nights better than others. Lunches were the best and breakfast fine. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would recommend and would go back.

The food was cold Two of the staff were having a disagreement in front of my self and another guest which stopped us from being served Most of the food was the same. Some guests were very loud shouting and arguing also banging on each others doors this happened on several occasions very early hours Considering they have CCTV and a security guard who done nothing Sometime during my holiday I had pouches of tobacco stolen from my case and money stolen from my room I never reported This as I couldn’t prove it Apart from this we had a brilliant holiday

It's amazing from the first minute of visiting this hotel. Having come for three days, we have been living here for 2 weeks and will extend)) Friendly staff at the: reception, restoran hotel, cleaners, animators. We feel us like at home in the family. The perfect location, quiet place but near is several beaches, bars, restaurants and shops. Hotel is price/quality. We recommended.
